This center has lots of furniture sofas movies type recliners lamps chairs , pictures paintings, house decorations, gaming chairs which all are in great and superb condition . I was really surprised thinking this place would be a waste of time .Nothing is dusty broken or way too old. This has been hit by smash and grab a couple of times recently. We have been able to consign a number of items but how the process goes seems to depend on who's on the floor that day. Once, we had to convince the staff to essentially take back something we purchased there that ended up not working for us. Sold in less than 2 weeks. We've had staff tell us our item was the wrong color only to find a similar item - same color. The favorite comment is "tired" but we have found things on the floor that were dirty and covered in dog hair. Bottom line, worth a look if you are hunting for good furniture but be prepared for inconsistency when trying to consign.

Disappointing experience…read more Not a good experience Purchased an expensive wool and viscose area rug that was recommended by one of their designers. They neglected to inform me the material the rug is made of cannot be professionally cleaned. If it is cleaned it will never look as good as it did when it was new, and the overall quality will deteriorate much faster compared to a wool or synthetic rug. Evidently the viscose shrinks and the rug can shrivel. I found this out today when I scheduled professional carpet cleaners to come out to clean it. They refused to clean the rug. I have pets and the designer knew this. If I had known this I would have NEVER purchased the rug. I have also experienced issues with communication. I purchased a painting that ended up not working for me and asked if they had recommendations on where I could resell it. I never got a reply.

I'd been putting off these purchases for about two years, because the thought of figuring out West Elm, Crate and Barrel, vs. online-only retailers was so daunting, and I wasn't looking forward to spend money on stuff that could be a total dud. Pros: -- Saves a TON of time. I had already spent hours on websites with no idea what I really wanted. I took a few ideas from Instagram, pics of our actual spaces to Shannon, and in a few days, she narrowed it down to 2-3 amazing options that totally fit our requirements and budget. (She was VERY respectful about budget- she was frank about what spending less or more money would get us, and was honest about what budget was realistic or not, and for stuff that was over budget, provided great cheaper options) -- **If you can afford West Elm et al, you can afford Countrywood** and get even more bang for your buck in terms of quality. I'm sitting on COMFY GORGEOUS DOWN-FILLED COUCH CUSHIONS as I write this for the same price as a sofa with a thin piece of latex cushion from Article. -- Great, expert advice so you get colors, materials and construction that actually makes sense for your life, not just whatever is cool on Instagram Cons: This is actually more of an FYI. They work with a lot wholesale-only furniture brands that only sell through decorators/retail, and anything custom will take a few months(!!!) especially because of COVID. Shannon does know which options are easier/faster to get, but if you really fall in love with a certain piece, be prepared to wait. But honestly, I've read online reviews of people ordering West Elm for a chair, and it taking MONTHS with NO actual updates. In my case, I emailed Shannon, she calls the factory, and I got shipping updates by the next business day.

The patio furniture was delivered without side tables . And the side tables were delivered with UPS who just left it at doorstep only to realise I have to assemble it myself. I specifically came for their green guard gold furniture, and was disappointed to find that the green guard gold certification is not listed on the tag. There's also very little cell reception in the space so none of their QR codes would load. I ended up doing additional research and after only feeling partially interested in their desk designs I decided to go with a different company as I wanted a plain desk with no drawers or storage and they had little to nothing in that category. The service at this location was slightly standoffish and not particularly helpful, but some of the items were quite pretty. Especially since the quality was much higher than that of Pottery Barn, easily. All in all, it was a well laid out showroom and I loved their Acorn color, but their current designs just weren't for me.

I can generally get through the checkout process quickly, which I can really appreciate after going to other locations that had lines wrapping around the store. My only gripe is the overall messiness of the store. If I wasn't on a work break, I could probably spend quite some time in there! I found some Illy whole bean decaf espresso easily, as it was right in front of the espresso machines. It was a bit of a challenge for me to find a basic steaming pitcher, because it was out of sight standing near the espresso machines towards the back of the store. I had to look on the opposite side of a round-table display to find a lone, random steaming pitcher. It was next to things that did not seem related. The whole display seemed like a hodgepodge. The prices are not cheap, but I've come to expect that from Williams Sonoma. Illy coffee prices tend to be on the higher side to begin with, but if I'm spending time trying to perfect my espresso making technique, I did not want to try using anything stale. The espresso beans are glossy and smell delightfully chocolatey. Although I could probably find a cheaper steaming pitcher elsewhere, I wanted something sturdy that doesn't contain lead. My total for both was $42.14. As I made my way to the register to pay, I tripped on a wire shopping basket that someone had left on the floor. I'm glad that I did not fall, but I did do a great job embarrassing myself and making a lot of noise. It would be great if the staff had picked it up before I happened to stumble on it while trying to figure out which side of the box-shaped cash wrap register area was open for me to make my purchases. Despite having my wedding registry through their website, my number and email were not saved in the system to make a purchase. I'm glad to have an account with the store now to make things go smoother if I ever need to make a return. But so far, I'm very happy with my delicious decaf espresso and lightweight steaming pitcher.
