He said it is not a good idea but if we want to do it he was happy to help us. He said that because I told him my dad had a colonoscopy like 4 months ago and it didn't show anything bad plus my dad doesn't have any stomach pain. We decided not to do it but if my dad have any pain will come back. I really like the Dr Tim, he was nice, and took his time to explained everything I asked him, so I recommend him. Everything was smooth, easy to make appointment, everyone in the office was nice and respectful with us and we didn't have to wait too much. So thank you everyone A++

The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small. Many times, the parking lot will be full. I just park at Walgreens and walk over. Or, you can park in the massive parking lot with the supermarket across the street and walk over. You have plenty of options. Don't worry. The medical office itself is extremely clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The receptionists here are very quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Tim Chen himself is fricken funny, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

First and foremost, the front desk staff at this office is unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and…read morecompletely lacking basic customer service skills. The attitude I received was unnecessary, disrespectful, and honestly unacceptable for a medical office. I originally scheduled a doctor's appointment for myself, but had to reschedule because my child was hospitalized. It was an actual medical emergency. Despite dealing with a stressful situation involving my child, I still had the courtesy and responsibility to call ahead instead of simply not showing up. I then rescheduled my appointment for June 9th. On the 2nd, I found out I had no one available to watch my child, so again, I responsibly called a full week in advance to reschedule. Not one day before. Not the day of. Not after missing the appointment. A full week ahead of time. Your front desk then tried telling me that I could not reschedule after the "third time," which makes absolutely no sense considering I had only called twice before: 1. Once because my child was hospitalized. 2. Once a week in advance because I had no childcare available. At no point was this a no-show or a last-minute cancellation, so the way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Given that this is a medical office, I would expect the staff to have at least some level of understanding and compassion when it comes to actual medical emergencies, especially involving a hospitalized child. Instead, I was met with attitude and disrespect for situations that were completely outside of my control. If the front desk cannot handle patients with basic professionalism, empathy, and respect, then they should not be working in patient care at all. And also Dr Armine closed my case and she didn't care about my healt and situation

The mere fact that Dr.Mello goes back to almost 8 yrs.just to check whether there were labs or procedures not done yet or missed , is indeed an indication of how carefully he executes his approach to my diagnosis. This is a very rare scenario in the current healthcare status , specially seniors who are at times cannot advocate for themselves. Kudos indeed to Dr. M.Mello and his staff and worth mentioning also is Ms. Mary .

Makeup of jokes regarding the appointment. Today I met Dr. David mellow and he was really really nice. I was nervous because of unfortunately people making all kinds of negative comments but of course I want to make my own experience with the office and staff. It turns out my cousin had seen both the father and the son. She was extremely happy and they practically saved her life. So I am glad I made a wonderful decision to see Dr. David Mello. Laura the secretary that gave me the instructions. She was so nice and professional gave me all the details on how to go about to get ready for my appointment. The whole staff seemed wonderful but my experience was with Mary and Laura and Dr. David Mello . I highly recommend this Office. They do colonoscopy.

The prep was not fun obviously but the actual procedure was a piece of cake. He also did a throat scope as well while I was under which gave me peace of mind. He called me back personally and let me know everything was normal, thank God:) I highly recommend Dr. Soltani and his staff for any gastro procedures.

IMHO a doctor could be great but if his…read morestaff won't alert him to an issue, won't relay messages and leaves a patient unable to communicate with them...it won't really matter. I'm having a really hard time processing some of these reviews. Dr. Soltani is a nice man but does not have a "warm fuzzy" bedside manner. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just don't expect that. He is well trained and has impressive credentials. Here is the reason for this 1-star review. If I could give minus stars, I would do that. The staff is unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. His scheduler is located outside the United States, which is not a bad thing in itself, but good luck understanding her. We've had a surgical procedure rescheduled, and canceled more than once . Medication was withheld, GI prep was completed, preop appointments that had to be rescheduled/redone...all because the scheduler canceled but neglected to notify the actual patient. This is clearly a negligible practice and I fully intend to see what options are available to us. I try very hard not to leave negative reviews but feel this is a public service issue. I'm disheartened, and feel very upset that the office staff are so uncooperative and unconcerned.

My appointment was pushed back by 2 hrs because doctor was running late... not happy about it because I'm hungry and parched. Appt was at 2pm (asked to get there an hour early) so I got there at 1:30. While otw, I got a call saying it'll be pushed back an hour...later 2 hrs. In the end, my appt didnt happen until 4pm. Anyway, other than that...my prep tucked butt...but luckily that was the only thing I was worried about. Once I got into the room, the nurse directed me into the changing room. Once changed, I went to the bed and waited for another staff to check in with me to confirm my name, DOB, and health concerns. Afterwards, I got the IV inserted to my arm/hand. Waited until the doctor arrives to greet me. Finally, after a long while, the anesthesiologist arrived to let me know that I'm in good hands. Right after greeting the anesthesiologist, I went into the room for my procedure...next thing I know...I wad done! Doctor shared his findings and got my souvenir photos of the finding(s). Procedure was literally 30 minutes! Then the recovery was about 15ish (for me).
