I usually come here often and it's great, but today I went and was greeted by Josh, a wonderful , energetic and kind gentleman with exceptional customer service. Victor Cooper is the type of manager I want on my team. I placed my order over the phone to be picked up the next morning. His attitude was wonderful, and even his sales pitches were on point but not annoying. I arrived the next morning on time, but the order wasn't ready. Now, I don't care if it was human error or a computer glitch, what I do care about is what I witnessed: a group of folks making some shit happen real quick for their customers. Came through the drive thru with my sister at 9 pm. they close at 9:30. we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for our food while other people were receiving their food. we pulled back around to the window and they ignored us until we called the store and they finally opened the window and gave us our food...it was cold. top tier service read more

Last night was my second visit to Zaxby's. The first visit a year ago I got violently sick from MSG, migraine & vomiting for 24 hours! (Had Chicken Fingers) This time I noticed the Allergen menu and chose food that does not contain MSG (Boneless Wings). Woke up with a migraine and palpitations at 3:30am. We have gone through the drive thru at Zaxby's several times in the past few weeks!! All the employees have been very nice and respectful!! The food is of good quality and tasty for a fast food restaurant! Overall, it has become a place we depend on when wanting a quick meal where both food and service are above average!! read more

Wow did they completely drop the ball tonight!!! It's clear there is no one here on charge tonight. Our order was so screwed up it was laughable. My meal I ordered that was supposed to come with fries, DIDN'T. Told them NO ZAX SAUCE on the sandwiches but Honey Mustard INSTEAD......NOPE, they put Zax Sauce on all of em. Wife ordered Wings & Things - Traditional Wings with Original Sauce. The sauce on the wings was hot as hell and was definitely not Original. Also, no celery....what happened to the celery? This is why Chick-Fil-A kicks y'alls ass and y'all are open 1 day more than them. This crew here tonight was so unprofessional and having a good ole time in the back. Well a not so good experience with Zaxby's. Ordered and paid for a 7-finger plate last week but got home and had a 3-finger plate. Called and they took my name and said next time I come to give them my name and they would make it right. Just went back and they said I had to have my receipt which I threw away since I wasn't informed I needed it. They refused to replace my order. Won't be back. read more

I always enjoy the food at Zaxby's, especially the wings. But the curbside service is an absolute joke. I've yet to have a good experience using their curbside service in which I have not had to wait for 10-20 minutes for my food or haven't had to send back food because items were missing. So if your going stick to the drive thru unless you've got plenty of time and patience. read more

This is by far the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. We are usually big fans but I've tried this one three different times and have been very disappointed every time. Getting an order to go is like pulling teeth. Our salads were pathetic and missing ingredients. If I'm going to pay that much money for salad, I expect it to be big and have in it what it says it will. Poor service and slow. Will not be going for a fourth try. read more

I love eating at Zaxby's in Conway. Eating inside or going through the drive-thru have both been just as enjoyable. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always friendly and prompt, and they always have the most delicious food no matter what you order. I have been eating here for years, and I have never once had a bad experience or bad food. They really do such a good job every time, which is rare for fast food restaurants. Friends and family always love eating here as well, and I will continue to purchase and enjoy the great food that I always get at this Zaxby's location. A fast food resturant that always is clean, that you can see into the kitchen, that has great and friendly staff and always gets your order right is such an amazing feat these days for any fast food chain. Awful service, our food is constantly messed up and we are constantly left without the sauce we payed extra for :) when we call to complain we are hung up on mutiple times and then told that they couldn't do anything about our wrong AND cold orders. The tables are sticky. They were out of straws and handed a whole bag of them to a customer and made him put them where they're supposed to be. Literally every single drink was gone in the machine and the workers could care less. Service was horrible. Only good part was the chicken. read more

horrible customer service; after waiting 30 min. for food (fast food?) , I went up to counter to talk to young manager, he simply said they were busy (no sorry or we will compensate you in some way) -totally acted like he did not care. Then he said the wings had not even been dropped yet so we would have to wait another 6 minutes for them to cook. Finally got food about 40 min total.
