Sichuan spicy wonton in chill oil

Cute lil dim sum place in Victorville! Clean and friendly service. Family friendly, high chairs available. We ordered the spicy wontons, shrimp dumpling, sui mai, and fried rice. It was a lovely little snack break for our road trip.

Went here with the hubby and our two little ones. We had a great time. Very friendly service, great prices, and the food quality was so fresh and fast. Even other guest were friendly and recommending some future dishes. Definitely will be coming here as regulars or even ordering the sesame balls when the cravings hit.

Very good food for reasonable price! I sorry but before I knew it this is what was left on my food for a picture lol.

I was happy that dim sum restaurant open in Victor Valley area. However, it wasn't a pleasant experience with food quality. The picture looks good, however, dim sums taste like they were in freezer for more than half year. I am so unhappy to write bad review, however, I have to tell the true.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here several times and we love it. The food is very reasonably priced and so we order multiple dishes to share. We're tried nearly everything on the menu at this point and we enjoyed every dish. The food comes out very quickly and the service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is small, cozy and clean with large high quality prints of all of there dishes on the wall which makes exploring new cuisine fun, easy and enjoyable. We definitely will be back to try the last remaining items we have yet to enjoy.

    Clean Place.

My first time here was over 3Years ago. I've been coming here since. The place is always cleaned and filled with super polite staff. The food is made fresh to order. The waitress explains in detail the items on the menu and the background tradition of the meal or item. The welcoming atmosphere is nice after a long day of hard work. The food is extremely pleasant to eat and full of flavor. This place is a goldmine for the HD. I prefer coming here over the major name brand corporations in the area. The best part is knowing the food is made of fresh quality ingredients!!! Highly Recommend to anyone look for something authentic to its core.

Food was amazing and the service so,so. Only one server and they were really busy, so I don't blame her. I strongly recommend this place if you love traditional Dim Sum. This place is a MUST. I could eat this every day.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I'm definitely glad that I finally did! I gave the shredded cucumber and the Sichuan spicy wonton a try. The sauces were so tasty. Really good! Next time I visit, I'm gonna give the beef chow fun a shot. They also offer BBQ pork buns. My server, Angelica, provided great customer service! I eat out quite a bit and it's great to have something different to to eat, considering the limited selection up in the High Desert. I will definitely come back!

We drove down from Kernville county starved from camping . As soon as we had reception while I drove, my Daughter Yelp location to eat. She found young dim sum in the high desert. I don't know if it's because we were starving and haven't eaten all morning. we were surprised how taste their dim sum were . We shared a bowl of wonton soup. We thought the broth was clear and delicious . Their haw gaw and shu mai were smaller scale than other dim sum locations we've been to. The flavor alone was a tad bland , when dipped in the soy sauce , vinegar , chili oil concoction I made the flavors was enhanced . Custard bun, beef chow fun & chicken feet were good too . Chow fun had great flavor and smoky aroma. We all agree we didn't care for the fried chives dumpling. The dough was thick and salty. Overall, glad there are options besides fast food in the high Desert. service was great, friendly and attentive with water refill & dining area was clean.

Food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out fast. Customer service was helpful and friendly, and the whole spot feels solid and dependable. Definitely worth going back.

Generic dim sum compared to better options down the pass though wanted to try it out since I was driving to Vegas. It was also very overpriced for the portions and quality. Service was friendly, the location was small and not much to be impressed by.

Stopped by Young Dim Sum today and this place did not disappoint. Everything we ordered came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. We got the stir-fried beef noodles, egg rolls, pot stickers, and the fried buns with condensed milk, and every dish was on point. The stir-fried beef noodles were the star -- super tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and great wok flavor. The egg rolls were crispy and filled just right, and the pot stickers were juicy with that perfect sear on the bottom. The fried buns were surprisingly good too -- warm, fluffy, and even better dipped in the condensed milk. The restaurant is clean, service was quick, and the food looks as good as it tastes (photo attached!). Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving solid dim sum dishes

Idk what the name is, but it's imitation crab, huge shrimp, Napa cabbage, some kind of cream (guessing mayo/sour) and LOADS of cheese. You may be skeptical. I was too. But when I tried it, HOLY MOTHER! I was craving it, and was in the area. I had my mom call, since I'd never been and didn't know the name. Christina was super sweet, and packed it for me not going home straightaway (ice). I'll be honest, I have tried some other buffet items. Mother brought me a plate. It was ok. Nothing I'd crave in particular, based on items not picked out by myself. But the casserole makes you wanna slap ya momma!!! I will say the place is VERY clean, bathrooms too. Ma also swears by their macaroons, and buys containers of those. Hesperia is one of those places that's just there, I don't know anyone who's deliberately gone, and that's not disrespect, just my perspective. The restaurant is 3 miles from 15, so you would be deliberately going there. If you're in the area, or passing through, call and see if they have it. It's my understanding it's not an every day item. Also they had buffet food out today, and I thought restaurants were just doing take out/delivery/drive thru. But what do I know? I'm just gonna stick to my casserole that I put in the oven and add extra cheese too, cause that's how I roll. I'll post a pic soon.

We got the usual items like shumai (pork dumplings), har gar (shrimp dumplings), pork spareribs, chicken sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, bbq pork buns, egg tarts, and I had to try the beef stew rice noodle soup. The server was very attentive to us while she took care of 4 other tables on her own. You do have to pay at store and not on the app when you're ready to checkout.
