This place was a 10 out of 10. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is more waiters. It's very small inside, but the house was packed. The food was so delicious. The waitress was super awesome. She recommended to us to get the Hamachi collar and it didn't disappoint. I've never had that before their fish was extremely fresh. I appreciate the smaller portions because you can go ahead and try more options. Chicken tempura was light crispy the shrimp tempura same their fried dumplings were light and crispy not greasy definitely would come back but like I say, give it a try and you decide

Well it was hot day and we wanted something fresh came across Osaka. Service was great, food came out fast. The place is clean and fresh. Food was good, not so much rice is used on the rolls.

This place is my new favorite sushi spot. Food was delicious. We had Ayce $34 . So much to pick from, I love the baked rolls ,

Bbq eel nigiri, tamago nigiri, & sweet shrimp nigiri

I mainly come here for the AYCE nigiri's but now they are putting a limit for each round. It is disappointing because nigiri are the only sushi I get from here. The flavor and quality of the fish is great. Not sure why this change happened but check the menu before you make the decision to do AYCE. Service was okay, one of the waitress was about to take one of my plate that I still had salmon nigiri on it. Kinda felt rushed.

Baked crawfish, rainbow, salmon, Cajun tuna, and yellowtail sushi

Great sushi spot! Put me in a coma! Very friendly and fast service from the server to the sushi chef! The vibe is chill and very comfortable fits perfect for sushi. All you can eat is priceless and bomb! Great quality of fish! You guys just earned a customer for life!

We tried take out before sitting down for all you can eat just to see if we liked it . It was really good . The service was good , Not the best we ever had but we will definitely go back and sit for all you can eat. There is not many ayce places in the high desert so to have one good closer to home is a plus ! Will definitely go back. We got the pork gyoza Angels roll Route 66 And a california hand roll

    Fried dynamite inside picture.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken Teriyaki and the ramen noodles. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, this visit felt very different. We arrived around noon, and the restaurant was completely empty. They had several TVs, so I asked if they could put on the World Cup. Our waitress declined, explaining that when games are on, customers tend to stay long after they've finished eating. While I understand that may be their policy, it didn't feel very customer-friendly, especially with no other patrons in the restaurant. I also asked if there was an outlet where I could charge my phone. When we found a nearby table with a wall plug, I asked if we could switch tables since we'd only been served water. The waitress said it would be "too confusing for the system" because our orders had already been placed, despite the restaurant being empty. She did offer to charge my phone from an outlet in the hallway, which I appreciated. I asked if they had a few of our favorite sushi items--things like a Las Vegas roll, Orange Blossom roll, or salmon collar (all very common at sushi restaurants back home in Las Vegas). The response seemed more confused than helpful, and overall the interaction just didn't feel very welcoming. On the positive side, they brought out complimentary shishito peppers and radish as an appetizer, which was a nice touch. My daughter really enjoyed the salmon teriyaki, and we also liked the chicken teriyaki roll. At the end of the meal, we had to flag someone down for our check and for to-go boxes while the staff was busy cleaning tables. We were handed a wet plastic bag to pack up our leftovers, which was an odd way to end the experience. Overall, the food was better than the customer service. We'd still consider stopping again because the food is decent, but we hope the hospitality improves. A more welcoming attitude would go a long way.

We got sat down pretty fast, then our server took our drink order and came back with the drinks right away. She proceeded to ask if we were ready but we had literally sat down so we told her no. We then wrote down or selections on their paper menu and she came to grab it. She then came back with our appetizers and our rolls not too long after. We didn't see her after that so my niece had to get up and ask the host for some trainers. Our drinks were running low since it was super hot in there and we were thirsty but we made it through The food on the other hand was delicious. We did the happy hour special. We ordered the heart attack and I loved how crunchy the jalapeños were. The baked mussels were also delicious! So full of flavor we had to order a second order. For my roll I did a 007 and I really enjoyed it. I honestly don't know if it's always that hot in there but if it is I'll probably just go back during to colder months. Delicious food though!

Once we were seated, we ended up at a table where the ceiling was open and covered with a material that still allowed a lot of light through. Unfortunately, the sunlight was hitting me directly in the face for most of the time we were there, which made it pretty uncomfortable. We were given the happy hour menu and filled it out, but since no one was passing by, we eventually had to waive down the host to come pick it up. Now, as far as the food goes, I really can't complain about the taste. We ordered the Hawaiian Roll and the 911 Roll, and both were delicious. We also ordered spicy tuna hand rolls and they definitely were spicy but delicious. Unfortunately, we also ordered two other rolls that were never brought to our table. By the time our friends had finished eating, we were still waiting for those two rolls. Since no one came by to check on us, we eventually decided to get up and go to the register to pay and let them know that the two rolls had never arrived. When we explained what happened, it seemed like the host didn't initially take our word for it and went to confirm with the cook. There was some confusion, so I ended up having to walk over and explain which rolls we had received and which ones we hadn't. In the end, the host confirmed that the two rolls had never been made and removed them from our bill. However, there wasn't really an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, the food here is good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. It seemed like they were understaffed, and that really affected the experience. I would come back because I enjoyed the sushi, but I definitely expect better service next time.

I wish they would make everything into a more healthier version because there's not a lot of healthy food up in the deserert when I'm up their Also, when I have MSG or when I have stuff that is not healthy.
