I was driving a friend to their appointment and they told me the doctor and the nurses weren't wearing masks.

Dr White sent me for a bunch of testing so she could be able to give me accurate answers regarding my pulmonary issues. They were able to do many of the tests in their office. The respiratory therapist was able to show me better ways to ensure my inhaler was getting in to my lungs. I also had my sleep study done in their office. The gentleman that helped me was kind and patient. He answered any questions that he could. He also asked me questions about my sleep study which made me feel more confident in the process. Dr White has also had interns in with her and they have been very kind and professional. Dr White was able to diagnose that I have a paralyzed diaphragm and I know from previous x rays that I have had this for 5 years that no one before had bothered to diagnose. I will be getting a review of more tests next week. So far this has been one of the best experiences I have had in a Drs office. Dr White was through in looking thru what my other specialists had done so she could be as accurate as possible in her final diagnosis. So far so good I am glad my general practitioner sent me to her. She always spends time to see if I had questions regarding what we have done so far and she has never rushed me out. Thank you Dr White .

. Dr. White is an excellent doctor, but unfortunately, my experiences with her staff have been very…read moredisappointing. The nurses have been rude to me whenever I call or visit the office, particularly since I made a complaint about one of them some time ago. I have discussed my concerns with both the office manager and Dr. White, but the situation has not improved. I have never before experienced this type of treatment from two nurses in a medical office. I often feel dismissed and uncomfortable when contacting the office, even when I am calling about legitimate medical concerns or follow-up questions. Recently, I underwent a procedure and was instructed by the hospital to pick up my medication from the pharmacy on my way home. However, when I arrived, the pharmacy had not received the prescription. I checked again today, and there was still no prescription available. When I contacted the office, the nurse told me to call back tomorrow because nothing was listed in my file. There was no offer to investigate the issue, contact the hospital, speak with the doctor, or follow up with me. This was especially frustrating because I had already made a trip to the pharmacy based on the instructions I received at the hospital. I should not have had to repeatedly check with the pharmacy or contact the office again simply to determine whether the prescription had been sent. If the medication was important enough for me to begin taking immediately after the procedure, I do not understand why it would be acceptable to wait three or four days for the prescription to be issued. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely concerning. Patients should not have to track down their prescriptions or repeatedly explain the same issue to the office. A simple follow-up call or effort to investigate the problem would have made a significant difference. I truly appreciate Dr. White's medical care, but my experiences with her staff have made me seriously consider finding another doctor. Patients should be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion whenever they contact the office, especially when they are recovering from a procedure and relying on the office for timely medical care.
