I provided a card to reserve my appointment. I was informed after the service that this type of card was not accepted. Great service sometimes takes a couple tries. The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem. Our nurse was so friendly and nice, but unfortunately she missed my boyfriend's veins on both arms and was unable to deliver the IV, which was really painful for him. She tried for quite a while, and he said the second time she tried so hard that it hurt so incredibly bad he got nauseous from the pain. :( He has very easy veins too, and has gotten consistent bloodwork/IVs done in the past without any issue before- he's always gotten compliments about how easy and big his veins are. He was definitely queasy from the experience, but The Cure did manage to switch us over to just giving him an anti nausea shot instead.
