Mild Wings, fries, sweet tea

Great Food, Great Service..... this place had just the wings I was craving and the sweet tea was perfect

Fries.. look at all the salt..

Me and my husband went in on black Friday around 2 pm. We ordered around 55$ worth of food and waited 25 minutes and when we got in the car and was eating. We had to throw away all fries, straight and curly. And I had to trash fried pickles...my toast on my blt was burned.. and my daughters lemon pepper wings were so salty couldn't even taste lemon pepper. This was our first time trying them out. We may try again but not sure yet.. wasted money had to buy food for us to eat ....

I give this place 4 stars for cold beer great wings and cool staff. Id like to see a more varied menu and more room. But all in all a cool place that does what it does very good!

Delicious. Great food every single time. Hidden gem! 6 wings, 3 tenders & a side of fried green tomatoes.

Not the best food, but not the worst either. Cool place to hang out and watch football. Lots of great beer on tap.

My brother and nephew are in town and they looked this spot up for lunch, so we came by today…read more Plenty of parking, right off exit 16 on 400. We sat upstairs with a group of ladies playing mah jong which was cool to see. The host Gabby was nice, after greeting us we were seated in a booth and began looking at the menu. Our server was Taylor, who was friendly, helpful, and really good at her job. Never needed anything bc she was great! I started with one of their blackberry ciders, my brother got a sour. For an app we ordered a giant pretzel and it was delicious. Whole grain mustard and gooey cheese were served on the side. Hard not to want to eat more than one. For entrees I went with a Reuben with a side of tater tots. The Reuben was tasty, they shred the corned beef up so it's easier to eat, and you get consistent bites every time. Their 1000 island dressing is KILLER. It's definitely homemade and I ordered a side for my tots. Nephew got the salmon BLT with sweet potato fries, and my brother got the Philly cheesesteak with tots as well. Once he tried my suggestion of dipping in the dressing, he got a side as well. The GM Andrew came by and checked on us. Service level is great here, made us feel welcome and happy we were in here. Since I'm technically on the clock I had to head out after two ciders. I could see myself being here for hours, if I'm not careful. Support small owned businesses! Thanks to the team and especially Taylor for a great lunch today/

They do not brew their own beer (aka no beer flights) so not sure why they are called a brewery. This felt more like a restaurant. There were tons of seats, and it was very nice! The outdoor seating is downstairs (no elevator). The drink menu needs descriptions, not just names. The drinks we did have were great (strong & not overpriced). The old-fashioned had regular ice not the large square or ball ice like most old-fashioned. We did send the fish & chips back because the fish wasn't crispy. It was soggy & fishy. We did enjoy the house chips and atmosphere. We would give them another try.

Go DAWGS! The real standout of the meal was the duck fat tater tots. These were sinfully delicious. They were crispy, rich, and easily one of the best appetizers I've had in a long time. They include three different dips We visited during lunch service, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. The portions were generous, especially considering the price, and the overall quality was excellent. If you're looking for a great lunch spot with memorable bites and solid service, South Kitchen + Bar is definitely worth the visit!

The food: I went with the Fried Chicken Blue Plate. Between the regular and the Nashville Hot, the Nashville was the winner--flavorful and moist without being overwhelming with the spice. Huge shoutout to my server for suggesting the brussel sprouts; that glaze is incredible and they were easily my favorite part of the plate. The mashed sweet potatoes were unique--I'm still debating if I liked them or loved them. The jalapeño cornbread was a bit sweet for my taste but on par with most restaurant cornbread. The mac & cheese wasn't bad, but also didn't do much for me like most restaurant mac & cheese. The cocktail: Do not sleep on Nana's Naissance. I wasn't sure what to expect from the ingredients, but it's like an elevated take on Rumchata. The service: I was seated at the bar and experienced a noticeable delay--a group that arrived well after me almost finished their meal before mine arrived. However, the waitress acknowledged the wait before I even had to mention it and made things right. I really appreciate that kind of proactive service. We're all human, and they handled the situation very professionally.
