Came on a Saturday 02/09 morning when store was empty. Employee screwed up my order when she burned my pizza. I asked for a second one. They brought it to table and no apologies. People behind counter seemed to be uninterested in working today. Young people I believe poorly trained at customer service. Pizza still tasted good BUT customer service is AN ISSUE. Tucked away in a small business complex near Outback Steakhouse (Exit 8), Your Pie is kind of like the Subway of pizza joints. Order from the 'Favorites' or build-to-suit your own pie, calzone or panini and watch it cooked in their brick oven to perfection. The place is pretty small so you might have to settle for to-go during busy times but it's great not having to settle on a single, giant pizza to feed a group. Interesting concept; like Chipotle but for pizza. You pick the crust, your sauce (including hot sauce?), your cheese and finally your toppings, of which they have many. Then they bake it in a brick oven (thin crust) and bring it out to you when it's done. It really doesn't take all that long either. This was my first visit and it was pretty good. I get the fresh mozzarella and mushrooms and it was as good as anything in Columbus. The place isn't fancy strictly fast-casual. But I think a pizza and a drink cost about $10. They don't charge you by the topping so go crazy. They do serve limited wine and beer. Worth a visit. read more

Ordered curbside during Covid. Went to the little sign outside in the lot and called the number listed...18 times. They answered and put the phone on the counter so the phone wouldn't ring. They never spoke and I could hear them talking about their personal business in the background. 19 minutes on "hold" and I decide to call 12 more times and then pull up to the door and walk in. My 1 year old asleep in the truck because I can't carry him AND food. I walk in and no one even looks at me. All taking and ignoring me. So I say...can someone help me? A worker just stared at me, his eyes red and mouth open. He's clearly high as a kite and can barely comprehend that I have a to-go order that's 37 minutes late because I've been in the parking lot calling over and over. The girl who cooked my food was wearing shorts with her business hanging out. Please don't tell me that touched my food...I'm appalled by EVERYONE that was working today. I have been to this place twice in the same week and I am not a pizza person. Yup that's how good it is. The crust is delicious it's not greasy or super buttery. Found this place via Yelp and decided to go down and order some pizzas to take home. The place was a little busy, the couple in front of us ordered about 6 or 7 pizzas. You can choose one of their pre-selected options, pick your own toppings or even customize their pre-selected options. You get a choice of crust: white, wheat or even gluten-free ($3 more)- they are literally freshly rolling out and tossing the dough in front of you. I ordered the Nat which includes- pesto sauce, mozzarella, chicken, spinach, feta, sun dried tomato and added mushrooms. My husband got the BBQ Chicken Pizza- BBQ sauce, chicken, cilantro, mozzarella, red onion and added bacon for an extra charge. The two pizzas came out to about $17 but we used the Yelp cash back and will be getting about $1 back. The pizzas were so good! The crust was thin and crispy but still had enough chew to it, the ingredients all tasted fresh and went together really well. My husband ate his entire pizza and I saved a couple slices for lunch the next day. Service isn't the friendliest in the world but they were helpful and quick. I always like to share when I get exceptional customer service. Macon, the manager, at Your Pie in the Landings was awesome!! I placed a pick up order, but when I arrived they didn't have it. Macon told me they would make it on the house. I informed him my account was charged. He told me he would refund it. As they are making me a new vegan pizza, they realized mine was in the warmer. It just didn't have the receipt. Macon gives me that pizza plus the fresh one, a beverage, and apologizes for the wait. Not to mention all the staff wears masks. Was at the Whittlesly restaurant, as it is closer to us. We were appalled by a guy making our pizzas. He had dirty looking long dreadlocks and a bushy beard that were not covered by a hair net or anything. That is absolutely GROSS and UNSANITARY. The food wasn't bad, the pizza was cooked perfectly and they were generous with the toppings, however, it lacked flavor. I finally made my way to "Your Pie" today on "Pie Day". Even though it was a line, they were moving quickly. The staff was friendly which I greatly appreciated. The pizza is served on a thin crust, which I wish was a bit thicker, but it still tasted delicious. Looking at the regular priced menu, I think the regular pricing is good for what you would get. I went here for the first time early this year, with a local friend from Columbus. I was blown away. The concept of creating your own pizza for a fatty like me is too amazing for words. They come out in large portions (at least for me-- I was only joking about being a fatty), and I'm basically able to take home the leftovers from one pizza, and eat it for three meals. It's quick service, good food, great topping options, and great portion size. After I found out about this place, I made sure to look it up in Atlanta.
