    Nurse Ann is our hero! My husband and I both got really bad food poisoning from this Indian restaurant we ate at. Neither of us were able to hold water in for more than 16 hours. We were contemplating the hospital but did not want to wait in the ER, so we contacted Drip Hydration whom I had learned of not too long ago. It was definitely the right decision. Nurse Ann came over with all of her supplies and hooked us up to the IV bags. We felt so much better after that and ended up booking another session for the next morning. We are in the tail end of our food poisoning now, but we wanted to express our most sincere gratitude to Nurse Ann and the Drip Hydration team.

    This company is overpriced and their greatest gift is their false marketing. Their customer service team is unprofessional, non responsive, and hung up on me after debiting my account for $773.00 and cancelling my appointment. I booked a 6pm appointment at 3:19pm . At 3:59pm They texted me asking Me if I could do 5pm. I replied at 4:44pm to the text "confirmed". Sorry I have a job. At 4:20pm I received an email that stated I needed to reply by 4:23pm (3min) to confirm the fact that they were changing the appointment to an hour earlier at 5pm. I replied after my business meeting at 4:44pm and then called to confirm and was harassed by Aleena and later by Isha. I was told that despite the fact that they debuted 773.00 from my account they don't have to keep the apointment time I booked and that they can and do change the time on patients if the nurse needs to- that it was my fault because I didn't reply within 3min to their email. When I asked Isha to think about how irrational that sounds and how poorly she was relating to a customer that is sick with a sick child she hung up on me (as I pleaded with her to please send another nurse despite the fact that I already paid and they changed the time). In the midst of a pandemic when I am paying a premium for myself and my daughter to get well to be treated this way is beyond unprofessional. They are not ethical but I would give them 5 stars for their marketing and that is how they overcome the intolerable customer service and bury these incidents. This is a sham and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. All call logs, emails, time of booking, the debit. Every detail that I outlined can be verified and is attached in the receipts below.

    My girlfriend told me at 1:30PM today that an RN was coming to my place at 3:30pm to give me an IV Immunity boost, B12- B-Complex, Vitamin C, and Glutathione. Dan who's been an RN for 10+ years showed up right at 3:30PM to my place, he was clean, a professional, explained everything from A-Z. I didn't feel any pain when the IV was inserted. I've been fighting the cold/flu for the past 11 days so I'm hoping that this will help on top of the antibiotics, cold flu medicine I've been taking. The last time I got sick was over 3+ years ago but when I get sick it hits me hard. I'm 100% satisfied with this IV drip service and Dan, should I need this in the future I would definitely use them again.

While I had an appointment, it was obvious that I wasnt the priority over the walk-ins who needed a more expensive treatment. Based on treatment, triog would have started the line and then attended the couple who would need attention for 30 min while my line was going. It was great being able to listen to them laugh about cute jackets and things while I waited. After waiting 25 min for the nurse to finish before she came out, another nurse passed by without acknowledging I was there. I wasn't asked if I needed something to drink and the person at the front desk was less than knowledgeable about the products they offer. She couldn't do simple math, but that is more of a personal attack than about this business, because other conversations were more important than I was. I know she grew up in Hawaii, she use to be a flight attendent, I can keep going on how much i learned. The other had too many free self-services (taking advantage of the free discount of the services) I have tricky veins; I always give a warning. It took the nurse four attempts to select and maintain the line. WHY? Every time she tried to start the drip after she finished hooking me up to the line, it would not flow. I told her it was a issue with either the line, spike, vent, or IV bag itself. Naturally, I was ignored. I might not be a nurse or doctor, but I have been getting the same IV once a week for over 3 years, and I have had this happen before, not only here (the nurse at that time recognized the issue right away) but at other places. 4 pokes later, and she was able to start the drip (if you can call it that). I know my body, I know what's normal, and I have many nurse friends whom I was able to text. She kept making excuses that didnt make sense, and the drip went slower than I can describe. 2.5 hours later, the drip wasn't done, there was pain where the line was injected, AND the bag didnt even finish. I had been there too long, and I started to have pain. There was NO apologies, there was no discount offered for the inconvenience, no one even worried if my car was at a meter and needed a top up because i was there 3x longer than planned. However, they were very worried about a similar situation with another person. Thanks for the ticket on top of the IV cost. DM ME IF YOU WANT A RECO ON A BETTER OPTION. I do not represent the other place or have a discount code or anything like that, but they have been consistently much better.

    I received an email from B12 Love about microdosing GLP-1 peptide shots (0.5mg) for chronic…read moreinflammation (knee joint pain in my case). I have this issue due to two ACL reconstructions, a fully torn lateral meniscus, and a Baker's cyst in my left knee. I reached out to B12 Love to explain that my goal was pain relief, not weight loss. Lalena Menon did not tell me GLP-1 shots can't be administered if your BMI is under 19. Instead, she said I had to pay a $279 consultation fee to talk to Dr. Graser. During the consult, Dr. Graser also didn't mention the BMI restriction, even though I stated my weight and height. Both Lalena and Dr. Graser knew this from the start, but neither disclosed the BMI rule. I paid the fee, had the bloodwork, and bought a month of GLP-1 shots. Dr. Graser suggested three months of use but did not mention the BMI issue. I experienced side effects: extreme heartburn in the first week and diarrhea in the second. By the third week, the pinching pain in my knee had eased, though stiffness remained. At my final visit with Dr. Graser (3/13/26), after a BMI test, she finally told me they can't administer GLP-1 shots if BMI is under 19. Why did B12 Love not disclose this from the start? They must have known about the BMI requirement. From this, I suspect they care more about money than health. Dr. Graser and Lindsay (the office manager) tried to sell me future shots (but not GLP-1). I have pain today, which I wanted help with in March. Offering shots in the future does not help with current pain. Not disclosing the BMI rule for GLP-1 shots is misleading when someone seeks relief, especially after sharing weight and height. I hope no one else experiences B12 Love Marina the way I did. Total disappointment when seeking pain relief.
