I always book Yoki because she never fails to deliver! I'm always leaving happy with my nails, zero complaints on shaping, flatness and design. She knows what she's doing! If you're a type A person like me, she's perfect for you!
Yume Nail Studio is really cute and tiny studio. They did a really good job on my toenails. I don't remember the person that did my service but she did a great job and know what kind of style that I want. I would recommend this place as I did padicure with spa gel paint + chrome. It turn out that everything look great and I love them which match to my dress
Yoki did such a beautiful job! I was trying to find a new studio to go to because the last studio I went to cut up my cuticles so badly that they bled and got infected. I was traumatized to say the least. So glad I found Yoki. Appointment was easy to make online with a required deposit. She was patient and sat there for hours perfecting the design I had in mind. She is also very sweet and easy to talk to. She didn't hurt me at all and kept checking in with me on whether I liked the length, shape, etc. The studio is a good size and not overwhelming. There is a TV you can watch shows on too. I can't wait to make another appointment here. Parking: street or back lot
I booked an appointment here for the first time this weekend and I was so thrilled with how my nails came out! My nail tech was Yoki and she was great, she asked my opinion about the little details I wanted which I appreciated. I felt like the total time I spent here was much shorter than other salons which was great. The salon was pretty and clean. Parking in the back was easy and the salon appreciates being paid in cash. I would definitely come back the next time I need my nails done!
Let me start by saying I've been a regular here for about a year, and overall my experiences have always been really pleasant. I've consistently left happy with my nails, which is why this review is specifically about my most recent visit yesterday. I was overdue for a fill and couldn't wait another week, so I booked the first available appointment. My usual nail tech was fully booked, so I decided to give someone else a try since I've had good experiences with pretty much everyone at the salon before. Unfortunately, this visit was a HUGE disappointment. I paid around $100 (not including tip) and left genuinely UNHAPPY with my nails. The tech seemed inexperienced and struggled throughout the entire appointment. She kept having to redo the cat eye design over and over again, filing my nails down, repainting them, wiping them off with acetone, and repeating the process multiple times. By the end, my nails felt ROUGH, OVERFILED, DRY, and honestly RAW from all the filing and acetone. The shaping was also really inconsistent. I asked for a soft square round shape, but she kept shaping them more like coffin nails. Even after I pointed out that some nails were VISIBLY CROOKED and SLANTED, the issues still weren't corrected properly. None of the nails looked uniform or symmetrical. What made it even more frustrating was that the design itself was simple, just cat eye with chrome on top, yet the appointment took FOREVER, and the chrome started PEELING almost immediately afterward. I'm honestly not someone who likes leaving negative reviews because I genuinely have had so many good experiences at this salon before. But this appointment was frustrating enough that I literally cried in my car right after from how disappointed and embarrassed I felt.
Donna. Just amazing. My nails were EXACTLy what I wanted...but better than I thought. They have such depth and dimension. The water design reminds me of being at my favorite place - at the beach by the water. I feel like I post a review every time I go...and it's because I am once again beyond impressed. Donna is so meticulous and I absolutely love how my nails came out. I never had color on my nails before going to this salon. I blame them. They have such amazing colors for the gel they use. Thank you again for how amazing my nails turned out!!!
Every time I come to this salon I leave so happy and excited to show everyone my nails! I've received services by Danna, Suzy, & Donna and done everything from gel pedicures, to chrome, to complicated nail art. Their attention to detail and care while working are worth the price and time during my visits. My nails have never been as strong as they are now. I absolutely love all the ladies that work here. The vibe is relaxing, I watch reality TV my whole appointment, and everything I always very clean. I recommend Yume to anyone who asks! :-)

I am posting this because this week I was having a tough week and scheduled a follow up for up-keeping my hard nail because it has grown. As a nail biter, the durability of the hard nail has prevented me to bite my . Donna was my technician and she helped me select the design versus plain color. She added some sparkle to my nails versus the boring flat color.
Yume Nails Studio is where it's at. I've had my nails done by Yoki and Kathleen and both do such a phenomenal job. The prep and attention to detail make me come back. I usually do the hard gel overlay and it keeps my nails super duper strong with great retention. I'm a simple girl, but I've seen such intricate designs. If you show a photo for inspiration it's always matched and beautifully executed. Yume Nail Studio has so many color choices and they're up to date with all the nail trends. I love the appointment making process and switched from another salon because of this reason. Your appointment time is your time. If you're waiting it's only for the prior appointment to be done, which is usually less than 5 min. Don't expect a fast service because these ladies need time to make your nails perfect. I always appreciate all the time taken to ensure your nails come out the way you like it.
Amazing service by Donna. I really liked this nail design I saw on their page. She helped me figure out how to make to affordable for my budget. The vibes are pretty chill since it's appointment only and not super busy and chaotic like other nail salons could be. I felt taken care of and had great conversations with her too! I'm pretty obsessed with these dried floral nails... I'll be back for more next time!
I got my nails done by Kathleen about 2 weeks ago and they're holding up perfectly. I scheduled my appointment for a simple nail design as I wasn't sure what type of nails I wanted until the day of. I ended up wanting a more complex nail design. Though it wasn't the same appointment type, Kathleen tried to get as close to my inspo pic as possible with the shorter amount of time we had. I really love how detailed she was and she was so gentle with my nails. She made sure I was satisfied with the length, shape, color and design before moving on. I didn't feel rushed at all during the process. They're so cute and festive!!
I've been to Yumi Nails twice now! it's been a challenge finding a nail salon that truly focuses on creativity and specializes in Japanese nail art so I'm glad to finally find THE ONE. This has quickly become my go-to spot, especially for special occasions when I want full-on 3D nails, gems, and intricate designs. Both times, I had Yoki (I hope I'm spelling that right!), and she's been amazing. She did my bridal nails and most recently my honeymoon nails, and both sets turned out *beautifully. I'm always impressed with how dedicated and detailed she is. Even when I come in with a random or super specific design request, she's very honest and transparent about what's possible and what may need to be adjusted, and I really appreciate that. There's a lot of care and patience in her work. My designs tend to be on the heavier side with lots of details, so I typically spend about 1.5 to 2 hours in the chair. Make sure to budget enough time for your appointment, the quality and attention they give your nails is worth every minute. Pricing for my visits has ranged from $95-$110 plus tip, which feels fair given the level of artistry and time involved. The experience never feels rushed, and the end result always leaves me happy. If you're into Japanese-style nail art or want something unique, bold, and beautiful, I highly recommend Yumi Nails ", and definitely ask for Yuki if she's available! Also...I appreciate them playing some Netflix while getting your nails done so you won't be bored :)

Needed my nails done quick for a concert so I called two days in advance and was able to book a morning appointment! Love the location and inside the studio, very cute and cozy. Everything looked clean and inviting. I requested for almond silver cat eye with silver details. Suzy was so sweet and did any amazing job and was so detailed and careful with her work, from cuticle clean up to painting. I love my set and am excited to come back again for nails with designs. Pricing is fair and they have a 2 week "warranty" on your set if anything happens to them (breakage, etc). Much appreciated because life just happens sometimes.. read more

Literally I am so happy I found this Amazing gem. The techs are so sweet, and accommodating. They work in silence, meaning they are chatting with each other about you. The place is clean, and quaint. Their work is meticulous, and I loved my nails so much that I booked the next day for a pedicure. I love that they offer Japanese manicures which have less chemicals than American products. Came here 5 days ago and unfortunately won't be returning. I went in for a hard gel overlay with simple design and a pedicure. Deposit for both was $60 which was reasonable. I asked for a relatively simple ombré design with some stickers and gems. Danna did both my pedicure and manicure and the pedicure was an average pedicure. The price for it was more than reasonable and I was more than content with it. My biggest issue was with my manicure. She only dedicated about 5 minutes to cuticle care which can now be seen based on the lifting of the gel and overall finished results. She also seemed to really struggle with the initial ombré design and redid it about 5-6 times before she finally got it. The gel is lifting on two fingers at the base by the cuticle area and they are overall very chunky. I'm saddened by the results 5 days in because I really loved the overall vibe and comfort of the place. read more

Absolutely the best nail salon in town! I had such a great experience here! Yoki is an expert both in nails and art! She was incredibly patient and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She paid close attention to every detail, and the final result turned out even better than I expected. The design was beautiful and lasted much longer than I thought it would. I've gotten so many compliments from my friends--everyone keeps asking where I got my nails done! I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! read more

Based on my friend's recommendation, I visited this nail salon for the first time. It's conveniently located about a 15-minute drive from my place, whereas the salons I usually go to are a bit farther. I really liked the environment. The shop is very comfortable and classy, and I had an appointment with Sharon. Her service was excellent, and she was very friendly and sweet. While you wait, they provide snacks and water. Unlike typical nail salons, they follow a Japanese nail art style and can customize designs based on customer needs. I prefer a natural style with a touch of different colors. Because of work requirements, I couldn't have too many designs this time, so I opted for a simple look. They also have discounts for their new opening, so I will definitely come back next time. I hardly write reviews, but couldn't resist praising the amazing women that work here. The proof is in the pictures for the quality of their artistry, which I've never had more beautiful nails in my life. And not only did I walk away happy with my fingers but the attitude and environment created here makes me excited to come back! Everyone was extremely friendly and an absolute joy to be around. Yume Nail is my new nail salon. My daughter and I loved the service, quality, and vibe. There is easy parking. The studio is by appointment only, and appointments are easy to make by Vagaro app or by phone. The salon is not crowded, and you feel like a VIP. I called to schedule an appointment the day of and they were very accommodating. Yuki did my nails and she did such a great job! She asks you how you like your nails about every step of the way to make sure they turn out just the way you like. The studio is also very clean and pretty. I love Sharon. I use to never do gel nails but I wanted to get a cat eye gel manicure done for a wedding and found her salon. My manicure lasted well over a month until I went back in for a new set and I didn't have any issues with any lifting on the edges. The salon is clean and Sharon's work is meticulous. She does such a great job prepping your nails so the manicure lasts. She's also kind and very friendly! Her pricing is also very reasonable and you can't find a better salon. I got a pedicure done by Donna and she was super nice :) Very good service and super kind! The quality was ever good and clean and I was given a good massage and scrub in the bath. The price is a little high and I wasn't able to get exactly the color I wanted but she was willing to let me choose a new color even though she already did a coat which was really nice. I wish a small simple design was included in the pricing tho. Overall very good experience I posted my before and after hehe. Don't judge my feet read more

I would give this nail studio a zero if they had that option on Yelp. First of all, I had my service with "Yoki" in the morning. I got there on their opening time (9am) but I received a text from her saying she's going to be late. Appreciate the text but I found it a bit unprofessional for a business owner to be late to an already scheduled appointment. I scheduled it at the earliest time for a reason (I had to be somewhere in two hours and the style I showed her should've taken her 1hr30mins max). She finally showed up after being 15mins late. Took another 10mins to set up the shop, at this point, I'm quite frustrated and stressed out. She gave me the nail color books but I already have sent her pictures of what I exactly wanted, lol??? She kept wasting my time, not being really helpful... She should already know her materials and have picked out the ones that are most similar to the picture I showed her but no. She was too busy talking to her coworker or either on her phone, lol... So unprofessional. The vibe was just awkward and super suffocating. I don't recommend coming here. They are not that cooperative nor do they even look at the inspo you show them lol.... and also, a week after, I noticed a cut under my nail that friggin hurt. read more

New nail place in Brea , I Brought my daughter here to get her nail done. It's a very clean and cozy place . The owner had lots of colors to pick and was very patient listening to what my daughter wanted. Although my daughter just did a simple white color due to volleyball,she was happy. And told me to bring her here for extensions and designs later. I would definitely come here next time, price Was reasonable and service was great. read more
