I decided to give this dim sum spot a try because my cousin said it was pretty good. Overall, I'd give it about a 3/5. It wasn't terrible, but unfortunately the food quality just wasn't what I expected. We tried a few different items, including the siu mai, shrimp rice noodle rolls, lotus leaf sticky rice, har gow, and egg tarts. The siu mai was probably my least favorite. The filling tasted strange to me and I honestly didn't really enjoy it, there also was like a bone inside the siu mai which made it unpleasant. The lotus leaf sticky rice was also not my favorite because there were some textures and things inside that just didn't seem right to me. The other items were okay, but nothing really stood out. The setup is also very casual and feels more like a food court or quick-service place rather than a traditional sit-down dim sum restaurant, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. For me, it really came down to the taste and quality of the food. I probably wouldn't come back.
Not my first time at All That 'N Dim Sum and definitely won't be my last. If you love to eat dim sum in the Rowland Heights area but constantly worry about the restaurants' hygiene or not loving the one hour wait along with those loud Chinese aunties just to have some Shrimp Har Gow, this is truly the spot to check out! All That 'N Dim Sum is located next to Slurpin' Ramen, with lots of parking spaces available. Their menu is pretty basic with the classic dim sum items like Pork Shumai, Har Gow, Rice Noodle Roll, and Congee. This is not the place where you will find truffle-laced pork Shu Shumai or multi-colored Xiao Long Bao flight - those are too overrated anyway. However, the food here is not bad and their customer service is even better. The restaurant is of decent size and unlike the traditional seafood restaurant that serves dim sum, noise level is decent and wouldn't cause a migraine. You won't regret eating here!
Had a meeting in this area and decided to check this place out as we were craving for some dim sum. There was crazy traffic in the afternoon and barely made it here at 3:20pm and last call is at 3:30pm yay! There's a huge lot outside as it's located in a huge shopping center. I got a spot right next to the shop :) Very happy everything was available on the menu. I was worried stuff would be out as it's end of day. I ordered shumai 4 pcs $5.79, Har Gow 4pcs $5.79, sheet noodles (shrimp), phoenix claws (chicken feet) $5.79, lotus sticky rice $5.79, bean curd rolls $5.39, spare ribs $5.39, salted egg lava buns 3pcs $5.79 and egg tarts 3pcs $5.39. With tax and tip it came out to $64.25 0~0. Waited for about 15 -17 minutes for the food to all come out at the same time except the chicken feet which took a bit longer. The shumai, spare ribs sheet noodles (shrimp) and egg tarts were on par. The egg lava explodes so be very careful but that was hands down the best out of the bunch. I thought the bean curb was a bit soggy but my wife liked it. The lotus sticky rice was ok. I felt the sauce was a bit water down for the chicken feet but texture was really good. We did not like the har gow as the skin was over cooked and stuck to the plate. But the service was awesome!!! They closed at 4 but did not rush us at all and allowed us to eat in peace while they waited patiently. When we asked for to go box. Instead of just giving us one, the guy actually came to see what we had left and brought us the appropriate containers for what we had and a bag. I would come back again just because of the service alone lol.
This is not your traditional dim sum spot. It's super casual, definitely caters to a younger crowd, and is great for a quick, low-key bite. Everything is served in paper boxes or on cheap dishware. Even the "cha" in yum cha is just a standard teabag in hot water. Food-wise, the individual dishes were average to below average. It's a fine spot if you're craving dim sum with friends and want something fast, but do not bring your Chinese elders here. They would shake their heads in disapproval.

Brand new delicious dimsum spot that hits every dim sum cravings in my life. Went here on a whim because there's a Tesla charger in the plaza and was pleasantly surprised by the food!! Everything was fresh and delicious. I got the egg and pork congee, pork and shrimp shumai, shrimp dumplings, tripe and chicken feet. Everything was delicious and service was super fast. The ambiance is more like a fast casual spot which is great! Will definitely be back!
Ordered to-go from here for a quick snack. It was prepared within 10 minutes, and this is some of the best Sheet Noodles and Shumai I've ever had! It was also reasonably priced for the portion size. I'm not sure if you can tell from the photos but those Shumai were LARGE! I wish I lived nearby so I could come here regularly. SO GOOD!
I decided to place the order to-go. They have a self kiosk with images and a brief description of the items. The kiosk was very simple to use, but it does take some time if you are uncertain with what you want or if you've never tried dim sum before. There was plenty of chairs to sit in while waiting for my order. As soon as my order was ready, they called my name. I had to ask for some utensils, because there weren't any included in the bag. As I was waiting, I took a look inside. There were quite a bit of diners inside.
Hargow and Siumai were some of the best I've had. The siumai are huge and succulent especially. Bean curd roll is also hot and flavorful. Pork spare ribs decent. Soup dumpling peel is a little thicker than expected and the soup inside was a bit lacking. Shrimp crepe was not the best, shrimp was little gritty and lost its bounce. Pineapple bun was just oozing with custard it was super good. Great value especially for lunch Vietnamese coffee was mostly ice
Solid dim sum spot if I want some dim sum after the morning brunch hours. Decent serving of 3-4 items per order and easily shareable for others who want to just snack on some dim sum as well. Follow their social media accounts for any deals that they have and they also do their best to host community events such as car meets, matcha events, and I think they also have Labubus too? Yeah, check their social media. I have gotten huge servings of dim sum for family meals and they do not skimp out on the portions. The filling for the hargow and shumai are filled to the brim with meatiness. So you do get full quite fast or at the very least tired of chewing and tasing the same flavor so have the soy sauce, mustard, and chili oil ready. Due to me doing this, I've been stuck eating dim sum for days, unfortunately. Their egg tarts are some of the best in my opinion. The texture of the egg custard part is a bit more like a soft jelly if I can describe it and it's not super crumbly for the crust. Super addicting. I also like those fried half moon dumplings. I'm not entirely sure what they're called at OG dim sum and generally never order them but I like that order and pick up is super easy here and the English makes it easier to peruse the menu and order too. Each time I've gone here I've been welcomed warmly by staff and they're always all smiles. I feel good walking in and good walking out each time!

The food was amazing, generously plated portions and everything I chose met and exceeded the burden of my memory of what I ordered at other more traditional dim sum restaurants. One orders from a limited menu of options which are then brought to your table very quickly. The only thing I lament about their "no cart" delivery of dim sum, while expeditious, relegates the tea portion of the experience as an afterthought. I enjoy trying different types of tea during dim sum. In this case I had one cup of jasmine green tea. Oh well, you can't have it all. The food was delicious, the portions generous and when I'm in the area I'll be back.
Ran out of buns.... no snow cap and no pineapple for online orders. Had 200 orders or something. Didn't have the decency to call me to tell me and wanted to ask me what to do when I arrived. They had more than a hour to notify me before pick up. Offer a refund or anything else but I would have to wait... what's the point. Get you act together. Just because it is Mother's day you all don't get a pass because you can ruin someone elses.

First time coming to this dim sum place and it will be our top places to visit next time. Upon entry you are greeted warmly by staff. You pay at the register and then find a table to enjoy your meal. I like this approach as they are expected to ask for tip. We came on a weekday lunch and they had $9.99 lunch specials. You choose 2 types of dim and one dessert and one drink (hot or cold tea, soda). If you want better beverages you can get them for an additional charge. My hubby and I ordered their bean curd and pork rib dim sum. Then we also got lotus wrapped sticky rice and bbq pork noodle. Both sets of lunch specials were delicious. Their crescent dumplings were fried to perfection and quite large. Ryan was great in getting us a table and bringing our food to us. Great staff and clean fast casual store. This dim sum place has been on my list for a while and it's a good excuse to test out what I've been missing from my vegetarian lifestyle. Turns out, not much, but I'll remain unbiased in the review as nobody cares. Nor should they. All the items are pretty standard but done well. The ordering process is not the regular dim sum cart shopping style but ordering it all ahead of time then waiting for a short minute for the food to be brought to your table. Turnip cake is well made with nice little chunks of meat and dried shrimp. Chicken feet are cooked properly and marinated to a beautiful orange fermented bean sauce. The lotus sticky rice was good with little bits of meat throughout. But missing more notes of peanuts and the pork bun was the highlight of the savory dishes for me. The bread was well made and the pork was nice and shredded. Nothing too greasy with just a tiny bit of sweet as the top glaze. But their HK pineapple bun was the best out of them all. It takes a little time for the buns to be ready but so worth the wait and just in time for after you devour all your savory dishes to get this incredibly satisfying custard filling and fluffy crusty bread. Dim sum place that is made to order. We learned when we went in to order first before you sit down. You take a seat after and they bring all your food out. They actually have a lunch special where you choose a few dishes, a desert and a drink. Quite nice, and the food came out quite fast. We ordered the usual staple dishes, like the Lo Mai Gai (Lotus Rice), Har Gow, and Shumai. The food was pretty good, didn't even have time to take a picture of some of the food. The utensils and napkins were actually in a drawer at our table which was nice. You would need to ask them for hot mustard if that is something that you like. Note that the tea is not from a tea pot. This place is right next to slurpin ramen bar, and has plenty of parking. Until next time! read more
Casual and modern dim sum spot. No ladies pushing the dim sum carts, no ladies pressuring you to grab something from their carts. You order at the cashier, pay, and then get seated while waiting for your food to come out VERY HOT!! Love it though because it allows us to finish eating everything still warm. There's soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, napkins, utensils (pull the table drawer) for you to help yourself. Water is by the front where you order. It's a clean restaurant that you dine and go. You can also order for take out and they sometimes have frozen siu mai or hai cao for purchase (same price as your order). We love coming here for a quick bfast/brunch and it is affordable for a family of 3. My favorite is the turnip cake, chicken feet, and siu mai. I've tried the chive dumplings, spare ribs, football and bbq buns and those are good to try as well. The XLB is reasonably priced as well. We never have issues with the service here. Staff is pleasant. Of course please don't expect full service and then get mad you aren't getting it as it is a quick sit and dine spot but if you need help with something, please go up to the front and ask the staff, they will help you. read more

This dim sum spot features a sleek, modern interior that sets a great vibe. You do have to order and pay at the counter before finding a seat, but the upside is they don't charge for tea or sauces. The Crescent Dumplings are a huge highlight, jumbo-sized with shrimp and shiitake mushrooms. The service is patient and the food comes out fast. Total disappointment when I told my friend how good this place was. Although price hasn't gone up, they now trade it off with bad quality food, and I think it's possible that food is no longer made by themselves but bought from commercial kitchen. Siu mai and egg tart minus the food coloring may be still a B grade but the rest of the food is poor quality with mushi bbq pork starchy fillings, fried mochi with fillings that taste old, and the worst was the rice rolls with mushy shrimp, aka aged frozen bad quality shrimp. A great spot for casual dim sum. This is a good place for some quick and delicious dim sum without the fuss of a typical chinese restaurant. I think it's hard to find a casual dim sum place without the language barrier but this is perfect. It's a pretty hip spot with hiphop playing in the background and young people working behind the counter. Service is top tier! The food came out really nice and hot. We loved the spare ribs, the lava salted egg buns, and sesame balls. The shumai were okay but it was just lacking a little salt. However, we would still recommend checking this place out. After a morning at Frank and Sons my friends were craving Dim Sum. I found All That'n Dim Sum down the street with some decent reviews. The friend that wanted Dim Sum was a little hesitant on wanting to come judging by the name but we ended up checking it out anyways. Not gonna lie, this Dim Sum place is just down the street from where we were coming from. I GPS the location and still got lost. lol The shop isn't quite visible from Gale St so be prepared when visiting, If you see Slurpin ramen then turn on Jellick Ave for easy access. If you've passed it then enter the plaza and make a hard right. All That'n Dim Sum has a unique style of ordering Dim Sum. Its common to grab a table and wait for carts to come by and you order with your eyes. This place is all menu based and you place an order then find a table. Its kind of good but bad if you want to order more. Luckily for us we just stopped by to grab some small bites and head back home. It was early enough that finding a seat wasn't an issue but as we finished our bites people started to roll in. The line did prevent us from wanting to make another purchase. The food was good. It exceeded our expectations and even more for my friend that had doubts in the first place. My only concern is the place is small, the tables are lacking, and there is a kitchen area that isn't use and I feel could be rearranged to have more tables. We wanted to try another dim sum place that wasnt Tian You Feng or Thumbling.... Big mistake. All That N Dim Sum requires you to stand in line and order at the register instead of a more convenient order form like other places. The dim sum came out lukewarm and quickly got cold after a minute of being dropped at our table. Nothing tasted fresh and there was a weird smell with the shu mai that you definitely didnt smell anywhere else. All the dumplings and bao tasted lukewarm and dry not very moist at all. I took a bite out of everything and put it down unfinished and I never do that. The bao was gross it had a weird gravy and the meat was mushy not tender or flavorful at all like bbq pork buns from other places. This was a slow weekday not busy at all and no excuse for barely warm dry food. If I had my food thermometer i bet none of it was safe for service. Sorry going to have to pass on this place because All That N Dim Sum is most definitely NOT "All That". read more
I'm just a simple man that loves to have three things in dimsum, chicken feet, fried tofu rolls and shrimp dumplings so I'll mostly judge dimsum places based on if they can get those right. The ha gao is fresh made day of most likely since the skin is good consistency. The chicken feet skin falls off the bone and is flavorful. And the fried tofu rolls are packed with meat and mushroom. Yes you order first and wait till a table opens but if you do take out that isn't an issue since there is outdoor seating in the plaza if you don't want to wait for an open table. If i'm in the area and craving my staple of dimsum, I come here to grab my stuff since I know it's consistent. read more

Its a good spot for the price but its not the top tier dim sum place. Located in the same plaza as Jazz Cat. You walk up to the counter and order and they will tell you where to sit. Its definitely a hit or miss with temperature of dimsum. Price wise compared to other dimsum places I think its little bit on the lower side. Took my mom here to try since shes been in dim sum kick lately and she said it was not good compared to other ones I've taken her. She said turnip cake was especially disappointing and shrimp rice noodle came out cold so we ended up not eating that dish. But the chineae vegetables were pipping hot. read more

Great Dim Sum spot, the food here is great. I like have certain items you can get either 2 pieces, 3 pieces, or 4 pieces. The quality of the dim sum if pretty good. If you are dining in, you order your food first and then get seated afterward. The inside is small so there could be a wait depending on the size of your party. read more

Limited indoor seating was opened up this weekend (May 8). There are also community tables throughout the plaza as an outdoor seating option.
