I mean I cannot even write a review that truly does this place justice! DeeDee and her whole entire…read moreteam could not be more amazing! They have taken care of our precious Oscar ever since his very first grooming. They work so hard to maintain a clean and safe environment for all dogs. They work around my crazy work schedule and have worked with me and my vet to use a special shampoo for Oscar. They always are so prompt at notifying me if they are ready early and give me a 15 minute warning for when he is finished. Their pricing is SO fair and reasonable for the time and delicate work they do. My dog never feels unsafe and I never feel they rush the process. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE!!! In hindsight, I realize I should have done a bit more research beforehand. While I understand that she was matted, I was disappointed with how short her groomer cut her fur. I'm not sure it was necessary to go that short.. or at least communicate that she was going to go all the way down to the skin. What I found most concerning, however, was the lack of communication about a razor burn I discovered on her neck. I recognize that accidents can happen, but I believe it should have been communicated to me, especially given how irritated and painful it looks on the neck. Overall, I'm just not satisfied with this grooming experience for Concha.
