When getting the estimate they noticed my chimney box was rotting and needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate for everything and I signed it the same day. They came out and did my chimney box and touched up one other place but did not paint the area. I initially called them out for. When I asked when they were coming out, they said that they were done. I had to send them pictures and argue with them that it was not done. They also did not use a gutter protector when they put the ladder against my gutter. They had to come out twice to fix that. I think they have gotten too big. I should not have to waste my time to follow up.

I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while.

Due to some rain, the job was completed 1 day later than estimated, but they did what they could. The job took 1/2 day for pressure washing and 5 days to prep and paint. The crew was great, arriving early or on time each day and really working hard making sure they did everything properly. They even put back big potted plants that had to be moved, which I really appreciated. Jorge came by the work site each day to make sure things were going smoothly and answer any questions I had.
