Osaka is a great AYCE sushi spot with good quality for the price. If you're coming here, I highly recommend starting with nigiri first. It's a small mound of rice topped with fish or seafood, so you can enjoy the freshness without getting full too quickly. Most of them were fresh, though squid would probably be my last pick. Save hand rolls and regular rolls for later, since they come with a good amount of rice and will fill you up fast. For appetizers, edamame is a great start while you're waiting for your food, and miso soup is nice to have alongside, which actually helps with digestion as you go. Service was great. The waitresses were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions or give recommendations. They also checked in regularly to ensure satisfactory. Despite being pretty busy, service was still quick. That said, the kitchen did miss a couple of items from the list. It's a good idea to keep track and let your server know, so they'll help follow up. One thing to note: they're strict about no leftovers (even rice), or you'll be charged extra. This place was a 10 out of 10. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is more waiters. It's very small inside, but the house was packed. The food was so delicious. We had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Our server, Zoe, was very helpful, and chef Nah even made me something that was not on the menu. It was delicious and made the experience feel special. All of the food came out quickly and tasted great. Even though they were closing, they never rushed us. The chef also gave us hot saké to try with one of our dishes, which was a fun surprise. I mainly come here for the AYCE nigiri's but now they are putting a limit for each round. It is disappointing because nigiri are the only sushi I get from here. The flavor and quality of the fish is great. Not sure why this change happened but check the menu before you make the decision to do AYCE. This place is super amazing. We ordered the Angels roll and the Tsunami roll to eat there and both rolls were out within 10 minutes. They were both so delicious, the salmon was super fresh and juicy, and the Cajun albacore was very good. We also ordered 8 separate rolls to go for family at home, and they were out very quick as well. First off the wait staff was great and very friendly! I can't not dock them for who they hired. The food however was very sub-par. The fish was extremely fishy smelling, the texture was not great, the salmon was the worst. They brought us salmon bombs and it's the first time at a sushi restaurant that I felt like I was going to be sick after the first bite, it was very fishy, slimy and the fish was warm. The tempura was cold and the 395 roll was almost completely rice. The scallop roll had dried out scallops on it that were yellowing. I did like the Tijuana roll and the jalapeño bombs. They also brought two wrong items to our table that were another tables. The menu doesn't show pictures of the specific rolls of any item on the menu. In a pinch this might be ok for someone but I don't recommend it. Again the wait staff was great though. The inside was clean and the decor was nice. read more

This is a smaller sushi spot and took over the Dumpling place that was previously here. Sushi is a great treat to find in Adelanto, let alone All you can eat sushi. I enjoyed the appetizer choices and the Nigiri options. The rolls I have only lightly explored but from what I had was good. They are lightly staffed usually the sushi chef and a waitress. I think they might have a person or two in the back as well. Helping with fried foods, cooked foods, prep, and washing. Inside is nice overall. The sushi for the fish could be cut a little better but for $33 and a large selection of sushi options like hand rolls, rolls, nigiri, and appetizers. That's still not bad at all. I would just order more. Their menu for the nigiri comes with 1 piece, most places do 2, but that's OK just be aware if you order 1 you only get 1 piece, not the traditional 2. The service is okay, but you can tell they get backed up when its busy with a short staff and 1 sushi chef. I noticed they forgot items on my ayce order. You have 30 rounds at 90 minutes and there are select items that are 1 per person. Like the ambi shrimp. Overall this place is a welcomed gem in Adelanto and I wish them success. I will definitely be back. Park is also a bit limited with the Starbucks, CVS, states bros., and shops nearby. read more

The rolls we got were good. I loved the spicy edamame and miso soup to start with. Service was amazing, they were on top of our refills and making sure we were doing ok. Would be better if they had beer. It was pretty hot inside only down fall and it was over 90 outside so hot to hot wasn't the best. But Overall pretty good experience. read more
