There was only one man working the whole store so it took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The worker was very nice but definitely overworked since he had to answer phone calls, make pizzas, and take orders. We got 2 pizza slices and 1 12 inch pizza, and the whole pizza looked way fresher than the two slices. The slices looked like they were premade cheese slices with the toppings thrown on and reheated in the oven. The 12 inch pizza was hot and delicious but soooo greasy.

Slices in the warmer

If I would've known yesterday was National Pizza Day I just might've grabbed a slice from here. We walked in just to order some mozzarella sticks because he blamed me for eating his cheese bites (smh). The woman taking our order was okay, not too talkative after she found out that's all we wanted. The mozzarella sticks are just frozen to fried, not homemade here and their "marinara sauce" was simply a good spaghetti sauce. But, marinara has more of a tomato paste and less of the tomato sauce. There were a few slices of pizza and a few garlic knots in the warmer that didn't grab my attention, but we already had food so that wasn't the mission. They also had Jamaican patties advertised on the window and being that this place is Italian that made me hesitant.

Great!!!! We love visiting different pizza places while traveling and we have found a jewel here. Exit 341. In a shopping center just across from Cracker Barrell and Don Garlits museum. The little shopping center looks dated but don't let that stop you! The prices were good and reasonable. They have a variety of beverages including beer and wine. We ordered a medium pizza and Italian sub sandwich. This was enough to feed our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) for lunch. The pizza was awesome. The crust was cooked perfectly throughout the dough with golden crusts on top and just enough crunch on the bottom. The ingredients tasted fresh and toppings appropriate. The pizza is made after ordering. This did not take very long and was hot. The sub was equally great. Bread was toasted. Sub was filled with plenty of meats and toppings. Portion sizes are on the larger side. My youngest is a picky eater and never finishes his food but he had no problem eating his half of the sandwich. Inside was clean. Restroom was clean. Staff was pleasant.

Once you…read moreexperience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. This particular Publix appears to be a newer Publix and has the expected pleasant vibe that only enhances my overall shopping experience. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

There is a brand new parking lot so the pavement is nice and smooth. The store has the newest layout design and a huge deli and hot food service. I tried several other places in Ocala/The Villages area and nothing competes with this cute little restaurant nearby publix. It's not a super fancy place but the food delivers, and that matters more than anything else. The bubble teas here are not half bad either. This time, we also tried the Takoyaki and it was on point, tender and juicy on the inside! The broth of the black garlic tonkotsu is well worth the price of this dish. It's hearty and flavorful. My only setback, as a person that cooks this dish at home as well as orders it whenever possible, is that the Chashu, this time around was a little on the drier side and the cut is also on the thinner side. However, getting a Chashu to that right tender texture is really not easy to do, and since it was very tender on the first time we went to eat here, I don't fault it that much. Other than that the ramen is absolutely to die for. The host/waitress was also very cute and kept checking on us to see if we are satisfied or need anything else.

After a much needed haircut from my barber, Ramon, (highly recommend Trinity Barber Shop), my wife…read moreand I headed out to Mi Tierra for a late lunch. Ever since we returned from a trip to Peru and Ecuador to explore Machu Picchu and The Galapagos, we take every opportunity to sample Peruvian cuisine. When I saw Mi Tierra in one of those Facebook ads (I guess they work), we made plans to try it out. Located off highway 484 by the busy intersection with I-75, traffic always seems to be crazy here with never ending construction. When we entered, we were seated in a booth and didn't realize they offered lunch specials (until 3 PM M-F) until we opened the menus. My wife and I ordered off the lunch special menu. She had the Arroz Chaufa ($11.99) and I ordered the Lomo Saltado ($13.99). We were also served chips and salsa while waiting for our meals. We both just had water. The tortillas chips were served warm. They were airy and crispy. The salsa was good but wished there was more of it...a bit chintzy on the salsa. My wife's arroz chaufa was quite good with savory soy sauce flavor and slight smokiness to it. My Lomo saltado was decent. The cut of meat was not the best and it lacked that distinctive smoky flavor we've gotten used to from meals we ate while in Peru. I've had better...but for $13.99, it's pretty good. Good flavors and good value. Service was OK with our lone server doing multiple tasks from bartending, taking orders, and cleaning tables...and watching the World Cup. Lunch for 2 came out to just over $33 with tip.

Went for an early lunch midweek, restaurant was empty as they had just opened. However, my table…read morehad sticky residue on it which makes me wondered how clean the kitchen was. My server, Nelson, was very personable and answered my numerous questions as this was my first visit to location. Ordered Tallarines Verde Pollo (chicken with pesto pasta and potatoes) and only had a brief wait for it to arrive. Was disappointed in appearance of chicken, flattened to almost nothing. Taste had a strong soy sauce essence and it was very tough to chew. Pasta was ok, but the golden potatoes were my favorite. Personally I could have done without the sauce (cold by the way, I expected hot), as it was too thick and I found scraping most of it off the potatoes made it better. While it's probably not the restaurant's fault, the roadway in to the strip mall for the restaurant is in terrible condition between the official and unofficial speed bumps (lots of potholes) which made me question whether I wanted to try them or not. And the extremely close proximity to I-75 and loads of traffic made me wonder why anyone would want to sit outdoors at the few tables they offer there. It will be awhile before I try them again (probably in a few years so I'll have forgotten all about them), it wasn't that great.

The Belleview location is lacking in quality of food. It reminds me more and more of leftovers put together to make a meal. Go one week and the side beans and rice are so good I could eat them as a meal. Go the next week and they're burnt tasting with unjustly amount of over seasoning. My take... last weeks beans and rice are getting a full new seasoning bath to cover up the re-cooked, overcooked beans that they serve me this week. Not cool!. Just because the health department allows them to reserve those beans for 10 days straight doesn't mean they should. Server brought me the wrong sandwich, I told her but I let it ride. She didn't offer to reorder correct sandwich. That deer in the headlights look made me feel like I dint want her to lose her job. The tacos were not seasoned, like none. The shells were limp. The last two times we visited the fries and waffle fries were barely warm. They need not do this to people. Pre cooking potatoes is not good business. We didn't get the wings this time because last two times they were severely overcooked and dry. The time before that they were perfectly supreme. There is no consistency here. If you want a cold beer, get it in the big glass. I don't know what's up with that. Maybe they only keep the big glasses cold and not the small ones but those smaller glasse go hot fast
