Pachi Mirchi Paneer Biryani - was one of my favorites perfectly spiced, flavorful, and the paneer was delicious. Definitely a must-try for paneer and biryani lovers! Kakatiya Kobari Chicken Pulav - was another standout. The coconut flavor combined with the spices and tender chicken made it really different from the usual pulao/biryani options. Absolutely loved it! And the desserts and drinks deserve a special mention The Apricot Delight was rich, creamy, and delicious. The Sitaphal Shake and Chikoo Shake tasted fresh and were perfect after a spicy meal. The faloodas are a must try too We tried the Mango Masti Falooda and Royal Falooda, and both were refreshing, creamy, and loaded with flavor. Overall, Hashtag India is a great place in Milpitas if you're craving flavorful Indian food along with some amazing Indian desserts, shakes, and faloodas. Great variety, delicious flavors, and plenty of options that make you want to come back and try more.

I don't recall what year they were priced out of their gorgeous Santana Row site, but I've seen…read morethis elsewhere with all manner or restaurants and shops, along with 'your lease won't be renewed because a tenant with a bigger draw/higher prices wants in'. I never got there, but my husband raved about it from business dinners. Our birthday honoree wanted to come here. One of us is vegetarian, another GF and very allergic to solanaceae, and two don't eat fish. Usually Pakistani & eastern Asian cuisine is a good choice. Three of us had masala chai, served in traditional glazed clay cups: I think cardamom was the top note. Ginger's the top note, followed by cardamom when I make it. It was blissful. I have been wanting to try pani puri for a while, but don't think the delicate shells would survive delivery. Mouthgasms ensued from everyone. Next time I'm in an Indian restaurant, I'm getting that, as it was as tasty as it looks. Samosas were ordered to share, and again, we were all happy. Because of the high simple carbs, I don't eat the usual one, but half of one was heavenly. Garlic naan & papad(ums) were ordered. They were the most flavorful papad I've ever tasted: don't know what the additional ingredient was, but I will certainly order that again. I asked our server, who might have been a manager, how many papadums were in an order. The answer was three, but he'd add a fourth. It took us a while to choose entrees, and when we made our order, he looked at each of us, confirmed what we ordered--with no note pad. I was impressed. I had the achari chicken kebab, absolutely wonderful spicing, with plenty of onion strips, nicely browned just short of caramelized. Our vegetarian ordered saag paneer, the honoree had her favorite butter chicken, and the fourth ordered seekh kebab. We usually get a taste of each other's dishes, except the vegetarian, because meat. We were very appreciative and enthusiastic of what we'd ordered. We couldn't have made our enjoyment more clear. For dessert, we ordered an intense Malai (mango) kulfi, gulab jamun (dough balls in a honey sauce), too sweet for me, but still pleasant, and rasmalai, a sweet dough in a milky sauce, spiced with saffron, rosewater, cardamom, and pistachios. We were treated to a plate of jalebi, which resembles funnel cakes, in a honey sauce. I've seen these at a Persian market, but don't know the name. For all we ordered, the bill was modest, about $114. We added an ample tip. This was the absolute best Indian food I've ever had! We had such a lovely time. One thing I wish restaurants would do is to put their full menu online, instead of just popular items for delivery or pick-up. It gives you more incentives to dine in!

I visited during lunch with a few friends, and we were wowed by the variety of food options. The naan was served fresh, and everything we tried tasted really good. Service is very good and naan was replenished quickly. I also catered food from them for my spouse's 50th birthday party, and the food was a huge hit with all our guests. Everything was delivered on time and tasted perfect. For appetizers, we ordered Dahi Bhalla, Achaari Paneer, and Gobi Manchurian. For the main course, we had Chana Masala, Butter Chicken, and Paneer Lababdar, along with Naan and Lachcha Paratha. We also ordered Moong Dal Halwa for dessert. Dahi Bhalla was a super hit! Several guests said it was hands down the best Dahi Bhalla they had ever had at a restaurant. All the other dishes were equally delicious and received lots of compliments. Overall, whether you're looking for a great North Indian buffet or catering for a party, I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

This place is for eating there only. They have benches. Sunny and Love both were awesome. I ordered Chole Kulcha, Chili Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Chap, Roomali Roti; Chole Kulcha- I don't have to eat Chole with it. Kulcha itself was very good, crispy and filled with masala. 5 star Chili Chicken- Quality of chicken matters the most. It was very good. 5 star Tandoori Chicken- Quality was great. Juicy, need to eat there only. 5 Star Chap- Need to eat right away. Don't let it wait otherwise it will loose its texture and taste. Taste when it is hot, good mixture of spices and chutneys with it. Onion enhances the flavor of it. 5 Star Roomali Roti- probably the best Roomali roti. Does not matter where they make it. They put butter on it. It does not get chewy or gets dry. 5 Star Sunny and Love they work hard to make it happen. Kudos to them. Noticed, while I was dining, two people came in and expected them to deliver right away and they left. Guys, give them a break, Truck opens at 4:00pm they have to set up the Tandoor it takes time atleast 45 min. To warm up. You can't expect to serve tandoori items right away.

It's a bit dark and warm in the restaurant... You order at the kiosk and wait for your food to be made from the kitchen. A wow factor was seeing the pani puri made and filled with toppings live. It took about 10-15 minutes for our order to be complete! We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrees for 3 people to share family style. Apps: - Rice: can't go wrong with carbs - Garlic Naan: big 4 pieces that are fluffy, crispy, and lots of flavor Entrees: - Butter Chicken: a classic staple and lots of chicken that was tender, juicy, and so much saucy flavor - Dahi Puri: a good portion of 8 and it was so filling because of the potato and just a flavor bomb that explodes with so much complex flavor of sweet, creamy, crunchy, and more! Best to eat this first before it gets too soggy. - Achari Chicken Tikka: lots of meat here as well, with more spicy flavors in this dish - Daal Makhani: hearty lentil soup! Great experience! We were stuffed!

Since you're also getting roti or naan, this is backwards to me. Unless you're a carbatarian, get the regular entree and rice and bread on the side to balance the ratios. They don't have enough vegetarian items that we want to eat from them again, now that we've tried them a couple times we'll move on to other local Indian restaurants. We recommend: -Malai Kofta: good sauce flavor, though neither the sauce or the kofta were what we're used to from previous favorite Indian restaurants. The kofta are very fluffy but bland + Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda: good sauce flavor, and the spinach pakoras were good. This sauce has a kick, so it's also good with raita. + Paneer lababdar: good flavor of sauce and cheese -Aaloo tikki chaat: good, I liked the mix of flavors. +naan was good, nice chewy texture and large size We don't recommend: -Bhalla Papdi Chaat: I liked this but my husband didn't. I mainly liked the sauces and the papadi (the crackers I got did not look homemade), so I would try their other appetizers instead. FYI, it doesn't come with pomegranate seeds like in the photograph. -Tandoori Broccoli: huge disappointment, inedible. They either used super old bitter broccoli, or massacred the flavors. It had to go straight into the compost. Neither of us could stand it. Looks like they took it off the menu. -Palak pakodi chaat: so salty it burned my tongue. Saltiest pakora I've ever had. -Amritsari chole: I wasn't a fan of the flavor of this and would have tossed it but my husband thought it was ok and was willing to eat it.
