They work around my crazy work schedule and have worked with me and my vet to use a special shampoo for Oscar. They always are so prompt at notifying me if they are ready early and give me a 15 minute warning for when he is finished. Their pricing is SO fair and reasonable for the time and delicate work they do. My dog never feels unsafe and I never feel they rush the process. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE!!! I recognize that accidents can happen, but I believe it should have been communicated to me, especially given how irritated and painful it looks on the neck. Everything is always super clean. She does a thorough cleaning and her scissor work is great. They are always beautifully trimmed. What I love best is that she communicates very well. Sends photos if she sees any issue while grooming and gives recommendations for things that can help. I dropped him off with reassurance that he would be treated as a puppy and take things slow and kind of on his terms and what he allowed. I had been searching for a mobile groomer because it's tough to take both pups at the same time and my rescue doesn't get along with other dogs and that can be an issue taking her. Shane was on time, so nice and gentle and their nails were done better than any of the groomers we've been to around here. My mastiff did so well with him despite it being their first meeting! I will definitely be using Shane for as long as possible and if you have any doggie anxiety issues or just want your fur babies to feel more relaxed at home you need to have Shane come out.

It started very well in the beginning early last year. But, today I picked up my dog and she was shaved again! They had her in there for 3hours! Just to shave all her fur! :( I asked for a trim half an inch on the body (I don't want her shaved, keep her fluffy) shave the tummy, clean private parts, teeth cleaning and bath. I had her groomed to be ready for a photo and now she's shaven. I'm so upset! This is the second time they did this to us. And, I can't be understanding anymore. Last time was last November 2025. So she's, ready for the holiday festivities and photos. But, she was shaved! I had to have her wear sweaters all winter because she was getting cold and looked malnourished. And, they offer a free grooming for next time! Why in the world would I bring my dog to them again. No consistency! Both times it was the same person at the drop off. I have nothing good to say to this place anymore.
