We shared the chicken omelette as an appetizer and each had bowl of miso ramen. I can't express how flavorful the food was and how satisfying it was after a long cold day at work. We were greeted by friendly, professional staff, there was no wait for seating, and within minutes of giving our order the food was already being served. I have had a lot of ramen in Vegas. We ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen, a side salad with sesame ginger dressing, and crispy shrimp. The broth was deliciously savory and creamy, the hard boil eggs had a perfect jammy yolk, and the pork chashu was tender and grill seared. The servings were good portion sizes. We left feeling more than full. Couldn't complain about anything during our visit and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean (A+). A must go if you are in the Henderson area of Las Vegas.
