We have two, 2 year old, cockapoos. A friend recommended Yukiko's grooming, and because we loved the attention to detail her dog was getting, we called to schedule. We've done 2 grooming appointments with Yukikos and the results are amazing!! She is a stylist, not simply a groomer. She really looks at the dogsfeatures and body type and does the cut to suit, making sure their look is in balance. We're impressed. They are also incredibly evenly cut. We are super happy with the cut, and the kind service she provides to our fur family members. Follow up 01/14/24: Yukiko has been grooming our pups for 2 years now. She is consistently amazing. Our dogs have never had a bad cut, and they're excited when we drop them off. They know where they're going as soon as we turn into the parking lot and they jump out of the car. The products she uses makes their fur soft and never irritates their skin. They smell so good too! We're so happy she's taking care of our fur babies. read more

She's a very good groomer. My dog has never looked better and she took care of little things like properly trimming his nails and performing anal gland expression (something I'm not comfortable doing) . Overall I highly recommend her shop if you can get an appointment. read more

I have two small dogs and we've been going to Yukiko for years. My dogs are always happy to see her, never afraid. She is so kind and caring but also efficient. Everything is always super clean. She does a thorough cleaning and her scissor work is great. They are always beautifully trimmed. What I love best is that she communicates very well. Sends photos if she sees any issue while grooming and gives recommendations for things that can help. She likes clients to be on time, so she can stick to a schedule and thoroughly clean between appointments, but I appreciate that because my dogs are ready for pick up on time and I know they have been in a clean safe environment. We absolutely love Yukiko! read more

Very rigid. We went to Yukiko a total of 56 times (6 1/2 years) and came in at the wrong time ONE TIME and she wanted to charge a missed appt fee! Seems unreasonable. We spent over $5000 in total with her. If I made a request to keep my dogs hair 1/2" longer she wanted to charge an additional fee because it was harder for her to keep up. Like I said, it was her way or it would always cost more. read more

Great service. she always does a great job on my fur baby. Shes very professional and I love that she's gentle with my dog. I love the little extras like bows , bandanas, a Christmas picture. Highly recommend. read more

Yukiko did an amazing groom for our Mini Sheepadoodle puppy, Dolly. Today was a real haircut at 5 months old and first puppy trim at 6 weeks before. I was quick to get a reply to my original inquiry voicemail, and her text message are efficient and easy. I appreciate Yukiko's skill and care! The shop is very Covid safe and clean. read more

This review is a long time coming; Yukiko has been my groomer for over 10 years and I have no reservations with giving her and Dennis a five star review. I've had 4 shih tzus and each one has been treated kindly and their hair cuts always come out so cute. After each cut, Yukiko will give you an update of how your dog did, if there are any new concerns regarding their skin or things to check with your vet. Hands down, they're the best! read more

Yukiko's' has been grooming all my dogs since I can remember. Very pleasant to work with not only does she care for the pets she grooms but her customers as well. I have been using them for over twenty years. Never a bad experience. I refer them to anyone I hear is looking for a groomer. She is the best in my opinion. read more

I have been bringing my little guy here for 2 years and we love Yukiko's. They are more like family. They treat our furry child like their own. During the Covid they have been very safe and still always looking out for our safety and well being. I would recommend Yukiko to anyone who is looking for a very reasonable place and if you want your dogs treated with love and care, this it it! read more

We've been taking our Moodle (Maltese + Poodle) and Doodle to Yukiko for 16 years!! She is a masterful groomer and so kind and gentle, both dogs love it when we park in front of her shop! They know the "spa day" is about to begin!! read more

Owner is great at what she does But very temperamental and does not listen to my specific request when grooming my dog.

I wanted to make an appointment here since I heard from a friend that it was great and my dog needs a nail clipping etc. However, when I tried to make an appointment she said she was booked for the whole month, and when I told her to give me the next available date, she just sent me pictures of some product she used so I could do it myself. This was also after I said I had a chihuahua. I don't know if she was put off by that or what. She must clearly not want to make business since she completely ignores her customers and instead says to do everything yourself...why do you think I was reaching out to you in the first place? read more

I took both my pups here to get groomed. They hadn't been groomed in months which is not normal since they are Morkies they need grooming. Due to covid I have given them baths at home and only cut by their eyes so they can see lol. I made an appointment with her but was hesitant since I normally like to stick to the same place since my pups are high maintenance! She is practicing Covid restrictions, which was nice to see being a nurse, so you can not go in the facility. Normally when I pick them up they are shaking and scared and usually have at least one cut or bruise on them plus they are mad at me for a few hours when they get home. But they were their normal selves today when I picked them up and they looked great!! I guess I found a new groomer!! read more

As soon as I say the word "Yukiko" to my darling Great Pyranese, Daisy, she quickly stands up and jets to the car, anticipating her spa day with her favorite person, her groomer, Yukiko. Daisy returns home so newly white and beautiful and happy. Of course she quickly rolls in the dirt and gets herself filthy again at home because she knows she will be treated to another spa day soon with Yukiko. I love Yukiko's knowledge of my Daisy, how she inspects her coat, her every inch for ticks, fox tails, and how she loves her. I don't know many dogs who love the groomer, but Daisy adores her visits. This is the best, safest, warmest, most reliable spot for all your pet needs. Yukiko is number one in Daisy's mind! read more

After researching various local groomers online, I chose Yukiko for my Maltipoo puppy. That was about 3-4 months ago and since then I'm very satisfied with her services therefore have continued taking him. My puppy is returned whiter than when he arrives, with a new scarf around his neck, & his coat fluffy soft. She texts appointment reminders, sets up next appointment the night he's groomed, and time to pick up. Regular routine. Yukiko is great! read more

I have a maltipoo. My dog loves going here! Yukiko is so friendly. She does a great job. I won't take my dog child anywhere else. She also does text reminders which is great. read more

My father usually takes his Maltese mutt mix to Yukiko, always does a great job! However, you better be RIGHT on time or she throws an attitude! I understand she is busy busy, and I had a 7 AM apt this morning, but I unfortunately was running a little late and got to the shop at 7:15. She loudly told me "TOO LATE! TOO LATE!" And She goes on to say she will never take him again. RUDE. I apologized to her, and explained I did everything I could to get there by 7 and I am also on my way to work. She didn't have to be rude like that, not the best customer service! Think I will hit up Petsmart's grooming services now. read more

We have been taking our dog to Yukiko since he was a puppy. He loves going. She does an amazing job. I highly recommend her.

I have been taking my dogs to Yukiko's for the last 14+ years. I cannot recommend her more highly. She is an amazing dog groomer. She is careful and gentle with my senior dog and very patient and with my challenging puppy. She has incredible attention to detail and always manages to make my dogs look wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and has brought my attention to things that I needed to take to the vet. I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful groomer. I would not trust anyone else with my dogs. read more

Best dog groomer in the area! My 12 and a half year old dog comes looking like a puppy. Love Yukiko!

Had a really bad experience with this place. My puppy had an appointment at 12 and at around 12:45 I receive a call from the lady leting me know that she had another dog coming in at 1:00 therefore she was not going to continue working with mine until she finished with her 1:00 appointment and wouldn't finish with mine up until 6:00pm. I asked her if I could pick her up then and take her back at a later time that way my dog wouldn't have to wait until 6:00 without eating. She told me that she had washed her already, so it didn't make sense if she had already washed her she was going to leave her like that until she finished with another dog. I went to pick her up, she was super wet, tangled, and not smelling clean (if she had washed her wouldn't at least she smell clean?). Besides that she had a horrible attitude and really bad customer service. read more

I've been taking my dog to see Yukiko for a few years. I didn't fully appreciate how fantastic she is until I tried another groomer when she was out of town. Yukiko does a great job. She is friendly and her shop is superclean! My dog always looks great when he goes to Yukiko! read more

Love this place! My Lola always looks so beautiful when she leaves, especially with the pretty accessories of a bow in her hair and a scarf around her neck. They show genuine concern for her especially since she has seizures. They make sure she comes in early so she can leave early so as to add no needed stress. I really appreciate that! If you want your dog looking good then you must take them to see Yukiko!! read more

We love Yukiko's Dog Grooming! Yukiko and her husband do a fantastic job, and our dog always looks fantastic after his visit. Occasionally, they do limit the number of new customers they accept, but that is because they want to make sure to provide the same excellent service to every customer. If the choice was between having to wait a bit or get great service, I know we would choose great service. When your dog actually "likes" getting out of the car to get groomed, then you know they must be doing something right. They are kind, honest, and very very professional. Highly recommended, just you might need to recognize that they only have so much capacity and you might have to wait the first time around (which is not a bad thing at all). read more
