Terrible service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS…read more I brought my 2020 Prius in for front undercarriage damage. Estimator Adrian gave me a written estimate of $2,000 and promised to call the next day. He never called. Not the next day, not the day after. When I called Friday, he said he'd call back -- he didn't. Monday morning he texted saying he'd call in 30 minutes -- he didn't. I finally reached him Monday afternoon and had to ask for his supervisor, Sandra F., just to get things moving. After holding my car for a full week without providing an estimate, Adrian finally called with a figure of $8,600.94 -- more than four times the original estimate, with no explanation for the delay or the dramatic difference. When my insurance company arranged a tow for a second estimate, Sandra F. attempted to charge me $1,200 in "storage fees" -- for a car that sat there for 8 days largely because Adrian failed to respond to my calls and texts. Additionally, Adrian told me the Enterprise rental would be $30/day. It was actually $47.99/day. I had to extend the rental due to their delays, so this discrepancy cost me real money. To summarize the documented issues: - A week-long delay in providing an estimate despite repeated follow-up - Unanswered calls and texts from Adrian - A $1,200 storage fee attempt for delays they caused - Misrepresented rental car rate ($30 vs. $47.99/day) - A final estimate more than 4x the original written quote I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again and strongly caution others to get everything in writing before leaving your car here.
