I absolutely hated my service here. I was rushed, I continued to asked for pointed tips and they proceeded to flare them. My feet feel and look like they went through a grinder. When I called to complain I was hung up on. Never again. Please save your money and go elsewhere folks! Oh and noticed everyone was getting massages, didn't receive anything. Don't recommend. The tech was good and my nails came out nice but I've never been forced to tip someone. Ever. Summer pointed out on the receipt and kept saying "tip" "tip". V. unimpressed. My gel manicure chipped three times in three days. The most expensive and lowest quality gel manicure I've had in Rochester.

I wouldn't even leave this place a one star. First time I went there I had the dip powder. It was so bad she dipped them three times and my nails looked like toes. I went back within an hour to tell them they needed to be fixed as I had pictures being taken the next day. I requested they take the dip powder off and put regular gel on. They gave me a huge fit and kept trying to remove layers on the dip powder. Then after having three different people fix my nails with the gel, they did not even apply a top coat. My gel started to peel off within three days. Also I would like to add that both times they did not even soak my nails, push my cuticles back or take the dead skin off. I will not go back to this place. It's sad because other people had great reviews here. However when I walked in I did not even feel welcomed. I will continue to go to TT Nails as they fixed my nails and made them beautiful. read more

I went in for a pedicure and was disappointed. It was during a weekday afternoon and there were only 3 customers in the place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice because I hate walking in and not knowing who to check in with. When I put my feet in the water it was scalding hot. I wasn't given any time for my feet to soak/soften up because the gentleman got right to work. He did a great job BUT I was sitting at the drying station 20 minutes after I walked in. Part of the enjoyment of having a pedicure is to sit, relax and read magazines. I felt very rushed and that my $30 should have gotten me a pedicure that lasted longer than 20 minutes. I had a pedicure and felt that the operator rushed through it, it should be a relaxing experience and I felt rushed not relaxed. I also had a full set of nails put on, and the tech did a fantastic job, however for $60.00..... (just for the nails, not including the pedicure)....they should be fantastic! $60.00.....are they kidding????...I won't be back....there are alot of good nail salons around that don't charge $60.00! MY NAILS LOOKED BETTER COMING IN THAN THEY DID LEAVING- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE! First off, I had called previous to coming in to see if they could accommodate a pink and white full set and it which the lady confirmed on the phone. After waiting a few minutes I was called to a station and I reiterated to the nail tech that I was wanting a full set with pink and white solar nails. He nodded his head and muttered a few words seeming to acknowledge my request before proceeding to work on my nails. About halfway through I had noticed that he seemed to be going out of order. I am used to my nail salon back home so I just figured it was a different way of doing things. He then continued to place my hands under the UV and the primer he used burned straight through my nails and felt like they were on fire I had to remove them. He failed to drill and thin out the thick layer of acrylic he applied (see 2nd picture) and did not even ask the nail shape I preferred. He did not have me wash my hands before placing another THREE layers of gel coat causing them to bubble and become even more thicker. When he told me he was finished I looked down and was in shock. The tips were poorly placed and he did not even attempt to remove any of the dried glue and powder caked around my cuticles. I told him that this quality did not meet my standards and that I requested to have these soaked off. He pretended like he did not understand what I was saying, spoke to his colleagues and told me that it would be $50. I told him that these would need to be soaked off first which he then lowered the price to $20 for me to basically just shut up and leave. No manager came up to make an attempt to resolve the matter or at the very least apologize. I was embarrassed to think that I'd have to show up to an important function the following day with these nails that I had to then drive across town and spend another 2 hours to have their mistake corrected. I have gone here before and it was "okay". I went back this time because I had a credit from their "bonus card" program. My normal nail tech wasn't there so got a guy that I couldn't communicate with (he didn't speak English). I got a basic pedicure. It was painful while he worked on my cuticles and literally scrubbed my feet for for ten seconds and they're both still rough. My toes look okay but my feet don't feel any smoother than before. I went for a mani/pedi with my young daughter. The man who was doing my pedicure was trying to upsell anything possible. He was trying to tell me it was going to be $75 for my mani/pedi which is outrageous! I finally got him to understand what I wanted and he was so angry I didn't want to spend the extra $25 to use a file on my feet. He shoved stuff around and went on to talk under his breath. My daughter sitting next to me became extremely uncomfortable. This was supposed to be a fun mother daughter experience. It was terrible! Then to finish it off they charge the same for a child as they do for an adult but she didn't get any of the extra perks. No paraffin wax, no stones, no massage. My mother drove me from fairport to get my nails done and they slammed the doors in my face and told me to screw off. Hours before closing they told me they didn't have time to put my nails on. I should have listened to these reviews before I went....I just moved to Webster and yesterday decided to get my nails done(this was the only place open on a sunday). All I can say is that after not even a full day...my gel nails are already dirty and chipping! They charged me $40 for a basic gel manicure- boy was I taken aback. Back home in spencerport you can get a mani and pedi for $40. Lastly, I didn't bring enough cash so I had to charge $10. They belittled me and talked behind my back about not having cash...if I knew I would go broke I would have STAYED AWAY. My advice...STAY AWAY! read more

This place is absolutely horrible! I went to get my ANC manicure taken off, they had no clue how to properly remove it and damaged my nails in the process! Once they painfully removed it I got a regular manicure and my nails came out absolutely horrible! I asked him to file my nails in a round shape and he filed them in a square shape. Reminded me of pedicures I've had in NYC. They have an "add on" list that technician has you choose from when you're soaking. Apparently the callus removal is extra, $33 total. Basic pedicure is $25. It was quite effective but I think it's just an extra cream with a Saran Wrap covering feet for a few minutes and then a really good scrub with the callus removing tool. She did a nice massage on the calves and feet, used an exfoliating mitt which felt great and finished with a hot stone on the legs and feet (quick but very nice). After the polish was applied, I sat at a nail drying station and she gave me a quick shoulder massage, also very nice. Total time spent (not including dry time) was 30 minutes. Overall, I'd say it was worth the price. Also, the salon is quite clean with good lighting from large windows across the front and they have massage chairs as well. read more
