I realize that the only way I will be satisfied with the work is if I supervise and tell them what needs to be cleaned based on my preference because there were things that were missed and I had to point it out. Since it was our first time getting to know each other, I had to make sure that they understood my preferences. Kitchen was was not clean to my liking and I had informed Hugo that I was not satisfied with the work so he was able to get the job done the second day by sending the staff back to finish what they were supposed to do. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. But when I tried using scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner, I was able to clean it. 4. Stove has greasy spots. Overall, very poor cleaning. Hire them at your own risk.
