I would of gave 4 or 5. The groomer was nice and friendly. My dog was groomed well but when the owner started talking she seemed unfriendly and on the defense when asked simple question. First word out of her mouth is " the rates have gone up". I was not inquiring about that. Customer service etiquette would be nice. I owed businesses and was grateful for those that walked into my doors. I gave the $10 tip and don't even know if my groomer got it. I guess she was busy. So if you don't mind the owner drab personality then I would go there. read more

I have been taking my dog here ever since they first opened. They have never disappointed me at all. Always very accommodating and prices are cheap to be honest so be kind and tip. My dog used to hate going to other groomers he is happy to go here and happy when I pick him up. He is older with severe arthritis now and they are very gentle with him and I appreciate the years of great service read more

This is my second time at this salon and I was left unimpressed this time around. Once I got home I realized that my dogs coat was cut very choppy as if they were in a hurry. I understand that her hair will grow out eventually but if I'm paying $50 + I expect it to look nice initially. Our first time here was a more pleasant experience (with a different lady helping us) as they took their time with her. We were late the second visit for our appointment but I called apologizing and asked if it would be too late to bring her today or if we should just reschedule. They assured me that it would be fine. If they rushed her visit because of the late show I would have been more than happy to reschedule instead of allowing them to rush her and do a horrible job. I guess it's just the money that's a priority and not quality. read more

Yes! I recommend Barks and Bubbles! My older dog needed grooming and I didn't know where to go where he'd be treated carefully and get a thorough brush out that would be gentle on his achy back. I've had several BAD experiences. When I dropped him off, the staff listened to my concerns, treated my dog with respect, and when I picked him up-- Tag was joyful and not stressed. They were able to brush out the thick fur and he was shiny and sleek. He looked 5 years younger and he must have felt great. He's been strutting proudly to show off his great new 'do. I have brought my yorkie and maltipoo here a few times and today's visit really has upset me. My Yorkie was hurt. Immediately, when I walked in they said to me that the groomer was brushing her leg when she yelped. And at that point she started to cradle her leg. I asked them if they cut her by accident, brushed her to hard, etc. They said no, that all they did was brush her. Really? I don't think so. They must have pulled her leg too hard and worse. She is resting now, but if she is not better by Monday, I am taking her to the Veterinarian and they better pay for the visit and everything that comes with that. I will never use that groomer again. read more

Been going here for years with multiple dogs and no complaints. Loved the staff, unfortunately not the case anymore. My mother just tried to schedule both our dogs and my mom was hung up on twice after suggesting she take one of the dogs somewhere else just this time because the availability was limited. My mom is dealing with an injury and has limited availability to take and pick up the dogs. She was told that she was "threatening" to go somewhere else and that she can just take all our dogs somewhere else now. Completely unprofessional. read more

The staff was friendly but my dog was so itchy he scratched his face until it bled after the grooming. I gave him another bath the next day. The cut was choppy and uneven. I asked if they expressed his glands and they told me he 'didn't need it'. Well I took him to the vet 2 days later and he did need it. They were full and I had to pay the vet to do it. I know we are all going thru alot during this time! But with being said CUSTOMERS SERVICE should be even more that much important!!! NOPE!!! RUDEEEE!!! They literally watched me struggle to get my 2 dogs out of the cage and put their leashes on them. Never once did they ask if needed help. I even said how do I get my dog out of here( he was on the top cage, they were stacked on top of each other) he said we usually just let them jump. I told him my dog can't jump off from there, he has back issues(shouldn't they know that!!)Still no help. Once i finally got him down I still had to get my other dog out of the cage and put a leash on him. Still no help, even when they seen me struggling. read more

This place is clean and they are so friendly! My little Shih Tzu seemed happy when I picked him up once he was done getting groomed.

Bring your doggies here! So far have brought my Shi-tzu for a groom two or three times and every time have absolutely loved it! Always comes back looking so clean and smelling good. They called me as soon as he was ready and I was very happy with there service. My dog was matted so they told me it would be 1 price but when I came to pick up and pay it was less than they quoted me. This shows great integrity and fairness which is rare in businesses now days.
