    The WORST customer service. Had an online return many was instructed to go upstairs to women's--like why couldn't they do this downstairs where there was no line. Upstairs is one person and 12 ppl in line. Agree with the majority of other reviewer--NEVER shopping here again and left a bad taste for shopping at Zara in general. Will be reaching out to corporate.

    This is a Zara I visit frequently and everytime it's the same thing. Upstairs is for returns but they have one person on register and downstairs is for purchase and they probably have 2 people sometimes one. Today was so hot upstairs it doesn't make any sense at all. We waited over 50 minutes for a return. It's a sale going on now so I expect things to be all over. There are workers walking around and you would think they would have people on registers to get the line down or something! I usually can find a couple of pieces but now I order online but if returning will be this much of a hassle i dont know.

    The line for returns is out the door, and the manager only wants one person working the return register.

    I am profoundly disappointed with the experience I had in the store today while my two young daughters, aged 2 and 4, were present. Upon entering the store from downstairs, I noticed that the purchase line was very short, with multiple employees working at the cashier. However, when I reached the upstairs section, I found the return line almost out the door, with only one employee handling returns. We waited approximately 45 minutes until I was third in line. At this point, I politely asked an employee who was hanging clothes if I could speak to her manager. The employee quickly fetched the manager, Gonzalo, and I calmly explained to him that my children and I had been waiting for 45 minutes. I suggested that it would be helpful to have two employees working the return line, given that there were multiple employees downstairs assisting with purchases despite it being a very short line. Gonzalo quickly and rudely dismissed my suggestion, claiming it was impossible to assign additional staff to the return register. Shortly after, his employee (white t-shirt) asked him to help her with the customer ahead of me who had two full bags of returns. He then called another employee to assist with returns. I pointed out to him right then stating, "Now you're able to bring another employee to help" to which he reacted by instructing both employees not to process my return. He waved his hand, shooed me off, and told me to "get the f*** out" - all in front of my children- aged 2 and 4!!! I refused to leave. I was shocked and in total disbelief that this employee just cursed at me in front of my children. He had no right to refuse my return, and I was determined to stand up for my rights. The two employees whom Gonzalo directed not to process my return followed through with his orders. One continued to ignore me (wearing the white t-shirt). And the other (in the black t-shirt) kept a smirk on her face, and called me a "bitch," while repeatedly stating that she would not process my return. This behavior is entirely unacceptable. No business should deny a customer the right to return an item that complies with the store's return policy. Moreover, the manager called Zara's security to escort me out of the store, who ultimately did nothing and instead kept apologizing because they recognized the inappropriate conduct of Zara's store manager and his staff. This further demonstrates the injustice of the situation. My children and I were subjected to this mistreatment, which was entirely uncalled for. I have documented the incident with pictures and videos of the employees involved, and I will be sharing this evidence with the corporate office. (I was only able to share short trimmed snippets on Yelp, btw. Couldn't upload the entire video.) This manager and the two employees involved should not be representing this company. Their actions were unprofessional and inappropriate, and I urge you to take immediate disciplinary action.

    Return line takes over 45m. No urgency with staff. They don't care. Their process is inefficient and this store is poorly managed the last two years. They don't know how to train their staff manners or efficiency when handling customers for purchases or returns.

    Terrible customer service and only 1 or 2 representative at the return line! Please add more help of you see the line is long!

    Horrible staff with very bad attitude. I don't go to Zara store often, but had same experience during the past couple visits.

I asked him if they have any sweaters with a different type of material because I found this one itchy, but he's not really interested. He just tells me "let's just take care of this return first and then we'll see". so he processes my return and says "alright, you're all set", without any intention of following up on the question I had asked earlier. I asked again, "so do you have any other sweaters, with a different type of wool, and he says, "well there's some sweaters on the counter behind you. You can take a look ", without any intention of helping. so, I have to literally ask "what kind of material are those sweaters made of?" now he doesn't know either so he looks up the item on his computer and he tells me that they are indeed a different type of wool. It should not have taken this much effort for my question to be answered. Could he be any less interested in making a sale? At this point he gets a call with a customer, presumably, and stays on this call for 5 minutes. I continue to browse and find a sweater that I quite like and bring it up to the counter to ask him to look up the price and material for me. But he never gets off the call, which isn't entirely his fault. But he could have multitasked and or put the call on hold to help the customer that is actually there in person. But he really just did not seem interested in engaging with me. Where's that stellar bonobos customer service I keep reading about? Not present at the Santana row store on Monday 12/22 at 6pm. Management if you're reading this, that guy needs to be fired. You just lost a loyal customer!

Given the importance of the moment and the price point, I had high expectations. The initial experience was strong. The consultation, fitting, and in store service felt thoughtful and professional, exactly what you would expect when investing north of a thousand dollars for a tailored tuxedo. Unfortunately, the jacket fit missed the mark. When I raised the concern, the initial response from the tailor left me with the impression that this was simply something I would have to live with. That did not sit right with me given the investment. I asked to speak with the manager, and credit where it is due, he handled the situation extremely well. He took the issue seriously, showed genuine interest in getting it right, and ensured the jacket was adjusted as best as possible so I could confidently wear it for the wedding. After the wedding, they brought me back in to fully redo the tuxedo and included a custom shirt as part of making things right. Unfortunately, the redo was worse than the first fit. I am still not sure how or why that happened. At that point, we started over again, this time with two people taking my measurements and another custom shirt added to the order. Throughout this entire process, the overall professionalism in the store was solid, with the exception of one representative who occasionally missed the mark but did catch himself and apologized. Everyone else genuinely tried to deliver a good experience. Where things consistently broke down was after the order was placed. Something seems to get lost in translation between the store and the suit makers, and that disconnect ultimately undermined the experience. Bottom line. The in store service and intent were good. The execution and consistency of the final product were not. As a result, I will not be a customer moving forward. I truly hope my experience remains the exception. My son, nephew, and son in law are all active SuitSupply customers with multiple custom suits and shirts and have had positive experiences. For me, however, I am now looking for a different long term partner as I continue upgrading my suit closet.

We felt so welcome, he also heard me talking about my dress color and suggested a custom tie that would pull in the shade of ivory from me dress and my husband's white dress shirt together. Shortly before leaving, they mentioned they also do alterations on wedding dresses since I had mentioned my dress still needing alterations. Fast forward a week later and I'm getting quoted an amazing quote to have my dress altered, so much stress was relieved! Every visit in to pick up our wedding attire was 100/10 and I highly recommend going in. We absolutely loved the entire experience and can't say enough about everything!

I was able to see bags and charms from Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Longchamp, and many more designers. I had admired some of the bags online and enjoyed seeing what they looked like in real life. The biggest surprise was Coach. I burned out on Coach purses over 10 years ago, but found some of their bags to be quite beautiful and well-made. I also saw some Tory Burch bags I really liked, and I'm not usually a fan. One sales associate offered to assist me and then kindly left me alone and let me browse. Spending time at Nordstrom was one of the highlights of my visit to the mall.

We complied immediately. After relocating and waiting as instructed, another customer was then allowed to cut ahead of us even though we had already been waiting, twice mind you. When I raised the issue in the moment, stating that we had been waiting first, the situation was not corrected and no adjustment was made to the order of service. The employee pretended to be surprised there was a line when he was the one who kicked us out in the first place. The result was inconsistent queue management that disproportionately affected multiple Asian customers who were waiting in line. Regardless of intent, the handling of the situation created a perception of unfair treatment and favoritism to Caucasian customers and was not addressed when brought to staff attention. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management can review staff training and ensure consistent handling of checkout lines so customers are not redirected out of order or left waiting unfairly after following instructions.
