So, I have eaten at a few Zaxby's meaning more than five different restaurants and I wanted to let the working crew at the Zaxby's off Springville Ave. in Mobile Al. That their drive thru service was great everything was in the bag meaning all 7 of my nuke sauces and napkins which a few of the Zaxby's forget to put napkins in the bag. sorry I digress. So the Springville Ave location the chicken was hot and juicy and sauced to perfection. The large fries that I ordered were actually a large order with the extra seasoning i requested. Also this may sound a little pedestrian but the Springville Ave Zaxby's actually fill the nuke sauce containers full. where other Zaxby's only fill it up a little over a quarter of the containers. I asked a manager why do they only fill them a quarter of the way and the answer because the can spill. I like to give credit where credit is due and this crew deserve it!! read more

The Associate didn't like it that I called attention to her, and verbally challenged me and demanded a cook to make sure that I got my 3 ounces. Wow what a chicken sandwich. My 3rd time back in a few weeks. The tastiest, crispy, fresh, hot and largest chicken sandwich in the business. A real big piece of chicken not a thin filet and absolutely the tastiest. Got the combo with super fresh, hot and crispy fries. The manager John opened the dining room as he was short staff to accommodate me as I couldn't drive through. This particular Zaxby's location is nothing short of uninspiring. I'm sure that they don't control the prices since it's just a franchise, but the food is mediocre for the price they ask. The customer service is honestly what would drive a customer away from this restaurant. I don't understand what has happened to this store. The counter servers are grumpy and the store is not as ship shape as usual. The food was OK taste wise. The PA system was cranked up to ear piecing noise. The ketchup dispenser didn't work, the floor was messy; just general disarray I would say.I do hope management steps in and gets everyone back in line otherwise, they may see a drop in business. read more

This Zaxby's location never disappoints with their level of service and quality of food. I always order the cobb salad which is filling & huge! They use very fresh veggies & there's always enough leftover for me to take for lunch the next day. Their wings are also a must try, especially with the many different flavors offered. As a Georgia person, I love Zaxby's. We in Atlanta know there is a distinct difference between Zaxby's and Chick-Fil-A! You go for different things! So on our first night in Mobile, after a week of eating junk food and on-the-go, we stopped at Zaxby's knowing they have great "Zalads." This location did not disappoint. The veggies were fresh and crispy, the service quick and friendly, and we were on our way. My favorite "junk food" from Zaxby's is the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich. I could feel my arteries harden as I walked into this place. Everything is fried. You can get grilled chicken. The food was similar to Chik-Fil-La. They had a "spicy" sauce which was like a horseradish sauce. It was nasty. The service overall was good. I get the chicken finger plate every time I come there, it is terrible every time. I've gotten other things to eat there, they're also terrible. I get a stomach ache every time after I eat there. For the longest time I thought that it was me who had the problem and maybe I couldn't handle meat so I went vegan. Then I was out of town and I went to a Zaxby's and I was fine.
