On a recent visit to the area I decided to hit up one of the places I had on my list for a while, Moore's Spicy Fried Chicken in Hendersonville. Moor's has been around for years and many a Hot Chicken Fan has visited this place. Moore serves up freshly made Fried, Hot, Spicy and Mild Chicken as well as Smoked Brisket and some other favourites. During my visit to Moore's iI just happened to be served by one of the owners/founders of Moore's. We had a great conversation talking about Hot Chicken, its history, and places that have come and gone. To keep things simple since it was lunch, I ordered a breast with medium spice and crinkle fries. My chicken was made from scratch and it took about 20 minutes for the whole process. When I received my chicken it was HOT, juicy, tender and fresh and with the perfect amount of crispiness.
