I should have known this from the moment the adjuster JK said, "if anything's wrong , you can just bring it back". They are not properly replacing plastic clips or anything thats taken off to make repairs which ends up leaving things exposed.

    Such a headache and hack job work! Took a car to get repaired after it was hit. Went to pick it up…read moreand you could see sand marks in the paint and it had runs as well. They said they would fix it and they did but while doing so they buffed touch-up paint off a couple rock dings in the door that was not damaged. We asked if they could fix it because it was due to them having to over buff the paint and they said it was not their problem. We took the car and it had horrible rattles. We then noticed the panels were now hitting each other causing the new paint to chip off. Took it back and they said it was not their issue. Then we realized they did not replace a part as they said they did. Took the car back again and was told again it was not their problem. We call our insurance company and they told us to go to a new shop. We met the insurance adjuster there; he and the owner of the new repair shop just shook their heads. The adjuster even laughed and said he could not believe they thought the car repairs were even close to being done correctly. The service writer at Layton car care even went as far as calling our insurance and insinuating that we were trying to commit insurance fraud and that he wanted the claims department to call us and tell us we cannot go back again because they did not have any issues with the work they did. Our insurance company was great and saw through the lie. They said they were going to be reviewing LCC and consider dropping them as a recommended repair center.

But after what I experienced, after the amount of money I poured into repairs that didn't actually fix anything, I'm sitting here dealing with the kind of financial hit that spills into every part of your life -- even the parts that should be joyful. Let me put it this way: Because of the financial mess this service department left me in, I'm now staring at my kids' Christmas presents and seriously thinking about returning them. And believe me, no parent should ever be put in that position. This whole nightmare started when I brought my vehicle in expecting basic competence. I trusted their service department. I trusted their diagnosis. I trusted that if I handed over a huge amount of money -- money I worked hard for -- I'd get my car back in working order. Instead, I walked out thousands of dollars lighter, and within days my vehicle was showing the same exact issues. Not improved. Not stabilized. Not "still needs a little more work." The same damn problems. And in some ways, even worse. There is no way to describe the emotional hit of realizing you spent that kind of money for absolutely nothing. You sit in your car, staring at the dashboard, feeling a mix of disbelief and rage, thinking, How is this even possible? How did I just pay all that money for zero results? And then the reality sinks in. Bills don't stop. Life doesn't stop. Responsibilities don't stop. But your bank account? That's a different story. So now, because of this experience -- because of the giant, pointless financial blow that Young Ford Brigham City's service department handed me -- I'm having to decide which Christmas gifts I may have to take back just to recover from the damage. Do you know how humiliating and heartbreaking it is to even consider that? A service department should FIX your vehicle. They should NOT push you into financial hardship. They should NOT leave you with the same problems you came in with. And they definitely should NOT leave you wondering how you're supposed to get through the holidays. What I went through here was a perfect storm of enormous cost, zero effectiveness, and a total lack of accountability. Every time I tried to get clarity, I got vague explanations and shoulder-shrugs. Every time I asked why nothing was fixed, I got more "maybe" and "might be" than actual answers. The confidence disappears the second your money is gone. And honestly? It feels like I paid premium prices for absolutely nothing but stress, disappointment, and financial strain. Bottom line: If you value your sanity, your savings, and your family's holiday season, avoid Young Ford Brigham City's service department. The impact of my experience went far beyond my vehicle -- it hit my home, my finances, and the one time of year that's supposed to bring joy, not stress.

    When a UTA bus hit my car, I had no idea where to go for a repair estimate in West Haven so I did a…read moreGoogle search. Anderson was the closest shop to my location so I gave them a call. I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! Their prices were also reasonable....enough so that UTA didn't put up a fuss with the estimate OR with the additional costs! You know it's good if you recommend it to your mom and I told my mom ALL about them! If you live in West Haven or even if you don't, Anderson Auto Body and Paint is the place for auto body work!
