We ordered their set menu that included: Black chicken steamed soup - Very delicious Chinese style soup, very light but packed with flavours - 9/10 Fried Garlic soy lobster with fries - very tasty fries and the lobster had lots of meat - 8/10 Garlic stir fried lobster - Similar in flavour with the previous lobster dish but not has flavorful - 7/10 Steamed fish - simply and tasty! 7/10 Stir friend lobster with Veggies - the veggies were the highlight for this dish since the lobster (while still delicious) tasted very similarly to the Garlic stir fried lobster) - 7/10 Aged top Sirloin steak - steak was really really tasty, high quality meat, my only gripe was that I wish the serving was larger since this is meant as a family style serving - 8.5/10 Lamb Rack - also very tasty but was fairly small (we received this item as a promotional offer, this isn't normally included in the set meal) 7/10 Overall really good, the restaurant was extremely busy. I'd say almost too busy and not enough staff because I can tell every server was completely swamped. However the staff were still incredibly polite and helpful. I would recommend this place, especially if you have a birthday or friends/family visiting, it's worth getting the lobster and experiencing it. Just keep in mind that you're definitely paying decent price for what you get. Our dinner was $500 after tax and tips. What size should I buy for two? What is the best one for simple steaming? Where is what I am looking for? What is the difference among these different tanks? A gentleman who was working here caught me and answered all these questions, and located a perfect size, super lively lobster suitable for steaming! He was knowledgeable about different cooking options, and as soon as he knows we are Japanese, he showed me different sashimi grade seafood and handling tips. We bought - A live lobster (1.5lb) about $30 - 6 sashimi grade shrimps $ less than 10 He was so kind to make sure all the shrimps are the same size. Sashimi was beautiful, fresh and naturally sweet, melt on the tongue. I deep-fried the shrimp head and tail as the gentleman suggested - crispy, thin!
