Waste of time. After filling out all the forms, medical questionnaire, liability release, etc. they then asked me to download Google Meet to do a video call with a physician assist. For a vitamin IV...? They said it's required by law...no it's not. Girl behind desk, inept at customer service....find a better quality place to go. read more

I went here for a peptide injection and walked in to a very beautiful well maintained facility. While the place was nice i was dismayed at the lack of professionalism when the nurse came strolling over hooked up to an infusion running into her own arm! When it was time to give me the injection after breifly asking me what I know about product and explaining how it disperses in the body she had to roll her pump over and give me injection at the same time. I saw her literally do a quick swipe and then she told me injection was done and i didnt feel it because of her technique and the small needle. Peptides burn like potassium! I aksed her to give me another injection and that time it stung like heck. When i asked to speak to the doctor i was told she was giving herself a treatment so i couldnt. So-while the products they offer are wonderfully beneficial, I would rather recommend somewhere where the service and professioanlism is also excellent. I will not be returning and was excited to send others there but not the case anymore. Very unfortunate. read more

The only issue I had was they had an issue with my FSA card & now I have to do extra paper work in order to get reimbursed for the drip fee. The young gal that assisted me didn't really try to make it work.
