I have this issue due to two ACL reconstructions, a fully torn lateral meniscus, and a Baker's cyst in my left knee. I reached out to B12 Love to explain that my goal was pain relief, not weight loss. Lalena Menon did not tell me GLP-1 shots can't be administered if your BMI is under 19. Instead, she said I had to pay a $279 consultation fee to talk to Dr. Graser. During the consult, Dr. Graser also didn't mention the BMI restriction, even though I stated my weight and height. Both Lalena and Dr. Graser knew this from the start, but neither disclosed the BMI rule. I paid the fee, had the bloodwork, and bought a month of GLP-1 shots. Dr. Graser suggested three months of use but did not mention the BMI issue. I experienced side effects: extreme heartburn in the first week and diarrhea in the second. By the third week, the pinching pain in my knee had eased, though stiffness remained. At my final visit with Dr. Graser (3/13/26), after a BMI test, she finally told me they can't administer GLP-1 shots if BMI is under 19. Why did B12 Love not disclose this from the start? They must have known about the BMI requirement. From this, I suspect they care more about money than health. Dr. Graser and Lindsay (the office manager) tried to sell me future shots (but not GLP-1). I have pain today, which I wanted help with in March. Offering shots in the future does not help with current pain. Not disclosing the BMI rule for GLP-1 shots is misleading when someone seeks relief, especially after sharing weight and height. I hope no one else experiences B12 Love Marina the way I did. Total disappointment when seeking pain relief.

I have had filler dissolved in the past with other providers and it can be very painful and stingy and Dr. A was able to make this procedure as comfortable as possible. I barely felt the pricks. He's very caring, professional, highly skilled and has a wonderful eye for aesthetics. He's also very fun to talk to and down to earth. I completely trust him with my face and highly recommend him. I will go back for Botox and Juvederm appointments in the future. Cute office too! Very earthy and modern! Especially as it "seemed" more affordable than in person. $399 However, I must vehemently urge others to AVOID DRIP, if you need ketamine therapy. My experience started with Nick my online customer service guy. He was nice and fast to collect the $399 fee for my consultation. However the link they sent me to book my appointment led to a full calendar with no appointments available. It took several emails before I heard back from Nick. Eventually I got an appointment. The "doctor " was a young nurse ( not a doctor) that took my video call on a busy NY street. Very unprofessional. She was nice enough. But I was starting to feel very suspicious. The pharmacy that processes the order takes up to 2 weeks to complete the order. So if you hoped for expedited service you can forget that. Today at 6:34 pm my package arrived. As soon as I opened it I knew something was WAY WRONG! I wish I could post an image of these pills. They are NOT the lozenges I was told I was getting. The dose is wrong. They are a lower dose than discussed with the "doctor." The pills are chalky like ecstasy pills from a nightclub. They are thick as a double stack and shed dust like crazy. The bottle was coated in dust. They even have a weird stamp of a triangle, instead of a normal script identification. So who actually knows what these are???!!! But more troubling than all this, is the fact it was shorted by FIVE DOSES!!!! Yes, the pharmacy clearly palmed a fourth of the entire prescription!!!!!! I immediately took pictures and tried calling. I'm still on hold 28 minutes later. I emailed as well. I know that I won't get any human being to answer the call. Nor will a response to my email come today. Please avoid. Do not trust any company that operates in this fashion.

I wanted to share my honest experience with The I.V. Doc, because prospective clients should know…read morewhat to expect if things don't go according to plan. While the registered nurse who administered my treatment was great, the company's overall process and customer care leave a lot to be desired. Normally, my IV treatments take between 60 to 90 minutes that I had done in the past with another company, but this company rushed through it in about 35 minutes--administering glutathione first. While I know it's common for some places to push immunity IVs out that fast, that aggressive speed is a stark contrast to how my treatments are normally done. Anyways, just a day later, I developed a slight, localized deep tissue and nerve pain in my bicep of the same arm where I got the IV. As time went on, the pain started increasing immensely. It can't be a coincidence that this pain developed a day right after an administration done so differently than I'm used to. It's a common misconception that IV complications must show up instantly; chemical and venous irritation can show symptoms later as inflammation builds. I'm 99% certain that the cause of this was likely due to my body receiving the IV too fast along with not being given a saline chaser after the iv, which I had gotten with the previous iv company. The pain got to the point where I had to go to the ER, and I haven't been able to work for the past month. Of course, I don't blame them for every aspect of this, but I am more so shocked by their handling of the situation. When I reached out to their support team via email, they were very dismissive about my requests, didn't truly listen, and refused to take responsibility or offer even a simple refund to ensure client satisfaction. I mean I've had to pay extra out of pocket to deal with this arm issue. While most people will probably have a fine experience, just know that in case you don't, their support is unhelpful and often feels like you're talking to an ai bot. They should really look into asking deeper, more thorough questions before performing treatments. And in case, you're body is a bit sensitive and you've been in the rare but similar situation as mine where you have had gotten iv care differently in the past, I'd recommend doing your due diligence to make sure the iv you're getting is accordance with how you normally would get it.
