Craving a bento box we walked into Linko sushi, it's very well decorated and you know you're about to eat some good sushi. We were sat immediately and taken care of. We tried the caterpillar roll, Las Vegas roll, and the tofu dinner. The Las Vegas roll is amazing! The caterpillar roll was also delicious, everything we had was really really good. The service was amazing and the price is also very affordable.

The place is packed and the waitlist is long.

Good sushi spot with solid service. Linko Sushi was a pretty good experience overall. The food came out fresh and tasted good, and the service was friendly even though the place was busy. The ambiance is simple but comfortable. The wait was a little longer than expected, but once seated everything moved smoothly. Definitely a nice local sushi option in Apple Valley -- I'd come back again.

Before even walking in, there were people including myself and boyfriend waiting to go in for lunch. It was our first time here and man when I say it was so darn good! It really was! Their service was friendly, fast, and AMAZING. The place was well kept and overall our experience was great! The rolls came out shortly after we placed our order and they were fresh, crip, warm, and delicious! My favorite roll is definitely their mango roll!It is so GOOD! Definitely can't wait to go back whenever I am craving sushi out here in the high desert.

Best sushi in the desert by far. Actually probably one of my favorite sushi restaurants anywhere. I love their portion size and their food feels clean and fresh. They have really great lunch and dinner specials. This is a regular lunch and dinner spot for us.

This is one of my go-to sushi spots. I usually go here to order for takeout but I have dined in a couple times. My go-to is the rainbow roll, and I love theirs. I've never been let down. The employees are always nice and service is always fast.

    Short rib dinner

Short rib dinner: comes with miso soup, salad, rice, 3 gyoza, tempura: shrimp, sweet potato, zucchini, broccoli, potato, orange slice, and cut up pieces of short rib. Very large portion, short rib was best of the salmon, beef and short rib dinner options. Dynamite: baked appetizer with crab meat and seafood. Free shishito pepper appetizer and green tea ice cream for dessert! Very nice touch and both were delicious and appreciated.

When I arrived, I signed in as I saw many many tables available. I was with my sis and my newborn in the car seat. If you knew you know that car seats are heavy to carry. I stood there for about 10 minutes. Everyone meaning waitresses and whoever was on the clock just passed by me and not once acknowledge me or greet me. As if I was non existent, horrifying!!! It wasn't until I approached someone and asked what the wait time was. I was shocked when she said- There is no wait time. I had to let the front desk and waitresses know that this is not how you treat people. 0 for the hospitality that does not exist at this restaurant. I decided to stay because it was my sister's birthday and she requested sushi and that was the only sushi place nearby as I was visiting from LA. I thought the owner should know that his waitresses are what are ruining his business quality. I am now in the law field, but back in my college days when I worked at restaurants, I know how crucial for a business of this type the front desk and waitress is what will keep a customer returning.

Friendly atmosphere, with attentive wait staff. Food was delicious and served quickly. Will definitely come again.

The older waitress walked by us twice without greeting us or sitting us even though there was tables available. When the table that arrived after us had their order taken before us, I notified the waitress we were ready and she shooed me away with her hand and very rudely said to wait. In a hurry she came and pocked up the menus without saying a word. I had to call her back to tell her we also needed to order chicken dinners for our children. It wasn't bustling, so I'm not sure why the rushed rudeness. They did have many doordash orders they were prioritizing though. Although the children's teriyaki chicken dinners came out fast, our 5 sushi rolls didn't come until over an hour later! And not all at once either. This will be the last time we come here. I don't mind the wait for food, but I will not tolerate the rude staff. We are paying customers-- we're not getting anything for free.

Unfortunately, this visit felt very different. We arrived around noon, and the restaurant was completely empty. They had several TVs, so I asked if they could put on the World Cup. Our waitress declined, explaining that when games are on, customers tend to stay long after they've finished eating. While I understand that may be their policy, it didn't feel very customer-friendly, especially with no other patrons in the restaurant. I also asked if there was an outlet where I could charge my phone. When we found a nearby table with a wall plug, I asked if we could switch tables since we'd only been served water. The waitress said it would be "too confusing for the system" because our orders had already been placed, despite the restaurant being empty. She did offer to charge my phone from an outlet in the hallway, which I appreciated. I asked if they had a few of our favorite sushi items--things like a Las Vegas roll, Orange Blossom roll, or salmon collar (all very common at sushi restaurants back home in Las Vegas). The response seemed more confused than helpful, and overall the interaction just didn't feel very welcoming. On the positive side, they brought out complimentary shishito peppers and radish as an appetizer, which was a nice touch. My daughter really enjoyed the salmon teriyaki, and we also liked the chicken teriyaki roll. At the end of the meal, we had to flag someone down for our check and for to-go boxes while the staff was busy cleaning tables. We were handed a wet plastic bag to pack up our leftovers, which was an odd way to end the experience. Overall, the food was better than the customer service. We'd still consider stopping again because the food is decent, but we hope the hospitality improves. A more welcoming attitude would go a long way.

We got sat down pretty fast, then our server took our drink order and came back with the drinks right away. She proceeded to ask if we were ready but we had literally sat down so we told her no. We then wrote down or selections on their paper menu and she came to grab it. She then came back with our appetizers and our rolls not too long after. We didn't see her after that so my niece had to get up and ask the host for some trainers. Our drinks were running low since it was super hot in there and we were thirsty but we made it through The food on the other hand was delicious. We did the happy hour special. We ordered the heart attack and I loved how crunchy the jalapeños were. The baked mussels were also delicious! So full of flavor we had to order a second order. For my roll I did a 007 and I really enjoyed it. I honestly don't know if it's always that hot in there but if it is I'll probably just go back during to colder months. Delicious food though!

Once we were seated, we ended up at a table where the ceiling was open and covered with a material that still allowed a lot of light through. Unfortunately, the sunlight was hitting me directly in the face for most of the time we were there, which made it pretty uncomfortable. We were given the happy hour menu and filled it out, but since no one was passing by, we eventually had to waive down the host to come pick it up. Now, as far as the food goes, I really can't complain about the taste. We ordered the Hawaiian Roll and the 911 Roll, and both were delicious. We also ordered spicy tuna hand rolls and they definitely were spicy but delicious. Unfortunately, we also ordered two other rolls that were never brought to our table. By the time our friends had finished eating, we were still waiting for those two rolls. Since no one came by to check on us, we eventually decided to get up and go to the register to pay and let them know that the two rolls had never arrived. When we explained what happened, it seemed like the host didn't initially take our word for it and went to confirm with the cook. There was some confusion, so I ended up having to walk over and explain which rolls we had received and which ones we hadn't. In the end, the host confirmed that the two rolls had never been made and removed them from our bill. However, there wasn't really an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, the food here is good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. It seemed like they were understaffed, and that really affected the experience. I would come back because I enjoyed the sushi, but I definitely expect better service next time.

No, I could place a second order to get the fried rice. Ok, whatever, I'll take the steamed rice. The Orange Chicken was like rubber. I tried to bite a piece in half and it wouldn't pull apart, so the whole piece went in my mouth and I had to use my fingers to pull it apart which was embarrassing on a first date! It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.
