Amazing IV. Great nurses all aground. Very caring and easy to talk to. Came on time, got my tiny vein on the first try, out in less than an hour. Definitely the best in the Bay Area. I have tried others who stuck me as much as 3 times. This company has highly trained top tier nurses. Highly recommend this company. read more

I want to begin by saying that I did not receive IV services from this company, so I cannot comment on the quality of their nurses or care. Based on many of the positive reviews, I'm sure they provide good IV therapy. My review is solely about my customer service experience during the intake process, which ultimately led me to choose another provider. On Wednesday evening, my husband was feeling ill, and I decided to try mobile IV therapy for the first time. I completed the online intake forms, which included many questions about his medical history, medications, and other health information. Since my husband was asleep, I answered everything as accurately as I could but wasn't able to confirm every detail. After submitting the forms, I received an email that said: "Thank you for booking with Rev(IV)al Hydration. We have received your appointment request. Our team of medical professionals will review your submission and text you shortly to confirm availability and provide you an estimated time of arrival." Because the email said I would receive a text "shortly," I expected to hear from someone that evening. When I didn't, I assumed it was because it was after business hours and that I would receive a text first thing the next morning. By 9:30 a.m. the next morning, however, I still had not received a text, email, or phone call. Since my husband was depending on these services, I called the company to check on the status of our request. The representative explained that they don't send texts after hours, which I completely understand. However, I think it would be very helpful if that information were clearly stated on the website or in the confirmation email so customers know what to expect. He also told me that my intake form was incomplete. Again, I understood that could happen. What I didn't understand was why no one contacted me to let me know additional information was needed. During our conversation, when he learned that my husband is 75 years old, he commented that they don't usually take clients that age because it can be more difficult to start an IV. That statement surprised me because my husband has never had difficulty with IVs or blood draws, and it left me feeling that older adults might not be welcomed as readily as younger clients. Between the lack of communication about my appointment, not being notified that the intake information was incomplete, and my concerns about how my husband's age was discussed, I decided to use another mobile IV service instead. That company communicated promptly, made the scheduling process simple, and was happy to assist my husband. I hope this feedback is helpful. My experience may not reflect the quality of the services or care itself, but good communication before an appointment is just as important, especially when someone is seeking care because they are not feeling well. I also hope the company considers improving its communication during the intake process. A simple text, email, or phone call to let prospective clients know that additional information is needed--or that requests submitted after hours won't be reviewed until the next business day--would have made a significant difference in my experience. read more

Nurse Marc gave us 5 star service today. He offered great communication leading up to the appointment and was very professional. He made sure we were comfortable, kept everything sterile and gave us great care. I have a fear of needles and he was so kind and gentle. This was our first time getting IVs and we will definitely be getting more. Can't say enough about how great Marc was! read more

Staff was so helpful and friendly and the nurse that gave the IV was so thorough and amazing. I recommended them to a few other water polo players who were under the weather. They each had an amazing experience with this company as well. If you are looking for good care, good communication, and friendly staff- this is the business to use. read more

Thank you to Revival Hydration for the fluids and vitamins today! I was feeling pretty run down between working night shift at the hospital, fashion shows, fishing trips, and socializing with out-of-town friends. I want to be better at hydrating and eating well consistently. This morning I was shopping and felt extremely dizzy and weak. I knew burning the candle at both ends had caught up to me. I called Rev(IV)al Hydration and they came right to my apartment to give an infusion. They have a variety of fluid infusions and packages to choose from with various vitamin combinations. Not only did it make my headache and dizziness go away, I feel energized for tonight's photoshoot! Signing up was a seamless process. A Nurse Practitioner soon called me to review medical history and give recommendations. This was my first, but not last, hydration infusion...I love this amazing service! #hydration #ivfluids #nurselife #modellife #vitamins read more

I'm impressed with the high level of expertise. All the practitioners are highly skilled and friendly nurses. I'm recovering from Long Covid and do think regular IV Hydration is helping. It took about 5 weekly sessions to make a difference. read more

I have been a client of revival hydration for nearly 2 years now. Working two jobs can really take a toll on your body and I am relieved that I have a way to combat the tiredness and fatigue. Having an on call mobile IV therapy to get you back to feeling your best is such a blessing. Every nurse I've had the pleasure of meeting has always been extremely professional, punctual, and demonstrated thoughtful bedside manner (Ivon is my favorite, he made such a impact on my care. I wish I could nominate him for a daisy award) I believe most of the Revival Hydration crew, have been ER nurses, either past or currently, so you know they are experienced at starting IVs- making the process seamless and pain free My favorite type to get is the NAD+, and Shark Week; (if you know you know). read more

Had the stomach flu last week and called Friday evening desperately seeking IV hydration. They were very prompt in getting me taken care of and Marc RN was able to come the same evening. Such a great experience. Easy to book. Fast response. Traveling for work and my partner had a nasty lingering cold. They had someone to the hotel within 1 hour. The nurses were extremely knowledge, professional, kind and conscientious. Everyone from booking to completion made it a fast smooth and efficient situation. Difficult to be sick away from home and it was an especially warm, comforting situation. My husband and I were looking for a last minute IV therapy that would accommodate us in our home on the same day. I had Covid and was on day 3 with mild symptoms. We searched many places and came across Revival Hydration. They were able to come to our home same day. They even came after their working hours. The entire process was smooth and quick and done in the comfort of your own home. Very professional and kind. One hour after the IV, I had felt so much better already. I had energy and even cleaned the kitchen and organized my kids toys. I recommend them to everyone who needs a little immunity boost. read more

I had a really great experience today with revival hydration, more specifically Ivan and Mel. Both were very prompt, courteous, and kind to me. I opted for the Myers cocktail due to me feeling a little under the weather from the past few days (work stess, moving plans, and some alcohol). I instantly felt more happier and light after the session, and I think I'll be getting a good night's sleep after. I would definitely book again and would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you all! read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend and so I added their IG account hoping to try their slimming treatment. I was greeted by the owner Brett as soon as I added their official IG account and as I was asking about their official website so I can check the slimming treatment info and told him that I am a translady, Brett decided to stop replying to me and unfollowed my IG account. That's not just being so UNPROFESSIONAL but also very DISCRIMINATING. I was disgusted by Brett's behavior. He should never have his own company. It's not LGBTQ friendly. Everyone including all LGBTQ members please do not support this company. I will never recommend this place to anybody. The owner, Brett DOES NOT deserve to have a business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It does not deserve even a star!!! read more

Revival Hydration - This is what the owner Brett sent to me after reading my Yelp review! "What the fuck? Are you kidding me" SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! - IV Hydration Near Me

Honestly I am so glad I found Revival Hydration. I suffer from kidney stones and sometimes get dehydrated and that leads to a whole ordeal of issues if not taken care of. I called and was pleasantly surprised they could accommodate me right away. They had me fill out a form online that went over my medical history and such. They called to let me know when they would be heading over! Super professional on all accounts. When they showed up it was Brett and Mira (spelling?) they explained everything in great detail and let me ask all the questions. Mira took my vitals, while Brett gathered all my IV additions. They completely customized it to my liking and request. They weren't pushy, didn't try to sell me anything extra I didn't need either. Super professional, friendly, and kind, I would highly recommend them. I kid you not, I felt better within 30 mins of getting the IV. My kidneys stopped hurting and I felt much much better!! I had more energy and my whole face look refreshed. Not to mention, Brett was easy on the eyes, so getting jabbed by a needle didn't feel so bad haha. read more
