Stopped by Gaetano's Subs, and unfortunately, we won't be coming back. The young woman working the counter (maybe 16-18 years old) was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that a customer even came in. She barely communicated, didn't listen when we ordered, and looked like she'd rather be sitting in the front booth doing nothing than helping customers. She constantly rolled her eyes like having a paying customer was a huge inconvenience. Because she doesn't listen well, one of the subs was made wrong. Between the attitude, lack of effort, and sloppy order, it's pretty clear she doesn't want to be there -- and it shows. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you're paying for lunch. read more

Brought my girls out for lunch here today, my youngest has really wanted a sub! The prices were high (around $9.00 for a sub with no extras) but I remember the subs being excellent years ago. I went to order ice waters and was told we had to purchase drinks. A bottle of water was almost $3.00! I asked if we could get our ice waters from the car and was told absolutely not by the rude front desk lady. My youngest got her kids meal which we thought would be a sub, but it was just a sandwich that we could have easily made at home. My sub had one tiny slice of pickle on it, so I asked for more and was told I would have to be charged! That was the final straw for me. The manager came out and was equally rude, telling me "the pickles come in slices". Sure they do, so place a few on a large sub please! Small business owners better wake up! This is why they are going out of business, and I assume it's only a matter of time for this place. GOOD customer service disappeared with COVID I guess. Next time, I'll go to an actual restaurant and get full meals for the same price. read more

The phillys here are excellent! The service is excellent and omg the desert. On any given day there are a TON of super yummy cheesecakes in different and unique flavors. Honestly they have a big menu with a ton of different sandwiches but the philly is so good that I can't even branch out to try them. The next time I decide to try something new it will be a Cuban! This sub shop is horrible. The customer service is terrible and the food is nasty. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and it tasted like all kinds of food just not a Cuban sandwich. It seems that they have to clean their presser. The place is dirty and smelly and the lady behind the counter has dirty clothes on and is rude. The old lady that makes the sandwiches can hardly walk and is wiping her forehead with her arms. Just a nasty gross place to eat!!! I would never go back!!! Beware of this sub shop!!! read more

I recommend "The Godfather" sub. It's enough for a couple to share and only about 9 bucks tax and all. I don't know if the bread is home made or not and could care less. They give you a lot of meat on thier sandwich. Unfortunately the bread appears to be from Sysco or someone. Not fresh baked for sure. The young girl that works the front is very nice. Beware the owner, she doesn't want to hear anything but good things. I once mention how hard it is to get in the parking lot and got a ear full.
