Terrible service! The food was cold. And the restaurant was dirty. I used to work at a zaxbys in Murfreesboro. It was always a higher class fast food restaurant. We dined in and ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals plain , a 6 pc finger plate, and 2 kids meals. The sandwiches weren't plain. No big deal. I still work in the food industry part time. I get it. Things get messed up. But everything else we ordered was cold and we didn't get 6 pcs. We got 3. We didn't get cole slaw at all. I took the sandwiches back only to wait AT least 20 minutes for new ones. Only thing that was worse was my husband took my 2 year old to the bathroom to catch a male employee with their pants completely down in front of the mirror taking a selfie. Won't be returning and I advise anyone else to avoid this particular restaurant read more

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Yesterday, my mom and sister went there to get a Chicken Filet with some fries. It was a large plate. They also paid 60 cents for a slice of cheese on top of the fries. After going to the window to pick up their food, they realized the order was wrong. My mom turned back around to go through the drive-thru again and asked one of the employees why there was no slice of cheese when they had paid for it. The employee stated, "We don't use that type of cheese anymore; we use shredded cheese now." There had been no mention of them switching to a different type of cheese. The employee started catching an attitude, so my mom asked for the manager. When the manager arrived, my mom told him that the order was completely wrong. He responded, "Well, ma'am, I made this plate, and there was a big chunk of fries on the side." Then he assumed they were lying. He asked them to pull up to one of the curbside pickup spots and told them it would take a while for him to remake the order. My mom reconsidered and decided to get a refund instead because she didn't trust them to remake it properly. When she went inside to ask for a refund, she saw an employee laughing in the kitchen, looking at the manager as if she had done something to my mom and sister's food. After that, the manager said, "Ma'am, nobody spit in your food." It was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and the manager clearly didn't seem to care. Overall, the inside of the restaurant looked decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. I just hope someone puts this place in check, and I highly do not recommend ordering from there ever again. read more

theres not a negative thing I can possibly say about this Zaxbys! i have both dined in and went through the drive thru in the past week. The food was 100% exactly what i ordered, tables were clean, lighting and decor felt inviting, and all the staff seemed very friendly! Sara working drivethru had such a warm, welcoming presence about her with a big smile and friendly demeanor. now days you don't get that just anywhere. Please please care about your fries again. I have been the happiest customer for years anytime I ordered from you since I didn't eat chicken but my kids love ordering from yall. I don't eat bread so I place much consideration into a order of fries and you were #1 go to, The last year 90 percent of the time they are either barely done not even tan and limp or they have been cooked and then dumped back in the basket to try to fake the look of golden delicious fries but in reality they are flavorless extremely hard uneatable crinkle cut sticks with little to no seasoning. One month ago I visited this same Zaxby's. I ordered the Zax box which includes 20 tenders, fries, 8 pieces of toast. I ordered pulled up and paid. The young man says could you pull up for me? I said sure. There was a car in front of me so he says pull to number 1. I pulled over. All the cars behind me which I counted four that were behind me got pulled over also. So a young lady came out and she ask if I had a fried Cobb salad? i told her no a Zax box. She walked off. She went to all the other cars, meanwhile another young lady comes out and the car behind me apparently had a Zax box and she gave it to them. ALL cars were gone or either pulling off while I had been waiting 34 mins on my order. I rolled my window down and asked a young lady that was walking back in why am I waiting so long as all other cars have pulled off? she said let em check. The guy came out 5mins later and stated sorry for your wait they had to drop more chicken. I told him no way I should have been waiting this long and when I placed my order I was the ONLY car in line and pulled over first. He said I'm sorry. I reminded him that I only won't ranch no Zax sauce. Finally my order was brought out and no ranch ALL Zax sauce. Get home to be shorted tenders it's suppose to be 20 and I had 13. Pissed and if I wasn't so ready to get home from a long day of work I would have went back. Called and of course they never answered their phone. GO TO VANN DRIVE.....better customer service and fresh food without a 40minute wait. read more

Last night I placed an order through the app. I arrived and the gentleman at the register didn't even speak to me. He didn't ask if he could help me or anything. I told him I placed an order in the app and he didn't even act like he understood he just started looking around and then said it would be out in a few minutes. I stood around the register for 35 minutes and he never acknowledged me again. I finally went up to him and asked him if my order was being made. Again, he just turned and looked around and didn't even acknowledge my question. He started preparing other peoples food without answering my question. When he turned around to give someone else their food I said, "Does that me it is not being made?" He stated he didn't know what to tell me but he guessed it was lost." Then he said what did you order I will just remake it. I told him not to worry about it and I would call for a refund. I walked out and while I was pulling out he ran out to my car and said it was sitting in the back. He brought out my cold order without the drinks that I paid for. I will never go back to this Zaxby's again. The worst service I have ever received at a restaurant in my life. read more

The chicken strips were bigger than at the South Highland location. We all got the 4-piece chicken meal with slaw, fries, and toast. They forgot to give us forks, otherwise it meal was good. It was a little pricy for chicken but over all it was manageable. read more

TRIPLE TO THE LEFT FIELD WALL IN THE FIFTH INNING WITH TWO OUTS! Flavor-town baby! I hit this Zaxby's while making sales calls around Jackson a few weeks back and was glad to see it. I ordered the Cobb salad to try and eat a little healthier and it was on point, friend. Great smoked chicken, sliced cheeses, avocado, and tomatoes with some raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Great service and a clean restaurant. I'm looking forward to coming back. read more

service is terrible. I placed an order online and parked in one of the spots designated for picking up orders. I called the number and a very rude person told me "we don't bring food outside." This was at the Vann Drive location. Zaxby's take down or cover the signs and give your staff lessons in politeness. My food is always over cooked to the point I almost broke a tooth. Tonight I got my little sister a kiddie finger meal and inside the box was one burnt strip broken in half with undercooked fries!! I went to this place at 5:50. I ask for extra hot fries. This way they are still warm when i get home. I ask for honey mustard not zak sauce. I got home, opened the box. The wings area was completely full of teriyaki sauce. So, it over flowed all over the inside if the bag. My other order of tenders and the cold fries in my container. Plus a good coating on the zak sauce. My receipt said no zak sauce sub honey mustard. I took the food back and ask for a refund, they told me no as I did not have my spouses credit card. Now giving me a cash refund would of not made their drawer any shorter at the end of the night. So, they said they would remake it. I replied " ok if you can get it right this time. " I was told to lose my attitude and pull forward. I said Id remain at the window. The employee called me a bitch. I answered, " call me a bitch all you want. Im not moving. " When they passed me the food i questioned if the sauce was correct. I was assured it was-----it was zaks again. I ask for the owners contact info and was instructed to check my receipt where there is NO owner info located. People dont waste your time. The employees were standing in the window eating sour gummy worms and sipping from cups. They have no pride or care for customers. Why bother when Slim Chickens just opened a block over??? Sprite Zero with Peach flavor is out of this world good. As for the food never will I complain about Zaxbys.......wings and things so good. I had to struggle not to eat the fries but my doctor would not be happy with that move. I am happy they put one on this side of town. read more

The food was alright, but the service was terrible. It is apparently a major inconvenience to the girl at the window (Brooklyn, fake eyelashes) to get a honey mustard instead of a Zax Sauce. She was extremely rude about the exchange and gave a lot of unwarranted attitude. This will likely deter any future visits to this location. read more
