Customer wait was high while multiple tables were empty the entire 25 minutes we waited. When we were seated, our waitress seemed a little disoriented and stated she had a "needy" table. Since we had been there awhile and had already viewed their menu we went ahead with placing our full order along with drinks. It took over 15 minutes to receive our drinks and that was after asking a different waitress for them as she was walking by. Our waitress brought two of the five drinks and said she would be back with rest. Four of the five orders came out from the kitchen about 5 minutes later. When our waitress came back we had to ask for the remaining three drinks and last dish "which was just a salad". From there it just got worse and worse. Our waitress seemed as if she wanted to avoid our table all together. Our waitress came another total of twice, one of them being with the salad, additional 10 minutes later. When we were done eating we had to get her attention to get our check and ask for a to go box. She brought the check after what I believe to be longer than needed but didn't bring the take out box. Our check was wrong so we had to get her attention again so it could be corrected. Which our waitress had an issue doing and made some very rude comments about while walking away, enough of comments that multiple people heard it around the area. By this time we had enough and just wanted to get out of there. When she brought the check back, she stated that things would've been cheaper had we not been so rude and turn to walk away while saying it while smiling and never came back. We had to go to the bar to pay cause again she never returned to our table. We did report our experience to a bar tender due to not seeing a manager on the floor at any time during our experience. Needless to say we will not be going back. We've been attending Big Daddy's for years and have had small issues here and there but never have we ever been treated this way. I get sometimes people have an off day. However, in customer service you just have to suck it up and deal with your issues later. The prices aren't cheap even though they run some specials like every other establishment around. I know this is a popular place and maybe people have become custom to bad service but I can spend my money elsewhere and get the same type of food with much better service. Attend at your own risk!
