Not as good as I remembered. I have not been to Zaxby's in a few years due to being out of state for a while. I was so excited to have it recently but I was sad to realize it wasn't as good as I remembered. The bread is not nearly as delicious as it used to be. The seasoning on the fries is good but a little too heavy. The chicken portion seems smaller than I remembered. I am sad to say it but previously I believed it was superior to other chicken places but that's no longer the case. I was also disappointed to find a stink bug in my booth. I'm not one to destroy reputations and after all I don't hold grudges since the last time. But this location heavily focuses on drive thru service at the expense of the traditional customer base. It seems like a trend throughout the Nashville area so can't fault them for that completely. Here's a nickel's worth of free advice for this establishment: - Move your focus toward the traditional dine in service. - Treat your employees much better. Do not speak down on them just because we are standing there. We are not going anywhere, you don't have to have a quick rush for you to take our money. When we are ready we will order, okay? - Might I add, if your employees are doing something, let them complete their tasks at hand. We see them working hard, and they acknowledged us, so while they finish we are given more time to decide what we want to order. It sort of looks like utter greed on your part when you push your employees to start a sale. This is not going to make us start any quicker. Your biggest asset is your team. Remember that. this is my second bad customer service experience with this location, recently. im NEVER one to care too much about that but its just sad. the first visit i had asked for ranch at the window and the lady working the window flipped me off when she thought i wasn't looking. and the second time which was today, over ranch, AGAIN. the three girls at the window all gave me a dirty look when i asked for ranch and one made a comment how she doesnt make enough money to do that. its just sad really. read more

Every single time I doordash from this zaxbys the food is always cold. You can tell it's been sitting out for awhile because the fries get all soggy and the ice in the drinks is almost completely melted. I never get any of my extra sauces that I PAY FOR and I never get my salad dressings. This has happened every single time I order zaxbys. Even when I go through the drive through I almost never get my extra sauces or dressings. Not sure why a review hasn't been written about these guys; the fact that they are a chain fast-food restaurant might have something to do with it. That said, this Zaxbys is, in my experience, one of the best franchises in the middle Tennessee area having gone to both of the locations in Murfreesboro as well as the location in Gallatin. I am a very frequent customer at Zaxbys, so what I write comes from a long history of satisfaction. Their service is always quick, no matter the size of the crowd or day (seriously, Sunday lunch doesn't even stand a chance.) I can also say that the food, for some reason, tastes better at this Zaxbys than any other location I have visited; don't ask how, because I'm not very sure myself. The facilities inside are always clean and tables are cleared very efficiently. Some might say that Zaxbys isn't worth writing a review over, but the folks that work there in addition to a consistent quality of food deserve at least a few sung praises. read more

First time trying Zaxbys and I was happily surprised how good it was! I ordered the boneless wings with a mild sauce and wow. Compared to Bdubs, they were better! You actually got a large piece of chicken and not all breading. The sauce was also delicious and the fries were seasoned perfectly. I would pick them over Chik-fil-a any day! We've been wanting to try Zaxby's, but had to go when my daughter wasn't with us. There is absolutely nothing on the menu for a vegetarian, or even a pescatarian to eat. I always order the house salad grilled or cob salad grilled, never once disappointed. The salad is always mixed with freshly cleaned/spun romaine lettuce and fresh ingredients.
