Jeannie is amazing and when you decide to change your life for the better she is the coach for you. The program could not be easier. You have a whole toolbox of information and guide's at your disposal. In the past 3 months I have met and surpassed my halfway goal. which is over 60 LBS. I have one secret for success and it is very simple. Don't cheat and the FAT melts away. Here is a little personal background on myself. years ago I thought the only way to lose the weight that I had gained after many years of sports and being in good shape was to go under the knife and have gastric bypass surgery. I was a whopping 370 LBS and was in poor health. I did lose the weight and I lost it pretty fast by a simple method. I was starving myself. 6 to 7 meals a day no more than a couple of ounces at a time. Too much food at once and it came back up. They call this a dumping syndrome and let me tell you too much food is not the only thing that can put you into a DUMPING SYNDROME. My wife and I are active people and we worked out almost everyday, but we weren't seeing the results on the scale. We knew it was due to our diet. This actually works! I can tell you from personal experience that everything they share about the metabolic process and how to lose weight without starving yourself is spot on. I've done some of what they shared on my own and had good results. Sticking with it on your own is why I failed and I suspect I'm not alone on that. I have a 16 year old daughter. Her story began with constantly battling weight loss since 6th grade. Last year she needed to purchase a dress for a banquet. This was the turning point. I have been going to Ideal Weight & Skin since September 18, 2017. I started seeing Stefani Markum as my weight coach/cheerleader for my weight loss. I have lost 30 pounds since September!!! During Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years I didn't get to see Stefani because of being out of town or them being closed. This week I fully realized even though I had lost weight, I do even better when I get to see Stefani weekly. She is absolutely precious and really loves her clients. I have been on the Ideal Protein diet for 2 months now. I had lost 20 pounds on my own then stalled. When I got to the point where I was ready to get back on the horse I researched a few different diets. I went on Weight Watchers and actually gained weight. I then heard about Ideal Protein from a friend that had great success. I have to say it is amazing. It is not for the faint of heart. Like all weight loss, you have to want it and be willing to give up a bit to attain the rewards of the program. I am very happy I made this commitment. The IP program is a great way of losing weight and keeping it off! It's been an awesome weight loss journey mostly because of Coach LaChanda. She is literally the best! Anyone can give basic rules and can expect the client to follow, but Coach LaChanda takes the time to get to know you and make the program fit your life. She has worked with my crazy schedule and has taught me to always find time for myself. I've learned so much from her about my body and weight control. I am so happy I found Ideal Protein and my wonderful coach, Tiffany. I have lost 71 pounds as of today (6 months) and still wake up everyday in a state of disbelief! The most important thing to me is that I have lowered my cholesterol from 250 to 178 and do not have to take that medication, I am off reflux meds and no more cpap machine needed for snoring. Arthritis inflammation and aches and pains have greatly subsided and I am able to be more active!!! I highly recommend this diet. My weight loss journey began February 2017 with a loss to date of about 53 pounds but the journey is about so much more than the weight loss. My coach is Stacy. She's a very no-nonsence type of person but is so encouraging and loving but she doesn't put up with the excuses. I love that about her. I can totally be honest with her and know she will be honest, firm and encouraging with me. I always come away feeling good about what I'm doing...and she's been through the program so she knows the struggle. The whole office has this same feeling. I actually look forward to going and I love the accountability - it keeps me from cheating. Recently, I had the opportunity to choose chocolate or not and I chose to not to indulge mainly because I was not sure what the sugar would do to me but also I'd have to confess and I didn't want to have that conversation. I've been on IP since late March 2016, and the results have been fantastic! I won't lie and say it's super easy, there are times when I watch other people eat whatever and get a little envious. But! I feel so much better! My clothes fit better (most are actually too big now), and I'm just all around more comfortable. I have about 11-16 more lbs to go, and this program makes it incredibly motivating to not only push through towards my goal, but maintain results. I was one of those who tried all the diets from Weight Watchers to Atkins. At first it all seemed great losing quite a bit of weight. It's been about a year since I went to Ideal Weight and Skin and started the program. I lost 35 pounds - this is the first time in my life a diet was successful. I attribute to Tiffany who was very patient with listening to my "sad" stories and who offered really solid tips on recipes and how to use the products. Best of all - the weight has STAYED off. I really DON'T want to regain. I have nothing but good things to say about Ideal weight and Skin. The office is very nice, the staff is super nice and extremely helpful. I've lost just shy of 40 lbs shattering my goal. Upon learning about BioTE pellets I decided to get my labs done and levels checked. Turns out a was a little low. The procedure went exactly as explained. Other than being a little sore the next day it was virtually painless. The results are nothing to be taken lightly. I can't remember ever feeling as good as I do now going on 40 and feeling more like 19. I can't thank the owners and Staff enough for seriously changing my life. My wife and I both signed up. I couldn't be happier. Eugenie is our coach and she's been great. I have been on a number of diets (translation: all of them) through the years and this one has the best science behind it (I'm a PhD working in Healthcare; but not a medical doctor). My previous favorite was Paleo. This is similar but it also restricts fat and total calories during phase 1. If you have hit a plateau with your current diet, give these folks a try. I lost 80 lbs. on Paleo and then hit a wall. One month into this and I've shed almost 20 lbs.
