What were we talking about?, I forgot what we were discussing?" This happened several times, and by this point I knew there was no solid communication and the doctor could not retain any information whatsoever. Then they stated they wanted to set up a sleep study, I aske the doctor " do I need to go to the other building (as it is just across the way) and set up an appointment?" There answer was NO, they informed me to come in at 8:30 PM on a weeknight and they would take care of it. I asked her if I needed to bring anything and she also replied NO. So, after a few days I just wanted to clarify again that I did not need to bring anything. I called Dr. Gupta's office, the receptionist took my birthdate and name and looked me up. She stated "no, I see you in here, you don't need to bring anything with you. I picked up someone to watch my house and dogs overnight, picked up a small dinner and showed up at 8:30pm. Immediately I was told by the nurse performing the sleep studies "you need an appointment, there is no room for you here tonight." I will give him credit, he profusely apologized and stated "I will send the main office a message for you and let them know what happened, I am very sorry." I was infurated by this point as I then had to take the person watching my home back to their house and pay them for their time. In the next days I received no phone call, no email, nothing. So I called the main office and all the lines were busy so I left a message stating I would like a call back. Still nothing. I wrote a formal complaint to Dr. Gupta, and what a surprise, no response! If you need to have a sleep study or have issues with Apnea or Narcolepsy, I would AVOID THIS DR'S OFFICE at all costs. There is absolutely no customer service and no care for their patients. It is not only a deplorable attitude but unprofessional on so many levels. The anthropocentric attitude and medacious behavior of the doctors there will not help you solve your issues. Beware!

Doctor Mogbonjubola Adeyemo is married to Dr. Oluwafemi Adeyemo, a psychiatrist who works in the same offices. I've never met him, but folks speak highly of him. My GP doctor, Dr. M. Adeyemo is excellent and always listens to my concerns with sincere empathy. When I had an injury, the look on her face made me feel like she could actually FEEL my pain!!! I've also had no problem being referred to specialists if need be. I don't like the thought of the public knowing where I go for treatment, yet she deserves kudos for her practice and so, you are welcome to become a patient here if she accepts your insurance. She went to a back office and one lady poked her head out to stare at me and then another lady walked out with no name badge and no smile. I was very shocked and asked why she wouldn't have said that on the voicemail. She told me that was a HIPPA violation.... Umm no it's not. That's not medical information but ok. She told me there are no appointments for me today and to come back next week. She said she had to confirm something with my insurance and basically insinuated that my insurance was "low tier". So rude. I asked her if I could sign a waiver for the "HIPAA violation" so she can leave the notification of if she cancels my appointment again since I have to get child care each time to be here. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn people about Paula Henderson. I have never in my life encountered anyone in the medical field who treats patients with disgust and disdain like Paula Henderson does. She told my 80 year old mother who suffers from severe arthritis in her legs, hips, and both feet and who barely totters around with a cane to "hop up on the exam table". My mom tried. She couldn't do it. I tried to help her and couldn't lift her by myself. I told Henderson my mom is unable to get up there, she is in extreme pain. Henderson's response was well I can't examine her if she's not on the table. Rather than get up off her fat ass and help me help my mom get on the exam table, she said "what you want me to get people in here to help you up? Well, we don't give that kind of service here." And that's a direct quote. By this time my mother was in tears. I can only imagine how helpless and humiliated she must have felt. I was furious. Neither my mother nor I said another word, we just left. So after waiting for months to finally see a doctor, we wasted an entire afternoon, got treated like sheet and my mother still doesn't have any pain relief. Seriously, stay away from this business.

Getting prescriptions filled always took a while, but now it's next to impossible. I called every day for a week, leaving messages, and received no call backs. I am now out of my medication and, as it's the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday. I currently have shingles and can't leave my house, or I would drive to the office and speak to someone directly. I was last in the office in October 2024. Scheduling appointments was two months out, even after a much needed follow up after an ER visit. I was told that they now only have one GP and one pediatric doctor on site, as well as a nurse practitioner. It's a shame because I really like the GP and NP. They listen and don't rush you through appointments. Sadly, I will be moving on.
