First-time cryotherapy + glutathione shot experience and I'm impressed. I came across a promotion and decided to finally try Restore Hyper Wellness Los Gatos, and overall it was a great first experience. I paid $65 for cryotherapy + a glutathione shot, which felt like a really good deal. When I arrived, it was a little packed, with a lot of people coming in for IV therapy, so there was a short wait--but once things got moving, everything went smoothly. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they checked in with me throughout the visit. This was my first time ever doing cryotherapy, and they did a great job walking me through everything step by step. Before going in, they went over a safety checklist, reminded me to remove anything metal, and recommended taking slow, controlled breaths once inside, which really helped. They also provide a private changing room to get ready for cryo, which made the experience much more comfortable--especially as a first-timer. The cryotherapy itself was definitely intense--way colder than anything I've experienced before. They prep you really well with gloves, socks, a mask, a beanie, and a wraparound towel. You also get to choose your music, which was such a nice touch. They mentioned some people dance or stomp around during their session. I was a little claustrophobic at first, but I adjusted quickly and handled it just fine. They even asked me how it felt after the cryo, which I appreciated. I also learned that cryotherapy can help burn calories, which was an interesting bonus I didn't realize going in. After cryo, I received my glutathione shot, and the nurse who administered it was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained the benefits clearly, including how it can help with energy, brain fog, and overall wellness, and the shot itself went smoothly. They also gave me a tour of the facility, which I really appreciated. In addition to cryotherapy and IV therapy, they offer red light therapy, infrared sauna, Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and even facials. The space was clean, modern, and well organized. Since this was my first visit and I was medically cleared, they let me know I'm cleared for up to a year to come back for shots or other services without needing to redo the medical clearance, which makes future visits super easy. They also told me I can call or text if I want to book again. They explained their membership options, but there was no pressure at all--very much a "totally optional" type of conversation, which I really respected. Overall, great service, knowledgeable and attentive staff, and a smooth experience after a short wait. It was a challenge to visit Restore regularly, thus I concluded I needed to terminate my membership. While the policy states you have 30 days to use your credits, the manager changed the policy and reduced the 30 days to 28, for reasons unrevealed. Additionally, as soon as I gave my termination notice, some of my credits mysteriously dissappeared ( some were restored, but not all of them which was a loss of $200). Lastly, the level of service and friendliness made it awkward to even visit and try to utilize my remaining credits. Some of the staff were still nice, but not all. Clearly when you leave, you are no longer welcome. Based on this experience, I wanted others to know. Also, if I were to consider rejoining in the future, all prospects of that are gone. read more

I went here on opening day since they were running some great deals. Paige helped me and a friend with the sign up formalities. We were promised that we will be able to pause the membership prior to 3 months on the phone no problem!! I had no complaints the day of. However I had a few weeks of travel planned and when I called back after 2 months Paige was no longer working here. So I had to physically go in to pause my membership after continuing for another month. I was finally able to pause my membership and use up all these credits I had accumulated in the following 60 days after which I put in my cancellation after being charged for another month. From here it got a little complicated since different credits were expiring on different days. I had to continue with the drips since that was the most effective way to use up the credits. My biggest gripe was they hurt me so bad. I was bruised every single time I went in for the drips. I would also feel a lot of pressure since the drips were always on at full speed. When I complained no one did anything about it. I had to ask if the speed could be reduced so I don't feel any pain post which it was reduced! In general customer service was really bad. There was no Co-ordination between the staff if I would change an appointment or make any updates!! Communication about finances is an absolute neglect. It is assumed that the customer will know that they will be charged a no show fee when they call in and say that they cannot make it within the hour of the appointment. You get reminders for certain appointments & not for others!! It is assumed that the customer will know that if you are asking for an additional dosage of a drip they will be charged. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the platinum facial. Luciana did a great job but they did not let me vlog anything. My experience here was really bad!! While the facility is really good, communication is poor and customer service is bad!! I am not going back!! read more

I've been going here since November 2023 and a member since February. I came here from a recommendation from a family member and I'm so glad I listened! Monthly IVs for me have helped me feel and be better. The Nurses here are amazing; tentative and always have an answer to my questions without making me feel like I shouldn't have already known the answer. They really took the time to get to know me and understand my need state / share what ingredients they think would be best for me based on what I let them know I've been feeling. I'm a big fan of Compression and Cryotherapy here as well, the benefits are great! I'm so glad their team suggested I pair these therapies with my monthly IVs. I like to add compression when I'm doing my IV Drip, to kill 2 birds with one stone, it's an amazing combination that wouldn't have thought of myself. I've also had a couple of facials here, and highly recommend the Hydrafacial Platinum and the CryoSkin Facial. The owner and staff are all so friendly and truly make me feel like I'm part of their community - they always greet me by name and you can tell they're all genuine, not generic robots. I cancelled my membership in December and was told by the manager I had 90 days to use a tremendous amount of prepaid services. Before the 90 days was up the owner informed me I actually had 30 days and I had signed a contract with them saying I agreed to this when I first signed up. Long story short be aware of who you do business with. What they say one day might be something different the next. In the end the paper you sign they will throw at you. I never remember even seeing it because I had signed this on a free trial when they were doing a pre-opening and the owner never cared to ask if the manager who told me this. Obviously she doesn't care about one bad review or one mad off customer. Lesson learned pay as you go. read more

Not sure how people can leave a bad review for a place because of their inability to understand how a simple 3 month contract works for membership... I mean, you sign up, you understand there is a 3 month minimum and if it doesn't work out, that's your fault, not theirs. Anyway, I tried this place out a few times and then signed up for membership understanding all that. I have been VERY happy with the service, the people are all so friendly and helpful; if I go away and don't come in, I get texts asking if all is well and if they can help schedule. I've mainly been doing the Infrared sauna and the cryo chamber (really cool-haha), but I've also tried the Red Light and the Compression. Wondering what else I could try but what I get for what I pay, I feel it's more than worth it since my overpriced country club/Gym membership where I pay 6x this doesn't have any of these services. They recommend minimum 3 month membership which I understand. Once membership has been paused or cancel you can't use your credits or talk to anyone. The manager onsite said that even if I sent an email to corporate they won't respond or do anything about it. They obviously don't have a structure to escalate issues that receptionist or manager onsite doesn't have the answer for. What's the point of having a corporate name if they can't help you. I loved the services but I also didn't like how if you have credits that are expiring you can't use them for additional services. For example if you go for an IV drop and do a premium ingredient and want to add 2-3 more ingredients because you have enough credits that you can use, you'll have to pay out of pocket. I don't have the time to go every 2 weeks so using my credits once a month and doing more ingredients would have worked better. In all, they really don't know how to manage a business with a membership. They should stick to charging every service instead. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Besides it's not HSA approved. They kept denying my claims because you'll need a doctors note to have these services. read more

Be careful about their free consultation offers. We've been invited for a free consultation. Upon arrival, We filled out some forms and taken to a room to speak with a remote nurse over zoom call. She just looked at forms and given we have no health issue, she approved that we are fit for their services. It took like 1 or 2 minutes each. Then their sale rep showed us around and explain the membership options. We were about the step out, they mentioned if we don't do any purchases, we need to pay for nurse which is $100 each. We refused to pay, and then the owner lady came, she denied that this was a free consultation, only the part describing the services is free but the nurse consultation is subject to fee. We objected that we did not ask for nurse consultation at all, we just pushed into it. Anyway she was adamant to collect the charges on the credit card on file. I locked my card and left the place. She contacted multiple times by phone and text, voicemails about collecting these fees. At some point, I fed up and asked for no further contact. I'm sure she tried to put us on collection agency. So their cheapest membership is $250/month, if they were nice enough, i was thinking about signing up. She lost $3000 x 2 of us yearly by insisting to charge a useless nurse service, which went like oh you have a great health, you can use our services. This place does not deserve a single yelp star for the terrible customer service by the owner. Due to a relocation I was unable to use 2 prepaid package cryotherapy sessions. I asked to reassign to the sessions to a friend so they would not be wasted. I was denied. I asked for a balance refund for services not used. I was rudely yelled at by the owner and told me not to threaten her with a yelp review. I explained I did not use the services why should I pay for something I did not receive. When I first found this place, Becky the owner was so pushy to purchase a package and I fell into the trap and purchased it. The business is fairly new and I feel like I am funding them at my expense. Find another cryotherapy if you are looking for one. A place that care about and respect their customers. read more

Where do I even begin? What a wonderful first experience my fiancée and I shared from the check in process as well as throughout the entire guest experience. The General Manager Shilo personally assisted us with our check in and was very knowledgeable about explaining the benefits of cryotherapy which we had been both very curious to try for some time now. Both of us have back and shoulder pain and we became curious on how to begin to help ourselves and learned of the many wonderful services that will allow you to heal yourself in many different and comfortable ways. I actually never leave reviews, because i understand a business isn't easy to run, but I just felt this was very unfair. I paid for the membership, and paid for the three months, and never got to use my credits. Even called a couple times to make sure because I had to pause it since I was traveling for work. When I came back to redeem them they said it had expired. This isn't a cheap membership. I wasn't asking for a refund I just wanted to get the services I paid for. I tried out both the cryotherapy and compression, and i kid you not, my body felt so good. I play sports so normally I'm sore or something hurts. Just 3 mins in the cryotherapy and the soreness went away. The compression helped my feet and calves since. I need to go back and try the IV drips.
