I started as a loyal Your Pie customer until the service got sloppy. They started loosing orders and forgetting items that I paid for on several occasions. My orders were obviously rushed because they lost them. If you want sloppy service this is the place. read more

Do yourself a favor, order online and go pickup if you decide to try this place. Otherwise, be prepared to wait in line 30 minutes before you can order. There Moe's/Chipotle style of ordering is very slow and inefficient. The line extends from the front of the restaurant to the rear. Not until you reach the front of the line do you actually get to view a menu. If they had menus posted along the 30-40 feet of line, that may speed up the ordering process. Don't try to grab a quick lunch here. The workers don't know the menu. Wife ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, and the person making the pizza asked what she wanted on it. As if the first person telling him what the pizza was supposed to be wasn't enough, I guess the BBQ sauce didn't give away what she ordered. Secondly, don't waste the $4.99 extra for the cauliflower crust, unless you like burnt cauliflower. You have to wash the charred cauliflower off your hands. To say they are light handed on the toppings is a more than fair assessment, especially with the proteins. The runner delivers the order, I explain what items go to who, he just drops them on the table and walks off. Leaving us to shuffle hot pizza pans around the table. Been here an hour, haven't seen the first table wiped down between patrons. The experience at this place could be so much better. Very disappointing. read more

Absolutely adore this place! Since moving here, we are here all the time now! The personal size pizzas that you custom order from the walk up bar are just delicious! I haven't had one yet that I didn't care for. The meals are perfect and come with a drink and salad or gelato, same with the kids meals. My kids finish their plates every time. The gelato is also fabulous! Atmosphere is also great! Not too quite, not a bar. They have events there from time to time and those are wonderful too! Love hanging out here! read more

Your Pie is a quick, sit down or carry away spot for pizza, paninis, salad, and gelato on the Covington Square. They're very fast! Don't be deterred by a line if you're in the mood for pizza, line moves fast and pizza comes out in a few minutes, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for fresh pizza to come to the table. The pizza dough is pretty good! I like the marinara sauce best. Unfortunately the vegetarian toppings aren't very flavorful, this is where the stars are lost for me. I'll head here with my coworkers, but wouldn't come in my own. Restaurant is always clean and has nice tidy restrooms in the back. Super unhappy with this location. We have experienced bad service here before but tonight, my family and I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat for Father's Day and I had made a phone call prior before leaving the house and spoke to a girl on the phone and she said they close at 9:00pm. I had let her know we would get there rite exactly at that time-ish and even asked what if we park our car at 9:01pm, could we still come in and order, and the girl said "absolutely! No issue for us, I'll just let them know". So my family and I RUSHED over, walked in at 8:59pm, and their manager SAM refused to take our orders because we got to the food stand at 9:00pm. She was aware of the situation and what the girl had told us on the phone, and she still refused to take us even though they were in the wrong for giving out false information and didn't hold to their word. It would be understandable if their food was wrapped and the oven was off, but all the food was still out and ovens were on. In fact, there was a customer paying at the end of the line In front of us. I can tell you one thing. My family and I will never give them our business here again, tonight was the cherry on top of their bad service. read more

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the entire bottom was covered in black residue. I picked up a piece and it looked like my hand was covered in pepper. The pizza itself looked great and certainly not burnt at all, but tasted extremely burnt. It seemed like the pizza oven just hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I called the establishment (which I never do because i've worked in the restaurant industry for 5+ years) to explain this situation to a manager. I politely explained this to the girl that picked up who claimed she was the manager and was hung up on. I wasn't being a Karen or rude or asking for a refund so to hang up on a customer with an order issue is extremely disrespectful. I also tried to call back and no one picked up. Very unprofessional. Great wood fired pizza!! The staff is super friendly and the pizza almost melts in your mouth, and the gelato is amazing!!!

My "go to "when in Georgia .... I'm a diagnosed celiac and eating out is tricky. This place is very accommodating and helps with food allergies. They cook my pizza in the back away from the main line out front. They prepare it with care and with intention of keeping my food safe from contamination. The pizza here is so amazing. I have to be gluten free and they accommodate me so well. They make my pizza on a gluten free crust and fix it in the back that way there's no cross contamination. I stopped in here for lunch while visiting Covington for work. I like that you pick out what type of pizza dough you want and can pick from a variety of sauces to put on it, which I chose sun roasted tomato pesto. You can pick as many toppings as you want and they even have ricotta cheese which was amazing on my pizza. I got a combo which included a pizza, drink, and you can choose from a side salad, chips, or gelato. I picked cookies and cream gelato...delicious. Menu options are very limited (basically pizza, sandwiches, or salads if I remember correctly), however, this plays to their strength, which is creating a unique pizza to each customer's wishes. I've been here 3-4 times now, and even if you see a very long line, you will move very quickly. It has much more of an "Atlanta" feel and setup than any other Covington/Conyers restaurant, which is somewhat refreshing.
