My first and LAST time shopping with Zara! I was humiliated at this location and received very poor customer service. I visited at 12:33p on 7/1 and the cashier on the end before you walked into the back room was very rude! I was returning a pair of jeans that didn't fit that I picked up in store the day prior, so there was no packing slip only the label on the bag which I assumed they could scan as the receipt as there were 2 barcodes. Well the cashier walked off after I told her I didn't have a physical receipt to have another employee make an announcement to the whole store to have your receipt ready before you come to the counter! Still not telling me what I needed to provide to her, again this was my FIRST EXPERIENCE with Zara! I finally pull up the email and ask if that's what she needed and she says yes, scans by phone and hands me something. I asked if that was it... usually they ask for a reason or signature or something! And she just said "yeah." I might also add, I was already annoyed with the experience as they WERE not regulating social distancing and the person behind me was very close and their child kept sneezing and not covering there nose. I then went to H&M which I patron frequently and shared my experience with one of the managers there and she had also been to this location once and commented that is was not a welcoming experience! Considering we are in a pandemic and people are without jobs the least these ungrateful and rude cashiers at Zara can do is be more polite to paying customers who are helping to keep them employed! read more

Welllll security host was accommodating, and the manager was polite, not afraid to take a time out to be informative. I guess the wait in line did not outweigh their politeness. Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Average time waiting in line is never less than 45 minutes. I have tried to return an item FOUR times and every time, the cash register line is literally out the door. It doesn't matter if I arrive in the morning, afternoon or evening. Weekday or weekend. I like Zara. Their clothes actually fit me compared to the American brands. However, even Zara's clothes seem tight on me. Maybe I'm just getting fat. Zara is like H&M. They're both from Europe. They offer current trends for cheap prices. Their clothes aren't the highest quality. But it's suppose to be cheap trends that you'll throw away or donate in a few years. Zara is a more pricy though, compared to H&M. Perimeter Mall's Zara seems like a decent sized store. They have a good men's selection. They have a decent amount of mirrors for you to check yourself out in. The staff seemed fine. They were courteous. Like all stores, they seemed understaffed at the checkout. I like the Zara brand, I like the way their sizes actually are pretty accurate, and I like that the pants here aren't too short. This particular store is pretty sizable, having both mens and women's clothing. There are racks all along the edges of the store, as well as racks throughout the center. The organization seems a bit haphazard, and sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find something specific. Prices can be a bit higher than what you would expect for trendy clothing at the type of quality that the store offers, but there are usually some good deals when they have sales. The sales people in this store are hit or miss. They are sometimes helpful, and there are times when you are wandering trying to find someone to help you. Never again! Line out the door when they open at 11 with only two registers of five open. Returning things that didn't fit because they don't let you try them in the store. Then as they are returning, they reinstall the security buttons and hang up each item instead of having someone else do that in the background. Horrible service. I will never go back! read more

Zara at Perimeter is a great store, they have mens and womens clothes.They have everything from trendy to not as trendy of style of clothing. Everything from business dressy to jeans and casual t shirts. They have some hott shoes!! I have heard that they get shipments twice a week with new stuff with every shipment.!! Quality clothing. The fit is tailored and or custom depending on what your looking at. I have shopped with Zara in London and its very popular over seas. And the Europen look is whats in right now and in style right!! The best customer service I've received in this store have been in two areas: 1. Women's Fitting Room 2. The ENTIRE Men's department I always checkout on the men's side. Do not expect any of the women to greet, ask you if you need help, etc. They are improving, but it needs to be quicker. I see so many "people" crowded around the women's register, and yet there is only one register open. I know how ZARA works. To Head Cashier/Manager: You frustrate the customer LESS if you inform everyone who is NOT the cashier on duty to stay away from the register. I'm a huge fan of Zara Clothing Store, but that hasn't always been the case. It wasn't until a few years ago that I use to pass this store, refusing to go in, because I had never heard of the brand and was stuck on Express and The Limited. I finally went in and have been a devoted shopper ever since. Zara is a Spanish clothing and accessories line that carries "low-priced lookalike" items of popular high end fashion for men and women. I mainly buy their jeans, tops, and occasionally their shoes. I've never had an issue with the service as I usually prefer not to be bothered while I'm peeling through racks of cloths and looking obsessively for the perfect pair of jeans or trousers. So, if employees don't speak or make a point to assist me, it's all good. Just make sure someone's at the register when I'm ready to cash out! This location has the worst customer service ever. I've been an avid shopper at this particular location and there must have been a change in management. Associates are very rude and inattentive. This store is something else. They changed it and moved it from the back towards the front by the Urban Outfitters entrance. Why they get 1 star. The biggest reason is when I went to try something on, the attendants in the back (gossiping about the mall operations and complaining), stopped and suggested that I can pick any room as long as I bring the clothes back to them. I did that and when I brought the clothes back to them after trying them on, they all looked at me like (who is gonna grab it from her?) it was 5 people back there just looking ...when someone finally did she hardly reached out and walked towards me I had to walk back towards her and place it in her hand while looking at her face with this smug ass look. I haven't been back since a bad experience last year, but unfortunately went in today looking for a birthday gift for a friend whose favorite clothing store is Zara. You must have to be a certain type to be given the time of day, I had two employees walk directly past me as if I didn't exist, and one of the girls actually made eye contact with me as she walked by with a rude look on her face and didn't even bother to say hello or ask if I needed help. Dear Zara customer service, Your customer service is awful. Your company shipped me the wrong size and now I have to ship something back to you to receive a credit, and I am certain upon receiving my size will no longer be available. I am requesting a full credit for my items now! You have the confirmation that says I need a size 8 and not a size 9 which is what I received. I just left the Lenox Square store and they yet again were unable to process the return due to a control number that is issued by your customer service office which is closed. And of course I could not exchange for the right size because they do not have it in store, which is why I purchased them on the internet! You should be horrified that any of your customers are going through such peril to purchase your merchandise instead of sending a form letter in a form response. One of the sales associates was rude, aggressive and confrontational. It's unbelievable the type of people they hire . I asked an associate if the dressing rooms were open and she stated no. So I began to put a leather style snap button dress over my shirt to check the sleeve length bc Im tall . another associate comes over to say I can't try it on. I asked how will I know if it's fits ? He goes you have to buy it and return it. So then I asked (I had a lot of items) I need to buy all this and return whatever doesn't fit? We are all NEW TO COVID.. So the fact that we are told to bring clothes home then back seems worse to me with managing the spread ....He proceeds to say "WELL I DONT MAKE THE RULES" .... now ... his mouth and his need to tell me his doesn't make the rules when I clearly can see you are not in a position to "make ANY rules. YOU won't be able to slide some slick comment in to ME... perhaps any other unbeknownst guest but absolutely not me. So at this point I told him no need to get smart .. then the back and forth banter of "who can have the last word" begins filled with snarky comments . So I I said I'm done with the conversation, and he said "I'm done with the conversation ( sigh) so I ask another associate for the manager . The unprofessional guy walks away at this point . A min later a manager (woman) comes over and I proceed to tell her what happen . The rude guy sees us conversing AND WALKS HIS BEHIND BACK FROM ACROSS THE STORE YELLING "THATS ME, THAT WAS ME" . I'm looking at her like see this is exactly what I was talking about ; confrontational , aggressive and loud. Now we going back and forth AGAIN .. She literally has to tell him to go to the back ... he was THAT aggressive . I get the corporate number from her as well.. now fast forward to check out. He's now a cashier and I ended up at the cashier next to him. Another family goes to his register to check out and he ask if they were paying with a card. The older lady says no I have cash.... he says "WELL THATS WHY I SAID CARDS ONLY" ..... now see the aggressiveness and confrontation is built in him . Those snide comments can sneak past a lot of people who aren't aware of undertones in the black community . Yes the rude associate was black, I'm black , the manager was black (who was very professional and apologetic ,kudos to her bc we were already on level 10) we have to do better in customer service and how we talk to people bc not everyone will let you slide . Ordered present for my son weeks ago on line from Zara. Merry Christmas, my son still doesn't have his gift on Christmas Day after the carrier has had it in their warehouse for 2 weeks. Lasership must save Zara a few bucks but service is unacceptable.
