I've had this place bookmarked for quite some time, and I've been looking for a place that serves great tamales. This is a small bakery that opens early, and was busy with a steady stream of customers, which I took as a sign that this place was good. Most were getting pastries and bread (which you help yourself to and place on a tray & pay at register), but some were also ordering tamales. They also serve smoothies! Ordered two and a half dozen tamales (18 cheese and a dozen pork) but when we got home realized that all the tamales looked alike; as none were marked or separated; and we were given chicken instead of pork. Once reheated, the tamales tasted amazing. We also got a dozen mini conchas at 70c each. Pretty affordable and tasty. The tamales were $35/dozen. Will be back again!

Came to try the tamales and glad I did! The pork tamales are very close to the way my mom makes them, very delicious! The masa tends to break apart, but other than that they're yummy! The parking lot is small, so go before lunch time to avoid it being full. I haven't tried the Mexican bread yet, but I'll have to try it next time.

I stopped by this afternoon because my fiancee was craving sweet bread. It's a quaint little spot, but parking is RIDICULOUS. The prices are on point and the bread here at the bakery is very fresh. The price is also very reasonable. I got 7 different pieces of sweet bread, chocoflan, and 4 bolillos for $10.74. I didn't expect any customer service but the people here were very friendly. They have many different little treats like churros, different types of flan, champurrado. It's a very cute, nice bakery with fresh baked goods. I will definitely be back. It's way better than the bakery section from Cardenas or El Super. read more

I went in because I heard lots of hoopla over there tamales! They were gross! It was all Masa! Don't know if I got a bad batch at all dear God! even though husband was grossed out by it and he likes everything! I don't recommend this place at all for tamales. I do not know about their sweet bread we did not try it. read more

The tamales are delicious. The chicken tamales are spicy and have a lot of chicken. They are very tasty. The pan dulce also is sooo good! It is very clean. The customer service is great and a huge plus. Definitely coming back. read more

Tamales were delicious... Got a dozen for the family and everyone loved them... Also tried chapurado... Was good too. A little hard to find since google maps gives you wrong direction by fwy... But manually entered it and got me there correctly. Will defintely be going back ... Thanks for satisfying my pregnancy craving "green tamales". read more

Hands down the best bakery around here. I went here after Cardenas failed me yet again to have good bread and fresh bread. I was so upset I searched A panadería ok Yelp and I never looked back.! I grabbed a lot of bread two croissants, polvorones, conchas and idk what else. I paid 10.30 but we'll worth it. It's cafecito and pan season! read more

I was in Riverside and I was craving Pan Dulce. Never been here and decided to go here because of reviews. Bread is good but It was missing a bit more flavor, it was a bit plain. Got about 7 pieces. Customer service was great, I also wanted to try their tamales so I asked for 1pork and the young girl offered me a cheese tamale to try it. February 5th 2019 my first time me and my husband going to THIS AMAZING Bakery we went for the TAMALEs I bought a dozen for $19 I got Chicken/ Pork/ and Rajas con Queso the most BEST Absolutely Authentic Tamales I've ever had in Riverside County and their Pan Dulce/Bollios ARE so fresh I highly recommend them I will be coming back at least once a week I'm so grateful that I found this Place I've been searching and searching for good TAMALEs and have not found any until yesterday AMAZING!!! We tried this bakery today. Mostly for their menudo(and a friend's recommendation). Delicious menudo. Flavor was amazing. I can honestly say the best one in town. The conchitas were freshly made and taste delicious as well. Will definitely come back for some more spicy delicious menudo soon. read more

Ok everyone, we've been looking for a Mexican bakery and I'm glad to say we've found it. Yvette's Bakery has THEE best bread in town. The bolillos are to die for as well as their bread! The next item we've had are their tamales, EXCELLENT. The mass on those tamales is so good! The masa has tons of flavor and perfect. The meat inside them is excellent. Try the rajas con queso tamal, to die for! Oh I'm not finished yet. We had the champurado, TO DIE FOR! We are huge fans of champurado and hands down it's AWESOME. Last, but not least is their Menudo, EXCELLENT! They sell it with pata if you want and with grano or no grano. It's CLEAN (very little fat) and the taste is EXCELLENT!!! There you have it, a MUST MUST MUST to come check this bakery out. By the way, we're HARD CORE Mexicans so this the place to come to from here on out! read more

Been here twice. First time was for the tamales which were very good and a generous size. Also got some pastries which were excellent. Especially liked the cheese cupcake (cheese bowl?) which wasn't available the second time when I just went for pastries. There were about 20 choices. While I'm glad 85 Degrees isn't close by to tempt me, I'll have to limit my visits to Yvette's so I don't balloon up. read more

Tried this bakery today. Saw a facebook ad. Stopped by for a quick breakfast of tamales to take home and these tamales were flippen delicious! I'm Mexican- you gotta make a good tamale . The masa was tender, moist and very flavorful, and the tamales loaded with plenty of meat and sauce. So dang good. Tried a little of their baked items too. Conchas were soft fluffy, and had an very delicious topping- which makes a concha a great concha. Also had some of the other typical pan dulce and it was all good. Very pleased. I gotta give it to this place right here. They have some very good tamales. They have pork and chicken. I've also tried their mexican bread and yes omg yes so good and soft. They sell tres leches cake and my fav flan. Soda, water, milk and much more. Oh yes and coffee. Great customer service lady's are so nice. Trust me you won't regret it. read more

Found this place from an ad in the local coupon magazine, so I had to give it a try. I would have given it a higher rating if their Mexican bread was fresh, but after biting into it, It was stale and very dry, good taste, but I expected it to be soft and freshly made. Positive note the tamales I bought were great! But their bread brings down the rating. read more

This is a fantastic place to buy pastries! I love the variety of breads they offer, and everything is so fresh that it feels warm. I tried the tamales with pork and chicken, and they were delicious! The customer service is excellent, and the ambiance is clean and pleasant. read more
