I'm not sure who the manager on duty was, but it didn't seem like anyone was holding the team accountable. The overall impression was that employees were simply there to get through their shift rather than provide a great customer experience. This wasn't an isolated incident. Last year, we waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes before deciding to come inside the restaurant. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or apology for the inconvenience, which made the experience even more frustrating. We gave the restaurant another chance this year because we remembered how much we loved the food. Sadly, this visit left us just as disappointed. Great food can only make up for so much when the service is consistently lacking. I genuinely hope management addresses these issues because this restaurant has so much potential. Based on our experiences, we're not sure we'll return the next time we're in Alabama.
