We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up.
