Now why am I waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru for FAST food?? My stomach is rumbling...

The food here is always delicious, hot, and fresh!! They just do NOT honor curbside here!! So, I wouldn't waste your time sitting in the car waiting for curbside here because it wont come. Either go inside and pick it up yourself or get in the drive-thru to get it because this location will legitimately close before bringing your food out to you what's the point of offering curbside if you don't plan to actually honor it?! This location is always overrun with people so I'm not sure why the service is so hit or miss. If you get the right staff though, they keep the line moving pretty quick!! It's awesome! Other times, there's usually at least 3 people just standing there behind the counter doing nothing, so you'll have to wait a bit. And it's frustrating to have to wait whilst seeing that. However, the workers who are actually working are always so nice and so sweet and so helpful, and the food is always A1, so I still come here regularly! You can't beat Fresh Zaxby's!!! Just expectation set on the curbside and service situation and you're good to go! read more

At around 8 o'clock, I placed a to-go order for this location. I called several times, but no one answered. On my eighth attempt, while I was in the store, the phone finally rang and was picked up. I was informed that they couldn't hear the phone because it was located in the back. I don't understand this, as there were over 13 staff members present, including the shift leader and manager. Their app sucks to begin with. I ordered curbside. I got there 20 minutes after my order was placed. There was just 1 parking space for curbside. I parked in it and followed the directions. I "checked in". No one came. I waited. Then waited some more. I sent my daughter inside and she says the food was sitting on the counter. That is not curbside. It was getting cold. It kept getting cold because my daughter had to fill our drinks herself. I should have read the reviews for this location. Zaxby's might be great but go to another location. AVOID THOS LOCATION. I've now overpaid for cold soggy fries :( read more

The volleyball team was excited when I told them that I was going to pick up Zaxby's for their snack before the game. I called the order in the day before. My daughter and I went with great expectations to pick up the chicken. The order was called in to be picked up at 3:30. We arrived promptly at 3:27. As usual , we had to wait in a line that wrapped around the store . When we finely got to the speaker, they instructed me to drive around to the window. At the window , she lied and said that they were finishing up my order and that if I pull up they would bring it out to me. Twenty minutes later when I received my order, I expressed my disappointment and left. When the girls got they chicken sandwich's out, they discovered that the order was short and two of the girls didn't get a sandwich. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone else. read more

The food is good, but the restaurant is overall dirty for a Zaxby's Sticky residue from things being wiped down with dirty rags everywhere. Health score is 86. Maybe my standards are too high for my favorite chicken restaurant. read more

I got charged for a medium drink instead of an upcharge. When a meal comes with a drink and you want larger it's supposed to be an upcharge not an additional charge! read more

I cannot speak to what the inside of the restaurant looks like, but my kids enjoyed the ZAX pack meal for two. We are on vacation. They liked it enough to get it a second day, over McDonald's (their fast food of choice). I ate their Cobb salad with the fries chicken. It was delicious and the lettuce was nice and fresh. It was not all the white, crappy chunks, or browning iceberg yuck. I really enjoyed it and will definitely have it again. read more

The food isn't too bad but be prepared to wait a while for your order and don't leave the window until you've checked your order to see if it's right or not. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line for our food, started to leave and realized half of our order was wrong. We had to get back in the drive thru line because the inside was closed and had to wait 15 more minutes for someone to take our order and then another 10 minutes for our food. We will never go back to this location. We had another bad experience about a year ago but they may be under new management now. We were in the drive thru line and seen a girl standing near the menu taking peoples orders. My husband drove up to the menu and stopped for a second because he didn't know what he wanted. There was a lady, looked like a manager, yelling at the girl taking orders. The manager looking lady yelled at my husband "sir if you don't pull up we are not going to take your order". We should have left but we didn't. We felt bad for the young girl getting yelled at. read more

I'll say that I'm not a huge fan of Zaxbys. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I dont like the chicken fingers. I dont really like the way they taste and I'm not a fan of the zax sauce either. But I do love the coleslaw it's really hard to find good coleslaw these days. read more

this is not so much about the food which is always good but the customer service after a sale. I picked up my order at the drive through, A 4 piece and a 6 piece chicken finger plate. I drive the 20 minutes home to find out they gave me two 4 piece plates while chargng me for a 6 and a 4. I immediatly try calling the store. The phone just rings and rings. No one answers. I try several more times and still no answer and no answering machine. I take the survey online and explain my displeasure with being given the wrong meal. I try calling again th afollowing day, again no answer. A couple days later I send an email to Zaxbys Corporate with the situation. I receive a canned email saying it will be forwarded to the proper pepole to be looked into. 5 days later and No more information. It seems they are happy to charge me for more than I received and have no desire to correct the issue. A simple we're sorry might have sufficed but at this point no matter how much I like their food I will not return until this rip off is corrected. Just received a phone call from the stores general manager and they are Taking care of the issue and very apologetic. Their phones were not working last week and had to be replaced. I will update again after I go in for the correction to take place. read more

This is probably the worst/best place on earth! Sometimes they have good chicken strips,but at the same time they be under cooked and don't have really good taste. Their fries are really delicious good, also they can be really soggy. The Zaxbys sauce is really good. The signature sauce that's amazing I love it so much. 99/100 times you go. They always short you a zax sauce or forget to give you your coleslaw or a fork. I literally just asked how many zax sauces come with a 6 finger plate and she said 2, so I got 1 extra. Pull out and looked into my bag. There was only 2. I love this Zaxby's. They have recently remodeled the building with a very upscale look. Their chicken fingers are great, but I always go with the grilled house salad. The produce they use is always high quality and fresh. They can get really busy at typical times but it's worth the wait. read more

This was my second time coming here and the chicken wasn't cooked fully. I could've gotten sick. That is gross 2 days in a row.
