So let's get right to it, I ordered a kids grilled cheese amongst other things. They didn't give us the grilled cheese. So we circle back around. They had not given us a receipt during our prior order. So when they ask for a receipt of course we can't provide one. Therefore I repay for my grilled cheese after the manager found the order in the system. And am then told to move up and wait for which has now been 15 minutes. I have now circled this drive through 2 times and have waited a total of 30 minutes for a piece of cheese and bread. Not mad, just annoyed. read more

This Zaxby's has gone down hill. Last 3 visits, over 10 mins in the drive thru. Tonight I was there for 12 mins and they messed up my salad. Cobb has no cucumber, onion crisp and no Texas toast. I would stay far, far away from this place. Just terrible. read more

I LOVE Zaxby's BUT, I have to say, this location is very underwhelming. The staff is rude and makes you feel like you're an extra burden for them. I'm pretty sure that's not what good customer service is. I guarantee you don't need chicken THAT bad. read more

I love their salads, but every single time I have come here, the service has been painfully slow. I get through a line of 20 cars in front of me faster at chick fil a than five cars in front of me at this particular zaxbys. After five different times in a row. I'm done. read more

horrible. that is all i have to say. waited 25 minutes in line and there was 4 cars in front of me. 3 teenage boys who i don't think have been trained are trying to run the place. it's awful. read more

Always disappointed. I LOVE Zaxby's. But, for some reason... EVERY single time I leave THIS one.. something is wrong. The chicken is cold.. or the fries aren't seasoned or done.. the toast is dry.. they left out items, etc... it is always disappointing. I keep going back because I crave Zaxby's.. I have high hopes for this location to improve and be the best... but, until then. 2 stars read more

Place sucks. Been here a handful of times over the past year, always very skimpy in the kitchen. Fries cold more often than not. On one occasion my 4 nibblerz were completely cold, as if they hadn't even been put in the microwave. There was actually a time I came inside the store, and the woman in front of me had about $2.25 left on her gift card & wanted to use it for my meal, and the front counter guy actually wouldn't let her?! Like most Zaxby's though, hit or miss, brand has sucked as a whole for awhile now, since they took the milkshakes away & did something to the ingredients. Coupled in with the dissatisfaction of the food I get here, 1 Star. read more

Terrible service. Cashier was extremely hostile and rude. Food took over 20 minutes. Did not call my number, another customer told me it was ready. Did not give me any dressing for salad. Used to go every week. Something has happened. Never going back! read more

Just picked up a Togo order and the food seems not fresh. The tossed chicken tenders have hardly any sauce covering them and majority of the French fries are flimsy. The service was decent and quick. Hoping their kitchen staff can turn things around so this great chain can live up to its reputation earned at other locations. read more

Online ordering unavailable. Waited in drive through for 30 mins. Completely unacceptable!

LOVE zaxbys and most of the other zaxbys around were great! Customer service was great, foot was great etc. but this specific zaxbys always ends up being disappointing . VERY RUDE and lazy employees AND manager. Food was terrible and the chicken was hard I wouldn't even give a star if I had a choice. This place sucks and will be getting no money out of my pockets! read more

Just refused to take my order because it was more than 2 items. "Company policy" apparently. No worries though I'll just go down the street to Chick Fil A where they don't hesitate to feed a family of 4! That'll be my last trip through your restaurant. read more

Been here quite a few times in the past 6 years that I've lived right down the road. Some good experiences, some sub-par. I most always get the chicken finger plate with BBQ sauce instead of Zax sauce and extra fries instead of coleslaw with extra seasoning on the fries. This has been my order for years. Came here the other night and they charged me 25 cents for barbecue sauce, were VERY skimpy with the fries, it didn't even look like a single serving of fries (if I wanted a single serving I would've ordered one!!), and gave me a cup of seasoning on the side and none on my fries?? Do they think I have the ability to toss my fries in the seasoning before I eat them in my car? I am in the service industry and would not treat people how they treated me when I asked why I was charged for an extra sauce when I've been exchanging it freely for zax sauce for years. Ridiculous. read more

Be Warned. I went to Zaxby's today and they messed up my order. Called them and they said come back out to pick up the correct order. During a pandemic they asked for the wings back that I ordered earlier. I have them, but I am not eating at a restaurant that they are having customers return food. Think about that I took the food to my home and during a Pandemic they want it back into the restaurant. I spent over 40 dollars and they are so concerned thinking someone is trying to beat them out of 10 wings that they risk the health of everyone that will eat there. I am not sick, but they do not know who might be. So if that is their policy to take food back into the restaurant that has been in someone's home. They have lost a customer. I will not make a third trip to Zaxby's tomorrow for a refund. I will just take it as a loss. I have had several wrong orders in the past from this store and I just let it go. This was the last time. It is truly maddening for a company to mess up and treat you like a thief. Included photos of day old wings that I was supposed to return today, but not risking my health for 8 dollars worth of wings. They will be thrown away. read more

Zaxbys - Fast Food Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

Only giving it 2 stars because the food is good. The service is TERRIBLE. Always. Whether you go through the drive through or go inside,it's slow and rude. Today the drink machine was broken so you had to wait in two lines. One to place your order and the other to get your drink. I see so many bad reviews on Yelp. They need to pay attention and do something. read more

Absolutely the slowest service known to man. We visited the store 20 times over the last three years and it is consistently atrocious. Tonight I waited 38minutes in the drive-through line are my food still wasn't ready. Took 34minutes to get to the window!!!! #NeverAgain read more

Every time I go back this place it gets worse. My last sandwich had an abundance of sauce and it appeared they microwaved it because the lettuce was hot and wilted. Ended up tossing the sandwich in the trash after a few bites. That bring said I like the crinkle fries. read more

Wings, 10 equals 9.99, if you try and split the sauce they charge you for 2 order of 5 for 5.50 each. So an extra dollar to split sauces. This is really stupid and will be the last time I get wings. read more

They have multiple times forgotten the extra sauces they you PAY for and even when asked if they are in the bag at the drive through they say yes. They do not offer an acceptable explanation or apology. I will not support a restaurant that does this wrong multiple times. read more

I get it's Zaxby's and there's only so much you can expect, but this location is a disaster. The staff could care less. Trash cans full. No ice. Ordered 2 salads and 2 kids chicken finger meals. Took over 25 minutes to get the food. In the time it took they could have grown the salad and called it farm to table. read more

This was the second Zaxby's of the Pittsburgh to NOLA road trip, and I have to say the food and service was not as good as the first we went to outside of Huntsville. The friends I went with said that the chicken tenders weren't as big, and the fries seemed to have been sitting for a while. But thank God it was open on New Year's Day! read more

The food is decent. I think they could do better with customer service. No fork or napkins placed in bag. Bummer. Customer service is important too. Poor service at speaker. read more

Minus 10 stars if it was possible. Terrible staff, 20 minutes in drive through with no Explanation. Staff irritable TO ME when I said "hello" to the speaker. The manager at this place should be fired read more

We love Zaxby's, but I simply can't visit this location again. We walked in and because the odor/smell was strong we turned around and walked out. Some may call it the "wet mop" smell. I was not even comfortable going through the drive through. read more

It's zaxby's so it tastes great. But if you go through the drive thru, make sure you check your order before you leave. I recognize that all their food is essentially the same, but that shouldn't make orders interchangeable. They're good about fixing it, just make sure you check. read more

I was there and went through the drive through on 09/24/19 and this wonderful employee was there to greet me and just so happy to be there, I had been having a rough day... just had a baby 4 weeks ago and we were in and out of errands all day, dealing with all sorts of rude people, and I was so hungry and stopped by with barely enough time to grab some food and Ahjane(I think that's her name) went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and just had the best attitude. She is a wonderful employee!! read more

This was our first time going to any Zaxby's. What a relief from the normal fast food burger joint. I had a salad that was so fresh and crisp. The grilled chicken was perfect! The lady who took our order was so helpful and cheerful! I wish I remembered her name but she did have reddish hair. Great job! read more

Had the best lunch here! Inside is always clean and staff is always so friendly! The chicken tenders are always so fresh and moist, and the Cajun chicken sandwich is delicious. read more

Wonderful service!! Food was amazing! Love the Zax sauce and the chicken is always tender. The staff was really sweet to my kids too.

First of all, the drive thru was super slow and there were only about 3 cars in front of me. It was 11:15am on a rainy Monday. I ordered a salad and then headed to a nearby dealership for an oil change. When I settled in and got my salad out, I had NO silverware and NO napkins! I had to chase down a car dealer worker to find a fork and then go to a bathroom to get napkins. Needless to say, I'm not happy with Zaxby's at the moment! read more

I'll never eat at Zaxby's again...almost lost a filling on the grit in my take-out salad tonight. How does THIS happen if they're complying with health department standards!? read more

I usually love the food, But today I got something extra A HAIR about a foot long in my sandwich.

Repeatedly slow drive-thru even though there are plenty staff. I'm wondering are they actually slaughtering live chickens in the back to be that slow!! Always ask if I can hold as soon as I pull up to the speaker. The line is always extremely long due to being so slow. It doesn't matter the time of day. They are just Sloooowwww read more

Wow.... A place that prides itself on serving chicken however, you forget to put the chicken in a kiddie finger meal. It would have been nice it the person who checked the order before giving it to me in the drive through window would have done there job and actually checked to be sure it was correct instead of just acting like you checked it. I would have gone back up there to have it corrected, but after a 30 min drive to get home only to find out it was wrong kind of stinks. I don't think I will be revisiting this store since this appears to be a common occurrence. read more

This particular Zaxby's is not a favorite. We ordered our food and went to get our drinks. The ice machine was broken and ice came pouring out on me and the floor, which could cause a slippery hazard. Our food was ready in a timely manner. The cook left off the slaw and he also left off the Texas toast off my inlaws salads. The chicken was not great, but not bad. The fries were luke-warm and tasted like they had been fried in old grease. The dining room was clean and the bathroom was tidy. Not a great experience for fast food but not a bad experience either. read more

The staff there could not address food allergies. Even McDonald's can address food allergies and does a good job of it. We left because it was not safe to eat there, allergy wise. read more

Stood at counter, teenager behind the counter never stopped chatting with her 2 friends to acknowledge our existence or take our order. We left never to return. I'm leaving a one star review based solely on the terrible customer service here. The lady at the cash register taking orders (white lady with long blonde hair - cashier at 3:15 pm on MLK day Monday - didn't see a name tag). As I approached the cash register, I stood there waiting on her to look up from her cell phone. She was on her cell phone in plain sight, while a customer (me) waited on her to finish. As I waited, I noticed another worker (drive thru white girl with brown hair) on her cell phone too. As a restaurant business owner who had strict policies on cell phone usage at work for my own employees, I was curious and asked the blonde lady "do your managers not care that y'all are on your cell phones at work?" No attitude, I swear. Just a simple question. To which she replied "I'm texting my kid who is out of school today (MLK day). There is a company policy against cell phones at work but I don't care. If my kid texts me, I'm going to text back. They can fire me." I am in awe. Just utter shocked that she would say that to a customer. No "oh sorry about that" or any remorse. But instead very defensive and seemed very pissed that I had the audacity to ask the question. I went to go sit down and wait for my order. I waited a while for them to call my number (like they usually do when an order is ready) And after about 10 mins, I got out of my seat and walked up to the counter where I saw my food just sitting there for lord knows how long. She didn't call my number to let me know to come get my food (no doubt because she was pissed at me and likely was telling all her coworkers what a "bitch" I was based on the evil looks I kept getting from her *rolls eyes*) My chicken wasn't even warm anymore :( I'm very irritated at how I was treated by this lady. And for that, I hope someone talks with her or does some re-training her on customer service and cell phone usage at work. read more

ate there with 5 of us- terrible in every regard. boneless chicken wings were greasy deep fried dough balls. onion rings: cold, dry, no onion to speak of. three had the big cobb salad: they liked the small portion veggie part but the chicken was inedible. two of us with grilled chicken sandwich were okay with it. had to go to the counter three times to ask for the milk shake i paid for the first time up. the shift leader 'Shawanna' (sp?) was surly, unfriendly and not helpful. others just went through the motions of helping, but did little to get our orders. for almost $60 i'll enjoy a lame macdonalds next time- you'll get better food and better service. read more

I was excited about this opening because I have never been to ANY Zayby's before. I went through drive through & ordered 10 bone in chicken wings with a sauce, it came with celery & ranch dressing. I was so disappointed. When I opened the box there were the hot wings & under them was the celery and even the dipping sauce. The celery was covered with the sauce & was now hot. The dipping sauce was covered by the sauce of the wings. I came home, rinsed off my Celery & dipping sauce in order to eat them. I had planned on having a picnic outside but instead I had to go home to deal with this. There was no way I could eat this and not make a huge mess all over & who really wants hot celery. I had also ordered a salad & it was good but the chicken tasted like it had been around for awhile. Not fresh at all. I won't be going back. read more
