Dr. Nagrano took the time to think outside the box, strategize and came up with a Plan of Tx that I am super hopeful about. This Doctor was the absolute WORST!…read more I brought my 86 year old Mother in, to get some new meds and a physical exam, and each time we went into his office, we had to wait no less than 45 minutes to an hour!! Anytime I would ask him questions about changing medication out for a more natural approach to supplement her heart issues, he looked at me like I didn't know what was speaking about?! I am a homeopathic licensed physician. If it were up to me, I would have taken her off of all of these horrible meds - but, he literally threatened to call APS on me if I did!! Completely stressing my Mother out - I mean, who threatens someone like this?? Meanwhile, the side effects that she was suffering were horrible. I ended up going to a different doctor, because this one was just like a dictator. Doctors like him think they're gods and they're not! He was just horrible and I'm glad we went somewhere else!! DONT GO THERE!!

Getting prescriptions filled always took a while, but now it's next to impossible. I called every day for a week, leaving messages, and received no call backs. I am now out of my medication and, as it's the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday. I currently have shingles and can't leave my house, or I would drive to the office and speak to someone directly. I was last in the office in October 2024. Scheduling appointments was two months out, even after a much needed follow up after an ER visit. I was told that they now only have one GP and one pediatric doctor on site, as well as a nurse practitioner. It's a shame because I really like the GP and NP. They listen and don't rush you through appointments. Sadly, I will be moving on.

If you value your time and expect a doctor to actually listen to you, Innercare--specifically Dr…read more Mohsen Shalaby--is not the place to go. Let me paint a picture: You book an appointment for 3:00 PM, arrive early at 2:45 PM, get called back right on time, and then... you sit. And sit. And sit. For 50 minutes. When the doctor finally walks in, he's already rushing you out the door, saying he has "other patients to see." I came in with five things to discuss--legitimate concerns, not small talk. By the time I got to concern #2, he was already pushing me to wrap it up. I politely pointed out that if I could wait an hour for him, he could wait five minutes for me. That didn't sit well with him. From that moment on, everything I said felt completely dismissed. This wasn't just one bad visit--it felt like a pattern of rushed, impersonal, and dismissive care. And based on other reviews, I'm not alone in that experience. So, if you enjoy long wait times, rushed visits, and a doctor who seems uninterested in what you have to say, this is the place for you. But if you prefer a doctor who listens and takes your concerns seriously, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. As for me? It's time to take my care elsewhere... to a doctor who actually listens.

Let me tell you now I AM NOT associated with this medical practice, I have no family nor friends that are associated or know anybody who is. My only experience with this place is that Dr Shalaby was and is my primary care doctor. Something u should know: Dr shalabys office is in Hemet , I moved out of Hemet in 2022 to Fontana approx 45 mins drive. I will not consider getting any other doctor. My wife and I both adore this kind gentle experienced and knowledgeable medical doctor. He says what he knows and he knows what he says. He has expertly cared for my entire family since 2018 and even after our move we will drive the 45 minutes for him. He DOES NOT just treat you, he heals you with I er to+ years experience and has NEVER had a bad review of mad or even a blemish on his record. He is a great man and an even better doctor. It took my breath away and . Made my heart hurt when I looked here right now and seen somebody complaining about the service at this office and had the nerve to mention Dr shalaby when Dr shalaby has NEVER had a negative thing to say. Negativity isn't even in his vocabulary. He can make anyone smile and if ur having a bad day all you need do is make a Drs appt and I'll guarantee u he can pull u out if it. Ok I'm rambling now but I just want to make sure my point is crystal clear. I will attest to it and I will stand by every word I speak when it comes to Dr mohsen shalaby. He is the greatest Dr in southern California ON EVERY LEVEL. He has cured every ailment I have had since 2018 and the ones he couldn't......, he texted me to another great Dr that met his standards AND MINE. So long story short, if somebody has something bad to say about Dr shalaby

Dr. Sabet, your genuine interest and compassion for my situation along with your experience and intuition is actively helping me heal, when I was beginning to doubt I ever would or could. And for that my body thanks you. And for the sincere inquiry into my situation when I called for the first time, coupled with your presence during our sessions and and check up calls, my heart thanks you. For I have tried chiropractors over the years that lack your experience, intuition, and most importantly, human connection. Your prognosis led me to receiving 2 incredibly helpful, and keystone massages from Meagher. Your professionalism and confident massages coupled with your kindness and attentiveness creates a safe and relaxing space to receive the greatest benefits of your abilities. And for that, I thank you. Another reflection of the human connection that is at the heart of this special place, is Atoosa. I can't help but smile when I speak with you. You bring a warmth and comfort that is so appreciated for those of us who are experiencing pain and worry. My son, Charlie, said when he came in with me the other day, "WOW, she is really nice". I agreed, but because words matter, I would more deliberately choose the word "kind". For to be nice is to be surfacely pleasant; nothing wrong with that. But to be kind is to have compassion. A deeper heart connection. A quality that is rooted at the center of my famillies intentions, because kindness changes the world. Thank you, Atoosa, for your kindness. And Julia, we haven't had any time together through your unique healing methods, but your kind smile and warm presence towards my son and me makes us feel so welcome. You are yet another reflection of how special this place is. Thank YOU! I commend you, Dr. Sabet on your ability to hire such lovely people who so beautifully reflect your genuine desire to help your fellow human. You have really created something special Sincerely, Kristin
