At no point did the shop proactively contact us -- we had to reach out every single time just to get basic updates. Even then, the information we were given did not match the actual timeline, and things repeatedly took longer than what we were told. To make matters worse, we were never notified when the car was finished. We only discovered it was done because we showed up in person, where it was found sitting in the parking lot. If we hadn't gone in ourselves, there's no telling how long it would have stayed there. We were also explicitly told we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, but when we checked out, no discount was applied and nothing was said about it. Between the lack of communication, misleading timelines, holding our vehicle overnight without consent or notice, and failing to honor what was promised, this shop showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We paid a significant amount of money and received poor service in return. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.
