It is finally time for me to write a review on this place…read more A bit of background is that I've been dealing with an asthma flareup that has made it difficult for me to walk even a block without getting out of breathe. Before my flare up, I was at the gym regularly with pretty good cardio. A friend of mine suggested I go and try a session with her. I was admittedly pretty wary since I didn't see how sitting in a room of salt would make a difference. I went and after the session, I noticed I could walk and jog without issue. I was even able to get a good gym session in the next day! I've asked my pulmonologist about it and he said that it is indeed a thing and also offered me a corresponding medical treatment. With that and this, my breathing is slowly but sure improving overall rather than just spurts here and there. Avery, the owner, if friendly and knowledgeable about how each of her services work. You can call to book or schedule online. Either way works and it is super easy to do. The chairs are comfortable and you can lounge in them. There are also some yoga mats if you want to use those. You do need to bring clean socks (or you can buy a pair for $2!) to bring to each session. I have also used the individual booth sauna which has a setting to allow you to get salt inhalation too. You can use it as a sauna or, I can't handle heat so, you can have a low heat place to yourself. There is also a community room where you book a spot and you may share the room with others so be respectful! There are other services here too but since I've never used them, I won't give any opinion. Parking is plentiful here too. I definitely recommend this to people with health issues and those that just want to relax. There is a reason why back in the day doctors recommended going to the beach :P They might not have known the science behind the benefits but they knew! I really do recommend this and I do have about it to friends. :)

I've been coming to Restore Wellness for a while now, and I absolutely love it! One of my favorite…read morethings is the variety of wellness services they offer and the flexibility to use my credits based on what my body needs that day. Some days I'll enjoy red light therapy and the sauna followed by an IV drip, while other days I'll combine an IV drip with the mini red light therapy and compression. I love being able to switch things up and customize my wellness routine! The staff is absolutely amazing--always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly make every visit a great experience. Thank you, Restore Wellness, for consistently providing such wonderful service and offering so many great options for self-care and wellness! I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I paid $65 for cryotherapy + a glutathione shot, which felt like a really good deal. When I arrived, it was a little packed, with a lot of people coming in for IV therapy, so there was a short wait--but once things got moving, everything went smoothly. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they checked in with me throughout the visit. This was my first time ever doing cryotherapy, and they did a great job walking me through everything step by step. Before going in, they went over a safety checklist, reminded me to remove anything metal, and recommended taking slow, controlled breaths once inside, which really helped. They also provide a private changing room to get ready for cryo, which made the experience much more comfortable--especially as a first-timer. The cryotherapy itself was definitely intense--way colder than anything I've experienced before. They prep you really well with gloves, socks, a mask, a beanie, and a wraparound towel. You also get to choose your music, which was such a nice touch. They mentioned some people dance or stomp around during their session. I was a little claustrophobic at first, but I adjusted quickly and handled it just fine. They even asked me how it felt after the cryo, which I appreciated. I also learned that cryotherapy can help burn calories, which was an interesting bonus I didn't realize going in. After cryo, I received my glutathione shot, and the nurse who administered it was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained the benefits clearly, including how it can help with energy, brain fog, and overall wellness, and the shot itself went smoothly. They also gave me a tour of the facility, which I really appreciated. In addition to cryotherapy and IV therapy, they offer red light therapy, infrared sauna, Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and even facials. The space was clean, modern, and well organized. Since this was my first visit and I was medically cleared, they let me know I'm cleared for up to a year to come back for shots or other services without needing to redo the medical clearance, which makes future visits super easy. They also told me I can call or text if I want to book again. They explained their membership options, but there was no pressure at all--very much a "totally optional" type of conversation, which I really respected. Overall, great service, knowledgeable and attentive staff, and a smooth experience after a short wait. I'd definitely consider coming back, especially with the variety of wellness services they offer.

There's a cozy library area with unlimited snacks, water, and beverages, which made it easy to relax before and after the service. The women's changing room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, like hair dryers, vanity stations, hair ties, lotion, Q tips, towels, slippers, and more. Everything felt well maintained and smelled nice. If you need to head out for any dates or event after receiving the service, you can do so easily here. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse Mila was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked where I wanted to focus and spent most of the time working on my back and shoulders, which I appreciated. The steam shower afterward was a perfect, relaxing bonus. There was a small mix up where my friend's fragrance allergy note got assigned to my therapist instead, and since many of the products used have fragrance, it made it harder for her to fully enjoy the experience. It would be great if they improved how they handle those sensitivities. Overall, I had a great time, relaxing, high end, and a perfect place to unwind, especially if you're going solo.

A few weeks after booking, the spa called asking if I could switch to a Friday. I clearly explained that weekdays don't work with my work schedule and explicitly requested to keep my original Saturday time slot. Fast forward to the Friday before my scheduled massage: at 4:00 PM, I received a call claiming I had missed a 3:00 PM appointment that day and would be charged a cancellation fee. When I explained that my appointment was for Saturday and that this was an error on their end, they completely refused to take responsibility. Despite providing zero written or email confirmation when the booking was made, they blamed me for their administrative mistake and charged my card anyway. Blaming the customer for a clear scheduling error on their own team is pathetic customer service. The management here is terrible, and I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

When I first started working with her, I didn't realize how disconnected I had become from myself. Through her sound healing and spiritual mentoring, she gently guided me back to a place of peace, presence, and self-awareness. She taught me that grounding isn't just a practice, it it's a way of moving through life with more intention, trust, and grace. Because of her, I've learned how to quiet the noise, reconnect with myself, and open my heart in ways I never expected. I feel more at peace, more present, and more capable of handling life's challenges without feeling consumed by them. The tools and wisdom she's shared have had such a meaningful impact on my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, creates a safe and healing space, and has a gift for helping people reconnect with themselves, I truly can't recommend her enough. They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. When I heard that I asked my son about it and found out that he's been dying to try. So we decided to do it together. We each signed up for a membership because you can cancel anytime (but now I don't want to) and it gives you a discounted price for floating. We found a time where they had two pods open and arrived about 15 minutes early. You do have to leave your shoes at the door, so make sure your feet look good. I was a bit embarrassed by my old pedicure but whatever. You can walk in sandals that they provide or barefoot. They also have a little seating area and will bring you some water while you wait if you like Before the float, they gave us a full orientation to how the pods work. First put in your earplugs and then shower with lovely smelling products that they provide. Once you're cleaned off, you can hop in the pod. Each pod is big enough for people to fit comfortably and you can turn a blue light on or off. I floated in darkness, but my son chose to leave the light on. They even have little spray bottles of freshwater inside the pod, just in case any of the salt water hits the eyes. It is a little strange the first time trying to find the right position and such. But after about 10 minutes, I slipped away and before I knew it the hour had passed. I couldn't believe it. I even checked my watch to validate an hour had really past because time just seemed to disappear. We felt so relaxed afterwards and enjoyed a nice dinner out. However, I have scheduled my next one in two weeks for a later time so that I can just go home and go to sleep afterwards. Overall, it was an excellent experience and this place is run very well. I'm quite happy to be a new member.
