The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem.
