Imagine finding a stain of unknown type & origin on your wedding dress the night before the…read morewedding! This cleaner was recommended by our hotel after they assisted us in locating a cleaner willing to take on the task of cleaning a wedding dress in less than 24hrs. The service desk at the hotel reported that they called over 20 cleaners & no takers. I was referred to Diana who greeted me pleasantly and assured me that the dress would be ok. I dropped the dress @ 4:45 and worried all night long that my sister would be a gownless bride! However, thanks to Diana and her family we had the dress in hand, stain removed, perfectly pressed, and DELIVERED back to us by 12:30 the next day. The delivery was a huge help as we were tied up in wedding day hair & makeup all morning. The dress looked spectacular & my sister was relieved to be married in the gown of her dreams. Thank you so much Diana & family. You truly saved the day!

A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. This company took my fiancés brand new suit 3 days before our wedding and…read morecompletely damaged it. We had it tailored and wanted to make sure it was perfect for our special day. They came to pick it up and also dropped it off. When we received it back, we called them to complain about the condition the suit was in. The jacket no longer matched the pants and there were horrible stains everywhere. They had the audacity to say they received it that way. If that was the case, why wasn't it mentioned at pick up? No accountability was taken or empathy shown and they were barely apologetic. They came to get the suit but returned it back again just as bad. The suit was unwearable and with 2 short days left till our wedding, we had to go on a hunt to find a new one. BEWARE. They don't seem to care about customer service at all and I will be filing a BBB complaint as well.

The only thing that bothered me once was that I dropped off a few of my boyfriend's ties to get washed. I didn't realize one of the ties was ripping on the back. The morning after I dropped it off, I got a text from the cleaners with a photo saying that the tie was ripped and that they'd need to repair it for $5 before cleaning. They asked me to get back to them. I texted back 40 minutes after and asked them NOT to repair it (It was a cheap tie and didn't think $5 was worth it). But then they texted me back and said they had already repaired it...I was annoyed but didn't mention it when I picked up the ties. Whatever, it's $5. Overall, the service is great and a very convenient location. There's a nail salon, small deli, a liquor store, and a few restaurants in the same plaza.
