The service at this location was slightly standoffish and not particularly helpful, but some of the items were quite pretty. Especially since the quality was much higher than that of Pottery Barn, easily. I eventually settled for a horizontal bed as my ceiling was not tall enough for a vertical one. It took around 2 months to schedule installation. They came over and installed it on time as promised. After a few weeks, the bed started squeaking, which was very annoying at night. They came over and took a look. They immediately noticed the issue was related to the cardboard under the mattress. They replaced it with a plywood and the issue was gone. I'm still not too sure why they didn't install the bed with plywood from the beginning to save us a few squeaky night sand themselves two trips to my house to solve the issue.
