    Bento Box with crispy chicken
    Zoie R.

This place is fairly new on the Southside. We've tried it twice with pickup orders both times. The first time we tried some of the drink options. I thought my lychee drink was okay and my husband really enjoyed his drink. I think I just need to try a different flavor next time. The first time I also got a Hibachi chicken bowl. This time, we both got bento boxes and an order of crab rangoon. I got the box with crispy chicken. I thought the crispy chicken was delicious! I'm not a huge fan of the crispy potstickers. I was a little thrown off by the broccoli and vegetables being so cold, but I'm guessing that was intentional. The crab Rangoon were good, but not amazing. Overall, the food was good, but not the best I've had. I like all the options and would like to try more drink flavors next time. The inside of the restaurant is super cute and has the cutest wall and chairs for Instagram photo ops.

The Southside has a new great place if you are looking for Pho on a cold day. When I arrived I noticed how new and clean everything looks. There is also a wall that is very Instagram worthy. I took advantage of that opportunity! The menu had options for Pho, sushi, and Bowls. There were also several drinks and bakery items. I of coarse orders the Beef Pho and enjoyed this very much! I plan on telling all my Pho loving friends about this place. I had heard a few people ask for recommendations and unfortunately the lady behind the counter could not provide one as she said she did not have a taste for Sushi. However I still found the service quick and was pleased that even though we ordered at the counter this was brought to our table.

We wanted to give this restaurant/bakery another chance. I'm glad we did cause the service was great super friendly and accommodating. The prices are incredibly reasonable for amount of food you can order. I ordered the chicken hibachi which came with my choice of fried or steamed rice and 2 dressings so I got spicy mayo and yum yum around $10. The food was served fast. The chicken and rice was hot and tasty however the veggies were a little cold. I also got a strawberry smoothie which was very filling and tasty. We ordered the tiramisu cake as a dessert and I loved it. I could eat two whole slices if I didn't watch myself.

    Hibachi Shrimp with teriyaki

Made a quick stop today to grab some lunch. I decided on the hibachi combo. When I ordered lady told me they didn't serve steak anymore even though it was on the menu in more than one location. I chose to just do shrimp. It came with your choice of noodle or rice and was accompanied by vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and yellow squash). The was an enormous amount of shrimp and the noodles had a good amount of vegetables cooked in them. I got it topped with teriyaki. There are several sauces and you can get two on your bowl. My meal was fairly cheap and filled me up. They also have Pho, some sushi, and a bakery inside.

Awesome service, cute servers! Lovely place very yum pho and strawberry lemonades. Loves it

Poke bowl was absolutely delicious! Big portions for what you pay for, also the ratio of rice to everything else is just enough. Would definitely recommend a different roll as the one we ordered was kind of lacking in flavor but will be back to try more! Also staff was nice & helpful

Started slow with an egg roll and a sushi roll. Both were very good and the rest of the menu is intriguing. Definitely going back soon.

The staff, drinks, food, music and overall atmosphere are consistently exceptional. The cocktail menu is fantastic. My personal favorite is the painkiller - a delicious blend of coconut, rum, orange, pineapple, and nutmeg. It's served in a skull glass and tastes absolutely perfect. I also appreciate that they make their noodles in house! Have you ever had a meal you can't stop thinking about? That's exactly how I feel about the shoyu ramen. It features their noodles, truffle zest, pork belly, egg, veggies and chicken in a deeply flavorful broth. Order a side of rice and dip it into the broth and thank me later! Patio seating available.

We came in on a Friday night at 6:30 with no reservation, and had to wait ~5 minutes for a table of two. We were sat at a high top at the bar, which we appreciated. Our server greeted us quickly, and checked in a few times throughout the night. Service was average, nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about. I had a hurricane to start off. Packed full of the good stuff, and one was definitely enough for the night. Appropriate price for what you get. This drink is what brought my review from a 2 for the food to a 3 in total. We started off with pork Bao buns. The bun was spongy, but somewhat dry. The pork lacked any sort of flavor, and the sauce on it didn't do much for me. The next part of the meal was the most disappointing for me: the curry chicken wings. Let me tell you- I was excited for these. These lacked any sort of flavor at all, and the only thing saving it was the ranch. The wings had a good crisp, but the sauce was lacking taste. I had the Shoyu ramen for my main. It was a pretty average bowl of ramen, but for the price, I expected more. The pork in it was flavorful, but the chicken in it was odd in my opinion with an unexpected herby flavor. Overall, service was average (but we appreciated getting sat fast), drinks were strong (and saved the meal) and the food was average. Would go if invited by a friend, but probably would not return on my own.

Our waitress made the experience much better. She was wonderful at explaining the menu, patient with all our questions, and helped guide us since we hadn't visited before. Her clear descriptions helped to decide what we would like to eat and try for our first experience. A couple of notes for fellow diners: the "regular" spicy level is very spicy! I love heat and thought it was perfect, but if you're sensitive to spice you may want to ask for mild or none. The kimchi here is excellent (and available to purchase in small or medium containers). Their radish kimchi in particular is amazing--it's a must-try. Best of all, Sisters Korean is locally owned and operated. Highly recommend supporting them and enjoying a flavorful, authentic meal!

The place has a small dining area with a television and music playing throughout. They serve teriyaki-covered proteins in a bowl of either rice or noodles. The proteins include salmon, steak, and chicken. They also have desserts and sides, such as egg rolls. I ordered the steak teriyaki with noodles and an egg roll. It took me about 12 minutes to get my food. It was fresh and hot. It was pretty good. If you do not have enough teriyaki on your food, there is a bottle on each table you can use to add more. The staff there was ok. My interaction with them was limited, but they just did their job. The restaurant itself was very clean, and they do offer catering for those in need of meals for a special event/occasion. I liked my meal and am glad that I was able to stop by. When you walk in, it feels a little claustrophobic, as there are limited seating options. The staff was very friendly, and they stayed busy the entire time. The portions seem rather small for what you're paying, and I can say that the fried rice was pretty good! The teriyaki chicken seemed rather dry, but they do have separate teriyaki sauce available. The meat is a little stringy, and the crab Rangoon--reportedly the second-most popular item on their menu--had very little filling, with underwhelming, overly-sweet flavoring and lacking any savory taste. Perhaps the most bizarre thing for me was the music playing. It was overly loud, distracting country music, which didn't fit at all with the vibe of the cuisine or the restaurant experience. Not bad if you need a protein-packed meal in a pinch, but I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at an authentic ethnic dining establishment.
