This is such a cute place. I popped in when I happened to be in the area for a funeral. I parked in a public lot across the street and walked to the restaurant. I was a party of one, and was seated almost immediately. Shortly after my arrival others had maybe a 5-15 min wait. My waitress really did hustle to get everything situated. My order was taken promptly and the food arrived hot and fresh. Their pancakes are delicious. The certainly delivered when I requested my bacon to be crispy. Their location is in an upcoming area. Phoenixville has been doing a wonderful job of cleaning up over the last 15-20 years. *** Expect a wait, and you may have to wait outside as there is not a huge area for people to stand around and wait. read more

Perfect little diner in phoenixville. Our waitress was quick to greet us and I had coffee in hand within minutes of arrival. Pre warning- this is a very small diner so either prepare to wait if busy or know a bigger group will be harder to accommodate easily. I ordered loaded potatoes and biscuits and gravy. My husband ordered a home style breakfast with eggs potatoes toast etc. The homestyle potatoes were excellent! Lots of peppers and onions and cheese melted on top, I could have just ate those and been happy . Biscuits and gravy were pretty standard, biscuits were soft and gravy was ok. Had a really great breakfast here - coffee was good; servers were friendly and attentive and food was delicious. Wife had omelette, home fries and fresh fruit while I opted for the biscuits with sausage gravy with two eggs and roasted hot peppers. Delish! I also tried several of the hot sauces being "auditioned" - since I love hot sauce it was fun and they brought me a small sample of potatoes and creamed chipped beef to try with the sauces. Amazing breakfast in Phoenixville! The place is always packed so be prepared to wait to get a seat at the table. Ordered the hippie omelette, 293 omelette today. Both outstanding and I would highly recommend. I personally thought the hippie tasted better than the 293, but my bf thought differently. A lot of flavors in both omelettes, very generous filling, comes with amazing potatoes and 2 slices of toast. I love this hole in the wall turned local favorite. It's a smallish space, but it works! The owner is very nice, the kitchen staff do a great job and the waitstaff is kind of a kick (in the good way). They do breakfast (though no eggs benedict FYI) and lunch. I've eaten here for both and had good food for both. The only randomness I've noticed is the salt. Sometimes it's a bit heavy handed - customers can always add more, but we can't take it out. read more

This was one of the best breakfasts I've had truly. The pancake was absolutely amazing - and HUGE. It was perfect for sharing on the side. I also built my own omelette which came out delicious and filled with al of the ingredients I asked for. I loved the potatoes on the side as well. Visited on a weekend outing to Phoenixville. It was a Saturday so it was packed with everyone having brunch, but we were able to get a table quickly and the service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and brought all of our food and drinks quickly! We ordered the sunrise tacos (love that there are GF tortillas available), one of the eggs toast and breakfast potato options, and the gill special (BLT on rye with an egg), and a chocolate chip pancake!! The food was all great and the pancakes are huge (as big as a dinner plate). There was a small error when our pancake came out of the kitchen without chocolate chips, but our server quickly brought us a a cup of chocolate chips to put on top (a quick fix, no need to have our food remade). We stopped in for a bite to eat before attending an expo. It was highly recommended at our hotel. Even walking down the street to Your Moms Place is so cute and so nice. The main street is so welcoming , retro, & lively. Outside this has little planters and I see Bowl of water for PUPs- so even the PUPs can quench their thirsts. We walked in and were eagerly greeted. Lots of waitresses and a handsome busboy to take care of the guests. There are specials on the wall. The waitress told me that the pork or sandwich was a big hit with men and women alike. I saw another lady was getting the pork roll Sandwich so I decided to get that too! My friends ordered corn muffins as well as eggs and bacon and hashbrowns. We really enjoyed the wait staff, the decor, The speediness and care of the staff. The food tasted fantastic! So delicious! With so many lovely dishes tempting me!! Gosh, it was hard to choose! Hip little place in downtown Phoenixville, PA. Roughly a dozen tables with a cool ambience. The old school typewriters were a neat touch. I got to show my boys what they were and how they worked. The cook noticed my son's local school mascot t shirt when we walked in and yelled go VIKINGS! That was cool. Nice simple menu with just the right amount of variety. They also had large chalk boards with some cool and different specials. The waiter was very friendly. The music playing was good and not too loud. The food was very good and the prices were not cheap but very fair. We had the pancakes, scrambled eggs, and SOS and they were all very tasty, fresh and hot. Had brunch here last Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! This place is tiny, but cozy - you may be rubbing elbows with strangers, but the food it worth it for sure! We were immediately greeted by a very friendly woman who told us the wait would be 10 minutes and offered us something to drink while we waited. We waited no more than maybe 7 minutes and we were seated. The menu options all looked good, as did the specials. A note about the specials: come early or they could be sold out, which seems to happen regularly. This place is definitely a hidden gem of a breakfast spot. This was our second visit here. Initially they were cash only - back when they first opened up. Thankfully they now take cards. We arrived around 8:04 am. There were only a few people at tables. We were seated immediately. Our order did not come out until 8:34 am. I think that is a very long time to wait for breakfast but you can decide for yourself. Part of that wait is because our order was not taken very quickly. However, I believe the primary reason is because they have an extremely small griddle. It looked like a 36" grill with a smaller 12" griddle down to the left that had pans on it keeping stuff warm. A ~12" square of the big griddle was holding home fries. I don't think the rest of the space is large enough when the place is packed. The first thing I noticed was that the coffee wasn't hot. I was in a perfect spot to watch the coffee station and soon realized that they have a habit of leaving one of the coffee carafes on the counter. They also combine half used carafes together. Mystery solved. They need another warmer for that extra pot to keep their coffee hot. We loved that they serve filtered Zero water to their customers. Mom's Place does not have Western or Farmer's Omelets, (my usual breakfast order), on their menu. I could have put together a Western out of their toppings but I decided not to be boring. I forgot to ask if their omelets were folded. I'm not a fan of the folded omelet. I like my omelets made in a pan, with everything mixed together. With their limited griddle space I am surprised they make folded omelets. I ordered one of the specials. The flavor was good and the serving was large. However, I should have gone with my gut and replaced the provolone with cheddar because it turned to sharp provolone. This was not mentioned when our waitress read off the ingredients. The home fries were cooked longer than I like. I f you like mushy home fries you'll like these. I like them a less parboiled and then finished with crispy edges. It's personal preference and certainly not a deal breaker. At one point I looked up to see six orders hanging in front of the cook. Our order was two omelets, 3 eggs over medium, scrapple, breakfast sausage, and a pancake to go. The cook could literally only make one omelet at a time because the rest of the grill had to hold French toast, pancakes, grilled meats, etc. Our chocolate chip pancake came with what I thought was fake maple syrup and no butter. We made sure to ask for plasticware when we ordered but we checked before we left and they had forgotten. Napkins and silverware should automatically be included with take out items. One should not have to ask or check. Also, pancakes are always served with butter, which also should have been included. My personal takeaway: The place is very noisy, ask for hot coffee and ask questions. In the end, we all enjoyed our food, the flavors were good, and the pancakes were tender - not rubbery like at most places. Sidenote: Below you will see the response I got. The maple syrup was not fake as I assumed. Maple syrup classifications changed in 2015. We used to buy maple syrup from Seven Stars when they used grade B dark amber. All maple syrup is now labeled Grade A and then broken into colors: golden, amber, dark, and very dark. It may also say delicate, rich, robust, and strong. The darker the color the stronger the smell and taste. I'm thinking Seven Stars has gone to the darker color/flavor. That strong maple flavor is what made me think it was fake. It is that overpowering strong maple flavor that I don't like in the fake syrups and that made me think this was the usual high fructose flavored corn syrup stuff. Once again, it's personal preference. Kudos to Mom's for using real maple syrup. read more

My only issue was that the spinach in my Omlette was cooked and I often like it raw but it still was delicious. Will definitely be coming back again. En route to find an indoor activity to do with our niece and nephew, found this place on yelp and we are so glad we tried it. Kids each got French toast, I ordered a create ur own omelette, and my husband ordered the S'mores French toast as well as the S.O.S. The dishes came out within a decent amount of time and the sides of potatoes were so delish and after mentioning our love for the flavor of them, a very kind woman (possibly the owner) brought a small container of the seasoning for us to take home.
