Those are not filling appetizers so I had an antree which was the Pasta and Mushrooms. The entree was the least expensive entree but was still excellent. I sat at the bar because I was by myself. I was hoping for some engagement with fellow people at the bar but it did not happen. What was disappointing was that as a backup, I had hoped for engagement with the bartenders. They were not busy as it was 5 pm. Instead they engaged with each other. They were having a blast yoking and joking and talking about movies. I would have liked to have been a part of it. The service was timely. Other people brought out my 3 servings. I did not feel compelled to give the bartenders anything more than just above 10% because I left feeling a bit angry. Usually when I am by myself and I sit at the bar, I get good attention. The bartenders can make a drink and that is about it.

She took the time to go over all the specials and let us know that everything is made in house since it's a scratch kitchen, which was a nice touch. We arrived right when they opened, and the restaurant filled up fast, so it's definitely a popular spot. We ordered the George Fries, and they were absolutely loaded! The portion was huge and could easily feed two people as an appetizer. For my entrée, I had the Truffle Chicken Alfredo, and it was delicious. The noodles were thick, chewy, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce was rich without being too heavy. It also happened to be my boyfriend's and my anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a complimentary chocolate cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We were so full that we had to wait until we got home to enjoy it! Overall, the food, service, and hospitality were all amazing. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and we'll be back the next time we're in town!

But that's not what this is about: this cozy corner spot surprised us in the best way. My biker buddy, "Secret Squirrel ~ Filter," had the Reuben and declared it one of his top five--looked and tasted fantastic. As for me (Rider name "1/2 Time") had the Steak and Cheese Benedict: two English muffin halves topped with seasoned steak strips, sautéed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepper jack, two poached eggs, hollandaise, paprika, and herbs--it was delicious and fairly priced. They don't serve alcohol, so I missed a Screwdriver, but the iced tea was surprisingly good (and that's not always easy to pull off). Service was prompt and friendly. The cashier stood out--huge smile and wonderful attitude; I wish I'd gotten her name. Fun moment: she mentioned her dad was Navy and joked about names he told her for us Marines--Reply was yup us to we mostly called them Squids. But when push came to shove we always stood together. One Team One Fight! If you get a chance stop in and when you do tell them a Old marine on Yelp called "1/2 Time" told you. We don't get anything, but they will know that I was true to my word and did leave a review.

In short: fast, delicious breakfast made to order…read more I've started coming to Pensacola for work and I found this gem on Yelp . I was on my way to the airport and needed some breakfast before flying out . This was the perfect spot. It's a food truck nestled in a plaza next to Waffle House and a kava bar. I was surprised that Waffle House didn't drive them out but the men running the food truck are so friendly and kind I can't imagine this happening ! They have an array of breakfast sandwiches . You can get them on a Kaiser roll, a brioche bun or an onion brioche bun. I opted to get a bacon egg sandwich on the onion brioche bun. It came out piping hot with perfectly cooked eggs (they are done medium unless asked otherwise), bacon and just the right amount of cheese . After tip it was almost 10.00 which feels steep for an egg sandwich but inflation is getting the best of all Of us. Nonetheless, I inhaled it . It was scrumptious ! It's a food truck... so it's an order to go deal with nowhere to sit which is fine. They don't sell coffee to not take away from a coffee shop nearby. I thought that was very diplomatic of them. I will be back when In town. I wanna try that heart attack sandwich next!!

I asked what was the most popular item. I was told the steak and egg sandwich and the heart attack. I choose the heart attack sandwich. The Heart Attack sandwich did not disappoint. It had bacon, ham, sausage, hash brown, and cheese. It was great! There is no seating nearby but there was plenty of parking. I just ate in my vehicle.

A late breakfast of steak, egg, and bacon with a small salad. The fried cheese crisps added not only a salty balance but a crispy texture balance. The entire plate was well rounded on flavor, texture, and quality. The mango tropical fire was another perfect well rounded balance. Sweet mango, spicy Tabasco, spicy and salty tajin. Plus a little popsicle garnish for dessert. Every visit starts with a friendly greeting and a warm welcome. Attentive and pleasant. Looking at their menu with a variety of Mexican, Latin and middle eastern selections. What really stood out though was their prices. Everything listed seemed to be overpriced. My wife ordered the mini arepas, $14.99. I ordered the Boricuaso Sandwich which consisted of roast pork with swiss cheese and 5 "yucca" fries, $19.99 + 1 coke and water. Total $44.00. The arepas were small with 3 on the plate and were tasty. The Boricuaso sandwich was just ok, not really something I'd order again. 4.8 star rating... hardly. I am being generous giving them 3 stars. What I would order next time would be one of their delicious appearing pastries. They looked wonderful
